  • BREAKING: FROM CRISIS TO CONFIDENCE: CBN GOVERNOR CARDOSO NAMED AFRICA'S BEST CENTRAL BANK GOVERNOR

In a monumental recognition of Nigeria's economic leadership, Central Bank Governor Yemi Cardoso has been awarded the prestigious title of Africa's Best Central Bank Governor. This esteemed award is a testament to Governor Cardoso's unwavering dedication, strategic vision, and exceptional leadership in navigating the Nigerian economy through turbulent waters.

The announcement of this award has sent shockwaves of excitement throughout the nation, with many Nigerians expressing pride and admiration for Governor Cardoso's remarkable achievement. The recognition is not only a personal triumph for the governor but also a validation of the Central Bank of Nigeria's (CBN) efforts to stabilize the economy and restore investor confidence.

Governor Cardoso's appointment as the governor of the CBN was marked by significant economic challenges, including rising inflation, foreign exchange shortages, and dwindling investor confidence. However, under his stewardship, the CBN has implemented various policies aimed at addressing these challenges and promoting economic growth. The governor's leadership has been characterized by a commitment to transparency, accountability, and prudent monetary policy management.

One of Governor Cardoso's most notable achievements is his efforts to unify the country's multiple exchange rates, which had created distortions in the foreign exchange market. By introducing policies aimed at converging the rates, the CBN has made significant progress in reducing arbitrage opportunities and promoting a more efficient allocation of foreign exchange resources.

Another area where Governor Cardoso has made a significant impact is in the area of financial inclusion. Under his leadership, the CBN has implemented policies aimed at increasing access to financial services, particularly for underserved populations. The governor's commitment to financial inclusion has led to an increase in the number of Nigerians with access to banking services, thereby promoting economic growth and reducing poverty.

The award of Africa's Best Central Bank Governor to Governor Cardoso is a recognition of his efforts to promote economic stability and growth in Nigeria. It is also a testament to his leadership skills, strategic vision, and commitment to transparency and accountability. The award is expected to boost investor confidence in the Nigerian economy and promote a more favorable business environment.

In addition to his policy initiatives, Governor Cardoso has also been recognized for his leadership style, which has been described as collaborative and inclusive. He has worked closely with various stakeholders, including government officials, financial sector operators, and civil society organizations, to promote a more stable and prosperous economy.

The implications of this award are far-reaching, and it is expected to have a positive impact on the Nigerian economy. With Governor Cardoso at the helm of the CBN, investors are likely to have increased confidence in the country's economic management, which could lead to increased foreign direct investment. This, in turn, could lead to economic growth, job creation, and a reduction in poverty.

Furthermore, the award is a validation of the CBN's efforts to promote financial stability and reduce systemic risk in the financial system. Governor Cardoso's leadership has been marked by a commitment to prudential regulation and supervision, which has helped to reduce the risk of financial instability and promote a more stable financial system.

In conclusion, Governor Yemi Cardoso's award as Africa's Best Central Bank Governor is a testament to his exceptional leadership and dedication to promoting economic stability and growth in Nigeria. The recognition is a validation of the CBN's efforts to stabilize the economy and restore investor confidence. As the Nigerian economy continues to navigate through challenging times, Governor Cardoso's leadership and vision will be crucial in promoting a more stable and prosperous economy.

The award also highlights the importance of effective monetary policy management in promoting economic growth and stability. It serves as a reminder that the leadership of central banks plays a critical role in shaping the economic fortunes of nations. In the case of Nigeria, Governor Cardoso's leadership has been instrumental in promoting economic stability and restoring investor confidence.

As Nigeria looks to the future, Governor Cardoso's award as Africa's Best Central Bank Governor is a beacon of hope for a brighter economic future. It is a testament to the progress that has been made in stabilizing the economy and promoting economic growth. With continued commitment to prudent economic management, Nigeria is poised to achieve even greater economic heights in the years to come.

The international community has taken note of Governor Cardoso's achievement, with many international organizations and financial institutions congratulating him on his award. The award is seen as a recognition of Nigeria's economic potential and the progress that has been made in stabilizing the economy.

In summary, Governor Yemi Cardoso's award as Africa's Best Central Bank Governor is a significant achievement that reflects his exceptional leadership and dedication to promoting economic stability and growth in Nigeria. The recognition is a validation of the CBN's efforts to stabilize the economy and restore investor confidence. As Nigeria continues to navigate through challenging times, Governor Cardoso's leadership and vision will be crucial in promoting a more stable and prosperous economy.

Governor Cardoso's achievement serves as an inspiration to other central bank governors in Africa and around the world. His leadership style, policy initiatives, and commitment to transparency and accountability have set a high standard.

Some people are saying he worships the gods of his village that’s why he was going after Jeremiah and others .

We honestly don’t think VDM has a problem with Christians . VDM had a problem with selling fake spiritual ITEMS to gullible people . He was fighting religious scams . People who put Religjon in front and do terrible things behind .

Besides we see nothing wrong with doing what your fore fathers were doing .

If the missionaries did not come to Africa , all Africans will go to hell ?

I cherish the African traditional religion

  • A British-owned African grey parrot named Nigel went missing for four years and returned speaking Spanish. According to The Independent, Nigel disappeared from his home in Torrance, California in 2010. When he was finally reunited with his owner, Darren Chick, in 2014, his British accent was gone and he had picked up fluent Spanish instead.

Nigel was discovered by a dog groomer named Julia Sperling, who noticed the parrot speaking Spanish phrases like “¿Qué pasó?” and even barking like dogs. Sperling, originally from Panama, suspected the bird had learned Spanish during his time away. According to Animals Around the Globe, Nigel was eventually traced back to Chick through a microchip and old pet store records, thanks to the efforts of veterinarian Teresa Micco.

The story took another twist when it was revealed that Nigel had spent part of his missing years with a Guatemalan family, learning Spanish from the grandfather who had adopted him. In the end, Chick returned Nigel to that family, recognizing the bond they had formed.

  • BREAKING!! ADC Constitution rules out Peter Obi's 2027 presidential ambition, backs Atiku, Amaechi

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) constitution effectively rules out Peter Obi, the former Labour Party presidential candidate, from contesting for the presidency under the ADC's platform in 2027.

This decision stems from the party's constitutional provision that disqualifies individuals affiliated with other political parties from seeking the party's top ticket. Specifically, the ADC's third schedule-guidelines for the conduct of primaries-states that only registered, card-carrying members of the party who are not affiliated with any other political party are eligible to seek nomination for public office.

This provision, contained in Article 8 on membership, stipulates that a person "must not belong to any other political party," and if previously affiliated, must have resigned from such membership.

Peter Obi, who has openly identified with the ADC and declared his intention to contest the presidency in 2027, has not resigned his membership of the Labour Party. This poses a significant hurdle for Obi's potential candidacy under the ADC.

In contrast, the prospects of two other contenders, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and ex-Rivers Governor Rotimi Amaechi, getting the ADC ticket appear brighter. Both Atiku and Amaechi have resigned their memberships from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and All Progressives Congress (APC), respectively, and joined the ADC.

According to the ADC's guidelines, having resigned from their previous parties, they may qualify for the party's nomination as they are cleared by the party's National Executive Committee.

When contacted for clarification on Obi's status, Obi's media aide, Tanko Yunusa, stated that the former Anambra governor had not left the Labour Party.

"Well, that will be made public if he decides to do that. At the moment, he is still a member of the Labour Party," Yunusa told LEADERSHIP Weekend.

The ADC emphasizes the importance of deepening internal democracy by ensuring that primary elections are free, fair, and credible, reflecting the true choice of its members.

"The electoral committee of the party shall conduct primary elections that will produce credible candidates that reflect the choice of the people. Nomination of candidates for elections into public offices shall be done by members of the Party in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Act," the party's document states.

The ADC also reserves the authority to adopt either direct or indirect primaries or a consensus method for selecting candidates, as determined by the National Executive Committee.

  • THE ARUGBA: THE VIRGIN WHO CARRIES THE SACRED KEG IN KEGITES CLUB

In the mystical rhythm of African tradition and Kegites heritage, the Arugba stands as a powerful symbol of purity, spiritual continuity, and ancestral connection. Traditionally, among the Yoruba people, the Arugba is the virgin girl who carries the sacred calabash during the Osun-Osogbo festival, believed to be the vessel through which spiritual offerings are transported to the gods.

In the Kegites Club, a socio-cultural organization deeply rooted in Afro-consciousness, traditional symbolism and the protection, preservation, and promotion of African Cultural heritage, this sacred role is adapted and preserved in a unique and respectful way through the Arugba who carries the Sacred Keg of Office.

In Kegites philosophy, the Keg is not just a container for pouring palm wine; it is the soul of the club, representing unity, tradition, spiritual bonding, ancestral knowledge, and the authority and existence of an Ilya. The Keg is carried not just physically but also symbolically, it is a burden of trust, purity, and cultural duty passed on from one generation to another.

The Arugba in Kegites is often portrayed as a young maiden selected to carry the Sacred Keg of Office during procession at major functions in which the Keg would appear, like Mass Transformation, World Gyration, and Coronation ceremonies. She is not just a carrier of the Keg of Office but a living embodiment of honor, purity, and sacred trust. She is seen as a vessel of ancestral invocation, a guardian of the club's moral fabric, and a symbol of cultural fertility and spiritual direction.

Just like in the traditional Yoruba rites, the Arugba’s purity or moral uprightness is symbolic of spiritual cleanliness. She must not just be pure in body, but also pure in heart, speech, and intention. This is not to idolize virginity for its own sake, but to elevate the importance of responsibility, discipline, and sacred trust within the club.

The Arugba carries not just a physical Keg, but also the weight of tradition and cultural preservation. The weight sometimes becomes too much and it’s usually evident on her from her left to right sway during procession. Her role is a bridge between past and future, ancestors and descendants, spirit and society. She walks in silence, with grace, dignity, and focus reminding every comrad of the sacredness of their identity and duty to culture!

In the Kegites Club, the Arugba is tasked with leading processions during solemn time. She is treated with respect, awe, and spiritual reverence not as an object but as an honored channel of ancestral blessings!

The role of the Arugba also celebrates African womanhood , not in a reductive or patriarchal sense, but in a way that honors the role of women as spiritual bearers, nurturers of tradition, and guardians of moral strength. In the Kegites Club, the Arugba is protected, celebrated, and viewed with reverence for the sacred role that she plays.

Lo and behold, a full grown adult married man

I was raised right so I replied respectfully, "Good afternoon sir"

"You are very good my angle, if it's other girls they no greet. you're so beautiful my love."

    "Thank you sir"

    "I love you"

    "Just like that?"

"You are too beautiful. I can't felt this way for anybody before"

"What about your wife sir?" I asked while trying hard to understand the English.

"Forget about it. I and my wife have not se.x for two years."

    "Why sir?"

"Forget about it. I want you when can we see."

I scratched my beards for a minute, then I replied

"When do you want to see me?"

    "Come tomorrow."

    "Ah, so fast"

"Please send me your body, I'm very hot for you."

"I should send you my body?"

    "Yes any one. Se.x one"

    "Oh, you mean se9xy one?"

"Yes, s.ex one send brea.st send back. please I'll do anything my angle"

Pause» you can add me Bcdblog for more stories and updates and to be notified when we post

I wanted to in.s.ul.t and block him. So, this is what girls are facing from men online. As a sharp guy I decided to monetize this lucrative opportunity at least I fit see money for fuel

I typed, "look sir, I've never done something like this before so if you want me to send you my b.oo.bs and a.ss, I need some compensation."

"I will do anything my angle."

    "100k is not bad sir"

"Don't worry when you come I will give more but for now manage 10k."

"Okay sir send it to my Opay account." I didn't want to even negotiate before he will change his mind. Let him just send this one so I can block him

I quickly sent my account number

    10k alert

"Have you see it my queens"

"Not yet my boo, I've not seen anything. Are you sure you have sent it darling?"

    "I have, check now."

"Baby, I've still not seen it. Sometimes network will cause a glitch in the transformer in the cloud and the process will be so slow u will be issued false receipt."

"My angle, you are so smart unlike my wife but I no understand all this big big grammar."

Men that use angle instead of angel, gosh, I ha.ted him more. So I decided to push my luck

"Maybe you should send it again because I'm already nak.ed and even want to do video for u before my battery goes off."

"Ahhh video yes send video I will send it back now my angle.

    Alert

    100k

    I shouted Jesus!!!

My wife ran in from inside, "babe what happened, what is it honey?"

I said, "Goalllll, Nigeria has scored Arsenal!"

My wife doesn't know anything about football so I can say anything and she will buy it

"Nigeria and Arsenal are playing?" She asked

I said, "yes, yes ooo, my queen and love, yes."

    "Who scored?"

    "Dwayne Johnson"

"But is that why you're shouting, please lower your voice." She hissed and went back in.

I checked my msg and saw almost 20 messages from baba

I opened it, baba was begging me to send the money back that he made a mistake and sent 100k instead of 10k

    Immediately I blocked him

I entered my room, raised my voice and shouted, The Emperor, the conqueror, the champion, the Lion is here!!!

Then I told my wife to dress up cos I want to sp.oil her si.lly.

  • 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 Blame 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲 & 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝗢 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘆𝗼 For Their Defeat To Nigeria

Zambian people have blamed their Loss to the Nigerian Female team on Juju and they have dragged "INNOCENT" Nollywood Legends, Pete Edochie and Kanayo O Kanayo into their banter

Due to the kind of hype the Zambian people had given their female team on social media, they were over confident that the match against the most decorated African women's Team, the 'super Falcons of Nigeria' would be a Walk in the park.

They boasted heavily on social media on how they were going to beat the Nigerian team. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the other way round.

NIGERIA baptized them with goals and made their women eat grass for 90 minutes it was a full goalazo . Goals were flying in from different angles and neither their Midfielders nor defenders could stop it. Not even their striker, Barbra Banda who happened to be the reigning African Female Footballer Of The Year could record a shot at the Nigerian goalpost 🙆🏾‍♂️

Their goal keeper wasn't a saint 3ither. She could neither catch, Jump or dive Mama Amaka did not want to stress herself at all. Even their coach ran out of formation because obviously, her 3-2-1-4 was obviously not working 🫣

Now they are blaming their inability to score on juju. They blamed it Kanayo O Kanayo's recent Visit to their country

Moral Lesson: Nigeria will humble You
