• A sanitary pad is every woman's necessity but so sad in some communities, women still use dry leaves, others use old clothes, others try to use paper and toilet tissue.

During the intergenerational talk on menstrual health hosted some weeks back, one of the experiences shared got my heart sinking.

"...I took my old gown, tore pieces from it and used. I will wash them am dry on the covering of our local pit lantrines. Those same tissues I will take and re-use after it has been exposed to fungus, bacteria... and this got me so infected"

While she shared her story, tears flooded our eyes. It wasn't only due to fear of the stigma around menstruation but period poverty aggravated it all.

Hello, many urino-reproductive health issues women experience today are linked to period poverty.

Will you join me in the journey against period poverty?

God is soaking your cane in crude oil..
Go to another group and announce to them and let everyone repent from their bad acts

It may look very funny but it's not. The rate at which people are backsliding is alarming.
People are in church yet they are already qualified for hell.
Think about it and make a change of attitude towards God.

  • Update! Update!! Update!!!

Reliable sources have confirmed to us that starting from next few weeks, APC-paid influencers will flood social media with propaganda, twisting facts to paint the image of Bola Tinubu’s failed government as the best before Nigerians.

These videos — scripted lies — will try to rewrite history and deceive Nigerians into supporting a second term built on suffering and backwardness by the APC.

This will be followed by staged town hall events, funded by public money, to sell a broken vision to a weary people.

We call on Nigerians to rise and reject being deceived by the failure of this administration. We must not them reward with a second term. The suffering of Nigerians must not be reinforced come 2027.

Do read again carefully and send it to others again. It might just help someone.

We are all old, so everyone should pay attention. Please take a minute to read this article. It may be helpful to you, your family, and your friends.

There was a gathering of old classmates. A lady tripped and fell during a barbecue. Her friends suggested seeing a doctor, but she was sure that she was fine. She just tripped on a brick because of her new shoes. The classmates helped her clean up and served her a plate of food. Then she enjoyed the rest of the time with everyone.

After the gathering, her husband called to inform everyone that she was sent to the hospital and died at 6 PM because she had a stroke during the barbecue.
If they knew how to identify the signs of a stroke, she might still be with everyone now.

In fact, stroke has precursors and can be prevented. A neurosurgeon said that if he could reach a stroke patient within three hours, he could completely reverse the consequences of a stroke.

The secret is to identify the problem of stroke and get the patient treated within three hours, which is not difficult.

    To identify a stroke,
let us remember the three steps of S, T, and R. Please read and learn!
If people around you cannot recognize the signs of a stroke, the stroke patient will suffer severe brain damage.

    Just ask three simple questions

    S: (Smile)
    Ask the patient to smile
The corners of the mouth will droop

    T: (Talk)
Ask the patient to say a simple sentence (be organized and coherent) For example: Today is a sunny day.

    R: (Raise)
Ask the patient to raise both hands.
    One hand will fall off

    Note:
Another sign of stroke is: ask the patient to stick out the tongue. If the tongue is "bent" or tilted to one side, it is also a sign of stroke.

If the patient cannot do any of the above four actions, he should call the ambulance immediately and describe the symptoms to the paramedics!

    A cardiothoracic physician emphasized that
If everyone who receives this email can forward ten copies to others, at least one life will be saved.

    I have done my part!
I hope you will do your part too.
    Please forward and forward!

Give roses to others, and the fragrance will remain on your hands!

Give this message to others, and the fragrance of virtue will remain in your heart!

Master said: No matter how busy you are, you should put merit-making deeds first!

  • THE EMBATTLED FORMER DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE NATIONAL FINANCIAL INVESTIGATION AGENCY IN EQUATORIAL......
According to Punch Newspapers, The embattled former Director General of the National Financial Investigation Agency in Equatorial Guinea, Baltasar Engonga, is facing serious legal consequences as his corruption trial proceeds in Malabo. Engonga is set to face 18 years imprisonment after appearing before the court, marking a dramatic fall from power for a man once tasked with overseeing the country’s financial integrity. His arrest and subsequent trial have sent shockwaves through the political and social elite of Equatorial Guinea.

Engonga had been detained at the notorious Black Beach Prison since September 2024, following a high-profile corruption probe. Authorities allege that he misappropriated public funds and engaged in illicit financial dealings during his tenure. His case has become emblematic of the wider issue of systemic corruption within state institutions, raising serious questions about accountability and transparency in the country.

In a statement reflecting the public frustration surrounding the case, one source said, “The resurrection of the ADC is not based on principle, but is a desperate coalition of displaced politicians seeking lost relevance. It is neither visionary nor purposeful, just a forced alliance of familiar faces trying to revive their political careers without real solutions.” Though this quote was made in the context of Nigerian politics, its relevance resonates deeply with the dynamics at play in Engonga’s case — the persistence of power structures built on opportunism rather than reform or progress.

Notably, Engonga’s charges are unrelated to the over 400 sextapes reportedly found in his office and house, involving high-profile women.
