• Osimhen Set to Return to Napoli but Reportedly Banished from the First Team to Join Youth Team.

Victor Osimhen has been instructed to report to Napoli for pre-season training following the conclusion of his loan at Galatasaray, where he enjoyed a stellar campaign, scoring 37 goals and assisting six to help the Turkish giants secure a league and cup double.

Despite speculation over his future, the Nigerian striker is expected at Napoli’s training camp on July 14–15 unless a transfer materialises before then. So far, only Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia has met his €75 million release clause, but Osimhen reportedly declined their offer, casting doubt on a summer move.

Napoli will begin their pre-season with medicals before heading to Dimaro, Trentino-Alto Adige for training from July 17–27.

They will then continue preparations in Castel di Sangro from July 30 to August 14 after a two-day break. However, new head coach Antonio Conte has made it clear that Osimhen is not part of his plans for the upcoming season.

The 26-year-old will train separately from the main squad and will not participate in any tactical or technical sessions. Instead, he will maintain his fitness by working with the club’s youth team — a situation reminiscent of last season when he was sent home from camp amid transfer uncertainty.

  • HOW DISCIPLINE HELPS YOUR SUCCESS

Many at times, after setting an alarm to determine when you will wake up in the morning, you go to sleep.

The next morning, when the alarm starts ringing, not feeling like you want to wake up just yet, you get up and turn off the alarm only to go back to sleep.

Then you sleep and when you wake up again, another two hours is gone and you have lost the time you were supposed to use to do the things you wanted to do.

There are also a lot of people, who set diet and fitness goals, using a diet and fitness plan.

Such a plan may include not eating in the morning, or at certain times of the day, and not eating junks and certain types of food.

However, when early in the morning their nostrils perceive the aroma of something delicious coming out of the kitchen, they lose their plans and go out to eat.

Or sometimes, when they come across junks that look really tasty, they begin to salivate and over time, they indulge.

Why do people behave like this?

Because majority of the human population lack the discipline that will make them stay consistent in doing the things they plan to do.

And since they can't discipline themselves enough to work for themselves, they end up having to work for other people, because a business in the hand of an undisciplined person will soon fail.

No matter what success principles or knowledge or strategy you learn, if you lack discipline, it will all fail because it take discipline to make you do the things you said you will do.

Without discipline, you will start deferring tasks you don't like, and pushing back on things you don't want to do, even though you know that they are essential to your success.

Listen, if you are going to start and scale your business, part of what you must know is that you will have to do things you don't really like, or want to do.

Consider doing such a sacrifice for your future, so that your financial life can survive and thrive.

Remember, there is no success without discipline.

The more disciplined you are, the more you will have the capacity to build success.

Hard work is nothing but a fruit of discipline, so if you lack discipline, you can't even be hardworking.

  • Peter Obi thanks Tinubu for deciding to visit scenes of Benue massacre

Peter Obi and President Bola Tinubu.

    By Bayo Wahab
Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has reacted to President Bola Tinubu’s decision to visit Benue State on Wednesday following the gruesome killings of over 200 people last weekend.

While commissioning The Greater Abuja Water Supply Network on Monday, the President sympathised with the government and the people of Benue State.

According to a statement by his spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, the President has already rescheduled his official visit to Kaduna State to assess firsthand the recurring crises that claimed numerous lives and caused significant destruction in Benue.
Reacting to the development in a statement, Obi, who had earlier criticised Tinubu’s leadership style, said it was refreshing for Nigerians to learn that the President has “finally decided to visit the scene of the brutal killings in Benue State.”
While thanking the President for his decision, Obi asked him also to visit Niger State, where floods claimed many lives.
“It was refreshing news on Monday to a bewildered nation learning that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has finally decided to visit the scene of the brutal killings in Benue State. For this I thank him even as I make further request that similar gesture should be extended to Niger state that lost more number of human lives in a natural disaster, flood recently,” the LP leader said.
The opposition leader maintained that the presence of the President in these ‘devastated and grieving communities’ will be very reassuring and uplifting.
Both Benue and Niger States have lost over 200 lives each due to recent tragedies. In Mokwa alone, more than 200 people were confirmed dead, and over 1,000 are still missing following the floods. These are not just statistics; they are the lives of Nigerian families torn apart and their communities destroyed, Obi stated.
He advised the President to let his visit to Mokwa in Niger State send a strong message that all Nigerian lives matter and that no community, no matter how rural, is forgotten
Obi also urged President Tinubu to step up security across the country, especially in disaster-prone areas

  • Listen up, Men! By Age 30 You Shouldd Be Smart Enough To Have Mastered These 12 Things Otherwise You’re Still Playing With Life

I’m not here to pet you. I’m here to wake you up. As a young man grinding through the mud of life, these are the raw, unfiltered truths no school, no pastor, no w00man, and no simp will ever tell you. If you don’t get this into your skull by 30, you’ll spend your life working for men who did.

    1. Nobody Owes You Anything
Not your family. Not society. Not even the girl who says she loves you. If you don’t build, you’ll beg. And beggars don’t get to choose.

    2. Your Looks Won’t Feed You
Only women can survive with beauty and body. As a man, your looks don’t matter — your money does. Chase value, not vanity.

    3. Women Love Winners, Not Strugglers
Stop thinking love is enough. If you’re broke, she’ll leave. The streets are filled with exes who swore they’d never go. Succeed or bleed.

    4. Emotion Is a Luxury You Can’t Afford
Be logical. Be tactical. Cry in silence if you must, but never lose your frame in public. The world eats soft men for breakfast.

    5. Time Is Your Greatest Asset — Protect It
If your squad isn’t talking business, fitness, goals, and legacy, cut them off. You’re not a clown — stop dancing in circles with losers.

    6. Avoid Long-Term Relationships Until You’re Built
Your focus will be hijacked. Build your empire first. When you’re up, you’ll attract the women they all chased in your absence.

    7. Skills Over Degrees
In 2025, your ability to sell, code, trade, build, or market is more valuable than your paper certificate. Be a weapon, not a victim.

    8. Silence Is Power
Move like a ghost. Work in silence. Announce only your results. The less they know, the more they fear.

    9. Rejection Builds Muscle
Every “No” you face makes you sharper, tougher, better. Face it. Eat it. Use it. Weak men avoid rejection. Alphas devour it.

    10. Stay Away From CCBs
High body count, masculine, rebellious, entitled w00men will ruin you. A good woman multiplies. A bad one extracts and destroys.

    11. Learn to Be Alone Without Losing Your Mind
Solitude is the training ground of kings. If you can’t stand your own company, you’re not ready to lead anyone else.

    12. Have a Code You Live By
Without principles, you’re a leaf in the wind. Discipline, focus, loyalty to your mission, and brutal honesty — that’s your masculine core.

Now read that again. And again. Until it burns into your DNA.

By 30, you’re either a man building his throne or a boy entertaining crumbs.
    Choose your side.
