*Do not indulge in emotions you can not afford.* Always make plans for emotional recovery. Look at where you feel wounded ,then set out to heal those areas.
*Every hurt has its own story* and so does every healing. You can heal yourself when you have filled the *holes left behind by a betrayal*, and you can heal the other person when you sincerely drop the need for revenge.
*When you are ungrateful,* you do not actually see the world as it is. When you begin to cultivate gratitude, you *shall begin to affirm the real truth* about life.
The Lord said, *every kindness must be acknowledged,* made known, returned, and remembered. *Ingratitude is treason to mankind.*

*INDEED NO ONE HAS IT ALL*
*AJARAT* a mad woman, sleeps under the bridge, but in her hands are twin handsome boys she gave birth to some weeks ago.
*AISHA*, living in a posh house, drives posh cars, went to the best hospital in town for ante-natal care, but see her crying for she has another miscarriage.
*HALIMA*, beautiful, good job, good house, good husband yet her pillow *suffers* every night with wetness of her *tears*, because she is yet to *conceive*.
Hmmmmmmmmmm!
*Life* is deep, who can *understand* it?
*FRANCIS*, lives with his parents, his father is a poor *carpenter*, he goes to school on foot every morning with empty stomach, yet he is exceptionally *brilliant*.
*TONY*, a son of a wealthy *politician*, goes to school, with escorts and assorted food and drinks, yet he cannot *assimilate* what he is being *taught*.
*PETER*, son of a medical *doctor*, *crippled*, he cannot help himself, his *father* cannot help him yet he *treats* others and they get *healed*.
*What* *is* *in* *this* *life* *self*?
*We* all have it in *bits*, that is the irony of life. So why the *bitterness*, the *envy* , the *anger*, let's learn to *manage* our bit and see how we can make it *better*.
*FUNMI*, *virgin*, focused, *intelligent*, but she was *raped* on her way to school, she became *pregnant*, and life was on hold for a *moment*. *Life* ! *Life* !!! *Life* !!!
*JANE* a prostitute, nothing to write home about, *married* to a *good* man, have *four* lovely kids and doing *great*.
*TEMITOPE*, rich *family*, *beautiful*, good *job*, *humble*, but yet have no *man* to call her *own*.
*No* one should *think* he is *better* than the next *person* because we have it in *bits*, as we try to *manage* our bit, let us also *try* to be a *support* *system*.
*No* one is *more*, no one is *less*, we are all *unique* in our *own* *way*.
* It is so *funny* and indeed *pitiable* to see *someone* acting so *proud* and *inhumane* just because he or she has a *slight* *advantage* over *others* in a particular *area* of *life*. *Someday* when *death* beckons, *you* will *respond* with all your cluttering *material* *possessions*.
*We* live by *His* *Grace*. So be *thankful* to *God* and remember your salary is someone's tithe.
*LEARN TO BE HUMBLE AND KIND. MORE IMPORTANTLY, DEEPEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD*

Indeed, Africa is a Cemetery
We mourn — with the tired familiarity of history, the passing of President Muhammadu Buhari, former leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who, true to the legacy of many African heads of state, took his final breath not on African soil, but in a London hospital.
It is a story we know too well.
Once again, a man who presided over a nation with neglected hospitals, underpaid doctors, and decaying infrastructure sought refuge in the former colonial capital when illness struck. He could not trust the healthcare system he supervised for eight years — and who could blame him? Like his peers, he did not invest in it.
In life, Africa was never enough.
Not for his health — that was for London.
Not for his children’s education — that was for the UK.
Not for leisure — that was for Paris and Dubai.
Not for wealth — that was hidden in Zurich.
Not even for development — that was outsourced to foreign corporations.
And now, in death, the same land that was not good enough to live in has suddenly become good enough to be buried in. The Nigerian government has announced that President Buhari will be buried in Daura, Katsina State — a town still waiting for the dividends of the democracy he championed in speeches but neglected in practice.
This is the final irony of African leadership:
They steal from Africa,
live abroad,
treat abroad,
educate abroad,
vacation abroad,
but return home only in a coffin.
Indeed, what they refused to build in life — functional hospitals, quality schools, sustainable economies — they cannot escape in death. They are lowered into the earth of a continent they looted, watched over by the people they failed, guarded by institutions they weakened, and praised by sycophants they empowered.
President Buhari, like many before him, missed the opportunity to make Nigeria — and by extension, Africa — livable, dignified, and respected. Instead, he governed with detachment, ruled with distance, and left with his legacy contested and his promises largely unfulfilled.
In the end, he returns home — not to lead, not to fix, not to redeem — but to be buried.
Indeed, Nigeria, and Africa at large, is only good as a burial ground.
The continent that cannot keep her leaders alive now faithfully keeps their remains.
Indeed, Africa is a Cemetery.

School is a *Paradox*
While some view it as a structured system that doesn't adequately prepare individuals for the realities of life and employment, others emphasize its role in providing foundational knowledge preservation, skills development, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
School provides structured learning, helping develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Specialized Training for professions like medicine, law, and engineering, formal education is essential for acquiring the necessary expertise. Are basic system to note for the realities of School.
Arguments for school being perceived as a scam is that it disconnect from Real Life.
Some feel that the curriculum doesn't always align with the demands of the modern workplace or real-life situations.
Some students struggle with traditional teaching methods and may not learn effectively in a classroom setting.
Some feel that schools don't adequately prepare them for the challenges of the job market.
While school may not be a perfect system, it remains a valuable institution for acquiring knowledge, developing skills, and opening doors to opportunities. It's important to acknowledge both the potential benefits and drawbacks of formal education and to approach it with a critical and discerning mindset.School is a *Paradox* While some view it as a structured system that doesn't adequately prepare individuals for the realities of life and employment, others emphasize its role in providing foundational knowledge preservation, skills development, and opportunities for personal and professional development. BREAKING: Give Us a Break, We can't Fix this country in Two Years — Tinubu Govt. Responds to IMF Criticism
In a strong reply to the mounting pressure from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) regarding Nigeria’s sluggish economic recovery, the Tinubu administration has stated: “We need more time. We can’t repair what past administration damaged in two years.”
This statement comes as Nigerians continue to face: Skyrocketing food prices, unreliable power supply, increasing unemployment
Deteriorating infrastructure, failing health and education systems.
However, critics are raising important questions: “If you can’t fix it, why promise miracles?”, “What has the ₦4 trillion saved from subsidies actually achieved?”
“Why invest billions in presidential jets while hospitals are short on supplies?”, the public is demanding results, not just excuses.

*"BUHARI'S DOUBLE"*
“Matters miscellaneous,” as many a fellow commentator has graciously acknowledged, is the platform I patented back in my days at Rutam House for attending to a glut of occurrences in broad strokes and short takes, lest the people who make and the people who consume the news feel neglected.
Here, in all its eclecticism, is the bulletin du jour.
In journalistic reckoning, the case of Buhari’s Double has to be the top item.
Since 2017, so goes the tale reportedly originated by the fugitive leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Nigeria has been ruled by a Buhari look-alike, Jubril al Sudan, a native of Sudan — or Niger, take your pick. Buhari had died in the UK in 2017, where he was undergoing medical treatment.
Notwithstanding the fact that Queen Elizabeth had sent a message of condolence to the Nigerian government, the entrenched Cabal in Aso Rock had procured a Buhari double in Sudan and pressed him into service as Nigeria’s president.
Despite occasional stumbles and apparent loss of memory, the transition had gone so smoothly that the only tell-tale sign of the infernal switch was a scar on Jubril’s left earlobe that was not a part of Buhari’s profile.
Kanu, or whoever began the tale, and those who have been peddling it, should update their material.
I can report authoritatively that representatives of the Jubril family, having discovered the gigantic swindle, suddenly showed up in Abuja the other day and demanded to be compensated with a power-sharing arrangement at the federal level in perpetuity, plus 50 per cent of Nigeria’s oil revenues for ten years in the first instance. Failing this, they warned, they would tell their story to the whole world.
I can also reveal that the Nigerian authorities have entered into frantic negotiations with Jubril’s family to head off what is sure to earn a double entry in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s Dirtiest and Worst-kept Secret. The UK authorities are mediating.
Meanwhile, dependable sources tell me that Abuja is close to unravelling the true identity of the fake Jew parading himself on faked foreign soil as Nnamdi Kanu.

*A KIDNAPPING DEN*
One day while John was driving his car on a dilapidated road to his village in Enugu, four men with guns came out from the bush and shouted at him to stop. John quickly obeyed them and held up his hands at gunpoint.
They took him into a solitary place in the forest, where there were wild animals and lizards; where flies were buzzing, birds and butterflies fluttering in the air. The five men trekked in the forest for two hours. John's left sandal got cut from long walk.
Then a tall black man appeared to meet them; he was the leader of the kidnappers. His men handed John over to him and went away. John stayed in their den for eight days and nights without water or food.
The amount the kidnappers demanded for John's release was 50m naira. The negotiation was still going on when the mask their boss wore mistakenly fell out. John saw his face, recognized him and called his name! Both of them stared fixedly at each other. The man was juniour staff, who worked under John in a finance office before he retired from government service!
"What're you doing here, sir?" the leader of the kidnappers asked John in surprise.
"I'm from this place," John replied.
"Oh no! You don't mean it! Your people are very wicked!" the man exclaimed.
The leader of the gang was a Boko Haram member from Kogi State. He was hired for the business by John's younger cousin whom he trained in the university.
"Do you know this name . . . ?" The kidnapper mentioned the name of John's cousin and showed him his phone number. Both of them had the same surname.
The kidnapper dropped his AK47 on the ground, knelt down before John and promised that nobody would harm him. He took John's phone, searched through it and saw a video showing where some Boko Haram men were punishing their victims.
"From where did you get this video?" He asked John.
"I got it from my WhatsApp group," he replied.
"Look at me in the video. I was with my colleagues in Katsina forest, carrying out an operation there. Please, sir, I'll take this your phone."
John said, "Okay."
"Your brother asked us to collect 50m naira from you. If you refuse to pay it, we should kill you. But, as long as I'm concerned, nothing will happen to you. I remember how good you were to me, Oga. Will you be able to get 5m naira?" He asked.
John promised that he would try.
The kidnapper then gave John his phone and asked him to call his people to gather the 5m naira immediately. That was on the ninth day John was with the kidnappers in the forest.
Much later on, the 5m naira was brought to the kidnappers. They handed it over to their boss. The latter collected John's mobile phone, with the _SIM cards_ inside it, and said his farewells and left.
John walked quickly away and entered the vehicle that was used to bring the money. He was carried home to meet his people who had gathered to welcome him.
QUESTIONS:
*°* Who was the person that planned and arranged for John's kidnap?
*°* Who was the person that saved John's life?
*°* Explain why John was not killed.
_I leave you to answer the questions._

Please, sir, I'll take this your phone." John said, "Okay." "Your brother asked us to collect 50m naira from you. QUESTIONS: *°* Who was the person that planned and arranged for John's kidnap? *°* Who was the person that saved John's life? *°* Explain why John was not killed. _I leave you to answer the questions._ *----------〰️〰️〰️----------* *~ 'LEXIS N.

At a mechanic’s workshop, I noticed a particular car that had been parked there for nearly four years. It was quite expensive and still looked in good shape the first time I saw it. But with time, it began to deteriorate. One of the windows got broken, the tyres deflated and wore out completely, and rust slowly crept over what was once a beautiful machine.
Curious, I asked the mechanic why such an expensive vehicle had been left to rot.
He confirmed that the car had indeed been in perfect condition when I first saw it. But even he had become helpless as to what to do. The vehicle belonged to someone from the Republic of Tchad. The man’s driver had been the one bringing it into Nigeria for repairs. On that last occasion, the driver dropped it off, paid for the repairs, and returned to Tchad, saying he would come back to collect the car once the required part being sourced from Lagos was fixed.
The mechanic bought the part, fixed the car, and waited. He had already been paid. But the driver never came back. It turned out he had been on his way to pick up the car when he was attacked by insurgents and killed. The mechanic didn’t know much about him, only his name, and had no idea where exactly in Tchad he was from. So the car remained there, abandoned. The owner likely has no idea where it is or how to recover it.
At a certain car wash, there was another case. Another expensive vehicle. This one had been brought in by a customer who patronised them occasionally. They didn’t know much about him either. He lived in another city but always came for business, and each time, he brought the car to be washed.
On his last visit, he dropped it off as usual and said he was going into town and would return later that evening. He never did. That was three years ago. Still, no sign of him. The car wash owner continues to wash and maintain the vehicle daily, keeping it spotless. But no one has come for it. They didn’t even know his name, and a search of the vehicle turned up no documents that could trace it to anyone. So, it remains abandoned.
Just last week, a friend of mine died after a brief illness. Before falling sick, he had taken some clothes to the laundry. He never returned to collect them. Thankfully, the laundryman knew his family and brought the clothes to his wife last night. She had no idea he had even taken anything to be laundered.
These situations made me think deeply.
Do our families and friends know the people we deal with, our mechanics, our laundrymen, or the businesses we patronise? Do we tell them about the errands we run or the transactions we make? Or do we go about our lives with no one aware of the little details that might matter in the end?
Shouldn’t someone at least know?
One day, you will take your car to the mechanic but you will not be the one to bring it back.
Your clothes will be at the laundry but you will not return to pick them up.
Do you have some pieces or parcels of land? Does your family know about them?
Do you have house or houses any where? Does your family know about it or them?
How many banks do you
have accounts in?
Does your family know about all of them?
Sometimes, the things you worked hard for, the things you loved and valued, will be left lying somewhere, useless and out of reach, because no one knew where you kept them or how to find them. That should be enough to give one the creeps and make one think deeply. Today, tomorrow, it shall come for you.
One day......

How many banks do you have accounts in? Does your family know about all of them? Sometimes, the things you worked hard for, the things you loved and valued, will be left lying somewhere, useless and out of reach, because no one knew where you kept them or how to find them. That should be enough to give one the creeps and make one think deeply. Today, tomorrow, it shall come for you. One day...... Copied -

One man’s intervention in human capital development in two years in a country where primitive accumulative tendencies is still a thing of pride.
Peter Obi has transcended the primitive accumulative level. He is now consistently and consciously investing in the society.
Those who are still at that mindless accumulative level don’t understand this reality.
Instead of learning, they are attacking. Instead of submitting, they are obstructing.

Catholic men and a Catholic woman were having coffee in St. Peters Square, Rome.
The first Catholic man tells his friends,
“My son is a priest, when he walks into a room, everyone calls him Father”.
The second Catholic man chirps,
“My son is a Bishop. When he walks into a room people call him “Your Lordship”
The third Catholic gent says,
“My son is an Archbishop. When he walks into a room people call him “Your Grace”
The fourth Catholic gent says,
“My son is a Cardinal. When he enters a room everyone bows their head and says “Your Eminence”.”
The fifth Catholic man says very proudly,
“My son is the Pope. When he walks into a room people call him “Your Holiness”.”
Since the lone Catholic woman was sipping her coffee in silence, the five men gave her a subtle, “Well…?”
She proudly replies, “I have a daughter,
Slim,
Tall,
Very very beautiful,
38D breast,
24″ waist and
34” hips.
When she walks into a room, people say,
*“My God!!!*

*EIGHT (8) GROUPS OF PRETENDERS AND DANGEROUS PEOPLE. YOU NEED TO KNOW AND HANDLE WITH WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE (NOT TO HATE THEM)*
(1) *Thomas Group*- They walk with you, eat with you and possibly live with you but don't really believe in you. They keep on delaying your vision and mission. (John 20:24-29)
(2) *Judas Group*- They walk with you, eat with you and possibly live with you but are after what they can get from you or elsewhere. They are not loyal and can easily betray you. (Matthew 26:14-16)
(3) *Demas Group* - They walk with you and possibly live with you; but once you start facing challenges and difficulties, they run away and forsake you. (2 Timothy 4:10)
(4) *Korah Group* - They pretend to be walking with you but when GOD begins to bless you, they will be jealous of your success. They challenge your influence and authority. They have issues when others acknowledge you. _(Numbers 16:1-3)_
(5) *Ham Group* - They are close to you, yet they expose your secrets and nakedness. The day you made a mistake or committed an error and find yourself in a sinful situation, they tell everyone of your weaknesses and exposing you to ridicules. (Genesis 9:20-24)
(6) *Absalom Group* - They are very close to you. They are impatiently ambitious. They detest your rising profile. They secretly position themselves to hijack and cut off those who believe in you and win them over by saying that they are better than you. They say all things about you, as being unfair, insensitive, wicked and incompetent. (2 Samuel 15:1-6)
(7) *Gehazi Group* - They are excessive greedy and insatiable. They collect money behind your back. They ask for financial assistance and make people to feel you are not taking good care of them. (2 Kings 5:20-24)
(8) *Diotrephes Group*- This is the most dangerous group. They have a voice and influence amongst the people. They can come up with fabricated stories that could destroy your image and position. They are highly territorial. They are the false accusers and forgers of lies. (3 John vv 9-10)

The weather is not children friendly at the moment.
Here are some tips to guide you ✍🏼✍🏼
1. kindly cover your child(ren) properly, always monitor the weather in order to know which outfit suits the weather.
2. Give them multivitamins (vitamin C is a must)
3. Give them enough fruits, as this is the main source of multivitamins
4. Restrict them from taking cold water as room temperature or warm water is preferable.
5. This is not a good time to share cutleries with their siblings especially the ones with flu
6. Ensure they wear socks or bedroom slippers while at home
7. Don’t forget to put a sweatshirt in their school bags Incase the weather gets cold
8. If they have a terrible cough and cold and you’ve visited the clinic and nothing seem to be working, kindly blend ginger, garlic and lemon together( dont sieve with water) add honey to it and administer 5mls not for children below 18months🙏🏽
9. Ensure they towel cover up their body immediately after bathing
10. Ori (shea butter),body oil or vaseline is best for the weather at the moment

*C of O doesn't stop us from retrieving Land in Lagos, Yoruba Conservatives tells Igbos.*
*The Yoruba Conservative has clear the air on ownership of land in Lagos stating that no amount of proof of ownership can stop them from retrieving any land on Lagos soil.*
Some people believe because they have lived in Lagos for years and own a property or land means they have same right as Yoruba. But thats not true. You are in Lagos to do business, and because Yoruba welcome and accommodated you by selling you a land doesn't mean those land are gone. Absolutely not! You don't own the land, you are only permitted to use it as long as you don't disobey or disrespect your host Yoruba. Which means you own that land because you and the seller are in good terms.
Even if you paid millions to acquire it, that doesn't stop us from getting the land back. There are many reports flying everywhere that Igbos said they own Lagos and they already bought all the land. This make me laugh because according to us, we don't agree and believe in what they believe.
The certificate of occupancy is between you and the government but not between us. We never for once believe in that. We don't do things on court order. We do things on our own. We can demolish any building without court order, we can give a quit notice to landlord without a court order if we think such landlord is chewing more than he can bite or disrespecting the native people of Lagos.
If certificate of occupancy is the reason why anyone will say they own a place, then I think they already missed the point dealing with people like us. Yoruba Conservative is a native movement that is guided by ancestral history, not by any court.
You can give it any definition or call us any names, but that's the fact. Therefore if anyone thinks having a C of O can make him disrespect us by talking anyhow, then the person has missed it. We will definitely come for such person sooner or later.
If you lived in the UK or US, even if you are a citizen, you still have to respect the native English or Native Americans. The moment you start misbehaving, you may be in trouble.
Yoruba in UK, US and even within Nigeria has never called another tribe land a No Man's Land even if they have lived their for hundred years. You will never hear our people disrespecting their host. So why should we allow that from foreigner.
In igboland, they don't even sell land to non igbos, they only care about themselves. So if you come to Lagos and start misbehaving, then you must face the consequences of your action; and the time has come already.

*TRUE FULFILMENT IS IN CHRIST*
*Friday 11th July 2025*
*TO THE BIBLE*
*Acts 17:28 NIV;* “For in him we live and move and have our being. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.”
*LET’S TALK*
“Did you hear what that billionaire said before he passed?” Ogooluwa asked Titilayo, his voice low but curious.
Titilayo looked up from her phone. “Who? Mr. Kingston? The tech guy?”
“Yeah,” Ogooluwa nodded.
_*“After building that empire and owning everything money could buy, his last words were... ‘I found out that true fulfilment is in Christ.’”*_
Titilayo blinked. “Seriously? After all that?”
Ogooluwa shrugged.
“Guess it shows there’s more to life than just success and money.”
Do you ever look around and think, “Wow, man, has come up with remarkable innovations!” Like, we’ve built rockets that touch space, phones that can do pretty much everything, and art that makes you feel all kinds of emotions.
Man was made in the image of God, and that’s why even the natural man possesses incredible capacity and potential. But even with all that, something’s missing. Think about it: people have made life easier with all these inventions, hoping it would make them happier. Yet, why do so many still feel empty inside? Why do we hear about celebrities and super successful people who have it all but still feel lost?
For instance, think of a professor who has acquired immense knowledge yet struggles with the meaning of life. He has no peace or satisfaction despite his intellectual prowess and tragically decides to end his life. How sad! This example illustrates that no matter how much knowledge or success one attains, true fulfilment is in Christ and Christ alone.
Even today, a lot of people are still asking, “Why am I here?” They’ve got the fame, the cars, the followers, but deep down, they’re searching for something more. And it’s not just older people dealing with this. Right now, so many young people are asking the same questions: Why am I here? What’s the point? Some have lots of followers, viral videos, designer clothes, and all the attention they could ask for—but when they’re alone, they feel empty. Others think, “Maybe if I just disappear or start over, I’ll finally feel peace.”
Christ is the source of all joy, all peace, and all fulfilment. Outside of Him, everything is fleeting and meaningless. In Him, you find the meaning of life, the purpose for which you were created, and the true joy that transcends circumstances. In Christ, you find all of God’s goodness. Hallelujah!

*PRAY*
Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for being my source of true fulfilment, joy, and peace. You’re my reason for being; my satisfaction and pure delight come from my relationship with you by the Holy Spirit. And I thank you for helping me bring many others into the same glorious life of purpose, eternal joy, and true fulfilment in Jesus's mighty name, Amen.
*ACT*
Take a moment today to pause and ask yourself: What am I really living for? Is it likes, followers, success, or something deeper? In Christ alone lies true fulfilment, ask him to come into your life today if you are yet to.

*BREAKING: Changes from the 2025 JAMB Policy Meeting — Everything You Need to Know!*
The 2025 JAMB Policy Meeting has delivered some massive updates for students, parents, and education stakeholders in Nigeria. From changes in admission deadlines to a shift in how scores are evaluated — here’s the full breakdown.
If you’re aiming for university admission this year, read this carefully — your chances may depend on it!
*JAMB Is Now All About Ranking — Not Just Score*
Prof. Oloyede, the JAMB Registrar, confirmed:
“JAMB is not an achievement test; it is a ranking exam.”
That means your admission chances don’t just depend on how well you scored — but how your score compares to other candidates.
All JAMB result slips will now include:
Your actual score
Your national rank
Real-Life Examples:
A student with 370 ranked only 16th
A student with 200 ranked 533,005th
A score of 140 may land you a rank of over 1.5 million
*Takeaway:* Focus on your ranking, not just the score.

Colleges of Nursing: 140
Polytechnics: 100

Admission Offers Have Expiry Dates!
If JAMB recommends you: The school must accept or reject you within 2 weeks
If the school offers you admission: You must accept/reject within 4 weeks
Delays can cost you your admission.
JAMB Tightens Admission Rules Against “Runs”
Universities must admit at least 90% of candidates on merit before using “connections” (exemption mode).
Merit-first is now policy — and it’s enforced.
Minimum Age for Admission Remains 16
Anyone younger than 16 is not eligible for admission — regardless of their JAMB score.
Medical Courses Still Most Competitive
Over 570,000 candidates applied for Medical Sciences.
Only about 115,000 can be admitted.
That’s less than 1 in 5 applicants — make sure your backup plans are solid!
*Final Words for Students and Parents:*
The game has changed.
Your child scoring 300+ is great — but if they rank 200,000th, it might not mean much.
Focus on rank, stay alert, and act fast on every admission offer.

The Military Junta of Mali whipped off terrorists that came from Nigeria to set up camps in Mali. The Junta said their govt and the good people of Mali do not tolerate terrorism like their neighbors do. Any terrorist who crosses into Mali should consider himself or herself dead on arrival. Mali's new slogan is " when you see something, please say something". This is an opposite of our country who's playing politics with terrorism at the expense of the lives of the innocent

Do read again carefully and send it to others again. It might just help someone.
We are all old, so everyone should pay attention. Please take a minute to read this article. It may be helpful to you, your family, and your friends.
There was a gathering of old classmates. A lady tripped and fell during a barbecue. Her friends suggested seeing a doctor, but she was sure that she was fine. She just tripped on a brick because of her new shoes. The classmates helped her clean up and served her a plate of food. Then she enjoyed the rest of the time with everyone.
After the gathering, her husband called to inform everyone that she was sent to the hospital and died at 6 PM because she had a stroke during the barbecue.
If they knew how to identify the signs of a stroke, she might still be with everyone now.
In fact, stroke has precursors and can be prevented. A neurosurgeon said that if he could reach a stroke patient within three hours, he could completely reverse the consequences of a stroke.
The secret is to identify the problem of stroke and get the patient treated within three hours, which is not difficult.
To identify a stroke,
let us remember the three steps of S, T, and R. Please read and learn!
If people around you cannot recognize the signs of a stroke, the stroke patient will suffer severe brain damage.
Just ask three simple questions
S: (Smile)
Ask the patient to smile
The corners of the mouth will droop
T: (Talk)
Ask the patient to say a simple sentence (be organized and coherent) For example: Today is a sunny day.
R: (Raise)
Ask the patient to raise both hands.
One hand will fall off
Note:
Another sign of stroke is: ask the patient to stick out the tongue. If the tongue is "bent" or tilted to one side, it is also a sign of stroke.
If the patient cannot do any of the above four actions, he should call the ambulance immediately and describe the symptoms to the paramedics!
A cardiothoracic physician emphasized that
If everyone who receives this email can forward ten copies to others, at least one life will be saved.
I have done my part!
I hope you will do your part too.
Please forward and forward!
Give roses to others, and the fragrance will remain on your hands!
Give this message to others, and the fragrance of virtue will remain in your heart!

Bagudu is Tinubu's minister
Tinubu found him morally worthy to plan the economy of the country
That guy was Abacha's main man
After Abacha died it was discovered
That Bagudu had used phoney companies to warehouse billions of dollars Abacha siphoned from the country
In the Cook Islands, the UK and Singapore
Bagudu was every where with out money
Obasanjo had to do a deal with Bagudu
Allowing him to keep some of the stolen money so Nigeria can recover a portion of it
The US Justice dept was livid.
That's Bagudu
Tinubu's sheeple know all about Bagudu
But they are looking to see if Peter Obi cleared a traffic jam at the port under Abacha
What about Chagouri?
Chagouri was Abacha's main man
The same Chagouri who is now Tinubu's business partner
The very man whom Tinubu awarded the multi-trillion naira coastal road contract without due process
The man whom Tinubu awarded the multi-trillion-naira Lagos Sokoto highway without due process
If Tinubu's fans now have a nose for filth and are looking for Abacha's men, why don't they look inside the shokoto of their deity
Does this government have any pretences about moral hygiene?
A bloated cabinet replete with renowned money launderers, experienced treasury looters and world-class election highwaymen
Abacha's govt didn't sell appointments let alone the high-profile ones
Give me a break.
Abacha's records have all been shattered
Pls share

He died—and no one noticed for nearly 20 years.
In 2010, police in New York made a haunting discovery. Inside a hoarder's home filled with trash, cobwebs, and decay, they found the fully dressed skeleton of Louis Delarosa—a man no one had seen in nearly two decades.
His mother, elderly and legally blind, had continued living in the same apartment. She told authorities she believed Louis had simply moved out years ago. But he had never left.
His remains were found in a small, sealed-off bedroom. Garbage reached waist height. Dust and rot clung to every corner. Neighbors had long reported strange smells, but no one acted.
The mother, overwhelmed by hoarding disorder and visual impairment, lived among the debris for years without realizing her son was just one room away—dead.
Authorities believe Louis died in the early 1990s, but without regular contact or anyone checking in, his death went entirely unnoticed. There were no missing person reports. No inquiries. No investigation.
The case stunned the city. It became a chilling example of what can happen when isolation, mental illness, and neglect converge—quietly, behind closed doors.
How many others might be lost in silence?
Had you heard of this case before?
