  • Let’s be honest: chasing your dreams isn’t easy. There will be days when everything feels stacked against you, when doubt creeps in, and when giving up seems like the only option.

But here’s the truth—the moment you let bitterness or negativity take over, you shut the door on your own progress. It’s not about pretending things are perfect. It’s about choosing to believe they can get better.

Your attitude shapes your journey. If you stay stubbornly hopeful, relentlessly focused, and refuse to quit, you’ll rise higher than you ever imagined.

Success doesn’t just “happen.” It’s built—day by day, step by step, even when it feels impossible. So no matter what anyone says, no matter how long it takes, keep pushing. Your vision is worth fighting for.

Don’t stop. Don’t give up. Your breakthrough might be closer than you think.

    Now go make it happen.

Good morning and happy New month

  • Join me celebrate this beautiful couple!

We’re 6 months and 9 days into this beautiful journey of marriage and yes, we are celebrating!

Because if we can’t pause to appreciate the little wins, how will we ever fully embrace the big victories?

Marriage is more than a ceremony or a milestone it’s a journey of daily choices, silent prayers, deep growth, and shared grace. It stretches and shapes you in every area: spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and even physically.

We didn’t walk into this season based on emotions or excitement alone. No! we prayed, we prepared, and we surrounded ourselves with wise counsel. That’s why we’re here today still smiling, still standing, still growing.

To our spiritual parents and our marriage counselor (Pht Emos Abamukong and Pst Mrs Abigail Abamukong ) thank you from the depths of our hearts. You walked us through the process, challenged us to be intentional, and reminded us that real love is built, not stumbled into. Counseling hasn’t stopped, and it won’t, we’re committed to growing, together, over and over again.

And through it all, one truth remains: God has been faithful. The challenges have come but instead of breaking us, they’ve made us stronger. More united. More rooted.

So yes we’re just 6 months and 9 days in. But every single day has been a step of grace, growth, and genuine love. And that, to us, is worth celebrating.

    1. Was He just going about praying everywhere and everyday for God to empower Him for the work He had to do?

    2. Did He spend all His time in the synagogues listening to the Rabbi's of His time teach so that He could have good argument to bring against them and to skillfully discredit their work when it would be time to begin his work?

    5. Was he a man who was an expert in carpentry/woodwork, and had made a great name for Himself in the process, empowering others to do what he did, so that He could have time to move into the real work His Father-God had sent Him on earth to do?

    6. Was He a lazy son of Mary - "mummy's boy", who hardly did any work around the house spending most of His time praying and studying the word waiting for his 30th birthday?

    7. Was He a responsible son of Mary and Joseph who learned everything His earthly parents taught Him and took up the role of family head when His earthly father Joseph died and managed the family business to great heights and then handed over the management of the business to His brothers before starting the Work His Heavenly Father-God had prepared for Him?

    8. Was He poor or rich in Earth's standard? Before He began His work of revealing the kingdom of God, scripture records He spoke with leaders of the synagogue while only 12, was missing for over 24 hours and yet was still found among these high status fellows. Can a boy from a poor background be exchanging with these church leaders who were very picky with the caliber of people they interacted with?

Who was Jesus and what really did He do before we heard about Him in the accounts of His Disciples as recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and in the letters of Apostle Paul?

  • Life’s too short to waste on things that don’t matter.

Every minute you spend on distractions, negativity, or half-hearted efforts is a minute stolen from your dreams. Be ruthless with your focus. Cut out what doesn’t serve you.

Your goals won’t happen by accident. You have to choose them—clearly, fiercely. Write them down. Chase them without apology.

Negative thoughts will creep in. But don’t let them stay. What you feed grows. Feed courage, not doubt. Feed action, not fear.

Your mind shapes your world. Think small, and your life stays small. Think bold, and suddenly, everything changes.

Fill your mind with words that lift you, push you, remind you of your strength. You are not here to play small.

There’s greatness inside you—waiting, restless, ready. Stop ignoring it.

Live like a warrior—not because life is a battle, but because you refuse to settle for less than you deserve.

Now go. Make your life extraordinary. It starts today.

    Wishing you a fun-filled weekend.

  • How to Post on Social Media in a Way That Builds a Strong Personal Brand that Makes Money

You can post on social media for 10 years and still have no brand, no clients, and no income.

Do not confuse the difference between popularity (having many followers and likes) and a brand.

There are people who have many followers, but when they post something to sell, no one buys. That is popularity without a strong brand. There is a reason for that.

Posting alone is not strategy. Visibility without clarity won’t build a brand you can monetize.

Here’s how to post on social media in a way that builds a strong personal brand you can monetize, with systems, scale, and strategic clarity.

    1. Stop posting for likes. Start posting for positioning.
You’re not here to entertain (except you are in the entertainment industry).
You’re here to signal & build authority, build trust, and attract aligned buyers.
When you post for positioning your posts will address issues like these:
    - “Here’s the problem I solve.”
    - “Here’s what I’ve helped others achieve.”
    - “Here’s how to work with me.”
    - "Here's how this and that works."
    - “Here’s a mistake people often make — and what to do instead.”
This kind of content doesn’t just inform, it positions you as a trusted authority.
Don’t just show up. Show up with strategic purpose.

I have a free course for you to help you grow your value & distribute more value. Get Value Ascension Course now here: https://stan.store/Joybert

    2. Build a branded content ecosystem (1 →Model).
Pick 3–4 content lanes tied to your brand and monetizable identity:
    Your skillset
    Your results or client wins
    Your thought process or framework
Personal stories that reveal values & mission
Career and industry stories that reveals impact
Rotate consistently. Let people remember and repeat who you are and what you solve. (read that again)

    3. Write a bio that opens doors — not confusion.
When I look at somepeople's bio on social media, sometimes I am like....(let me not say it ahah)
    Your bio should say:
    - Who you help
    - What you help them achieve
    - How they can start working with you
    Clarity > Cleverness
People don’t buy mystery. They buy solutions.

    4. Create posts that are bridges — not broadcasts.
Every post should do one or more of these:
    Educate
    Solve a problem
    Invite action
Build trust through proof or story
    Make your offer visible
Don’t just talk. Lead people somewhere.

    5. Use testimonials and results like marketing assets.
    - Screenshot kind words
    - Share before/after snapshots
    - Tell client transformation stories
    - Highlight how your method works
Social proof is not bragging. It’s trust fuel.

    6. Use your pinned post like a 24/7 sales rep.
    Pin a post that introduces:
    - Who you are
    - What you do
    - Who it’s for
    - How to get started (Add your contacts)
Let your first impression carry conversion weight.

    7. Turn your best-performing posts into repeatable series.
If a post works, don’t post once and move on.
    - Turn it into a mini-series
    - Create a workshop around it
    - Build a paid product from it
Scale your best work. Don’t let it die in the feed.

    8. Repurpose across platforms with intentionality.
    One message. Multiple formats:
    - Facebook post - LinkedIn thread
    - WhatsApp voice note - Instagram carousel
    - Live session - YouTube short clip
    Brand consistency breeds recognition.
    Recognition builds trust.
    Trust drives income.

    9. Include calls to action that lead to real conversations or conversions.
    - “Comment YES for the free guide.”
    - “DM me ‘READY’ to work together.”
    - “Click the link in my bio to book.”
If people can’t take the next step, you’re not building a brand, you’re just journaling and making social media noise.

    10. Track what converts. Build systems around it. (systems thinking)
    - What kind of post attracted clients?
    - What language got people DMing?
    - What structure made your offer clear?
Turn insights into content SOPs. Build a brand that works while you rest.

Which of these points challenged you? COMMENT “BRAND BUILDER”

  • Kaizen is a Japanese term that means "continuous improvement." It's made up of two words:

    "Kai" (change)

    "Zen" (good)

So, Kaizen = Change for the better.

Kaizen is the idea of constantly making small improvements over time, instead of waiting for a big breakthrough.

    Where It's Used:

    - In businesses: Improving processes, reducing waste, increasing efficiency.

    - In personal life: Building better habits, learning news skills & being organised

    Key Principles of Kaizen:

+ Small steps: Focus on small, consistent improvements.

+ Everyone involved: Improvement is everyone's responsibility.

+ No blame: Focus on the process, not the person.

+ Standardize and improve: Once something works, make it the new standard-then improve again.

    Example:

Instead of overhauling a whole factory, a Kaizen approach might:

+ Rearrange tools for easier access.

+ Improve how tasks are handed over between workers.

+ Fix small quality issues before they become big problems.

+Over time, these small changes lead to major improvements.

  • Healing can be passed down too!

You don't have to be the bully because you were bullied or shamed.

I remember in secondary school my classmates had annoying nick names for everyone in class and to deal with the hurts it brought, I had to see another's problems as bigger than mine to feel better about myself.

I was called 'tolambo' apparently to them I had the biggest big toes amongst everyone in class. Others had names like 'anaki, trapee' and the list goes on.

This is just to tell you that, people may smile at some very irritating joke but it sickens them. Try to be sensitive and please don't find comfort by comparing others' woes to yours in a bid to feel good.

Find comfort in embracing yourself, it's perfect perfections and it's perfect imperfections.
I choose to spread this healing I've gotten to everyone.

There's no need to be the great CEO with people pleasing or autocratic tendencies all soaked in gross fear or need to prove that you're the boss. Doesn't it get tiring?

Healing and holistic wellness is available, if you would just reach out.

Just knowing that I'm able to pass down healing instead of hurts to my siblings makes my heart glow.

Many people are dealing with traumas that have become inter-generational. But it is within you that Bliss is found and you have the part to change the trajectory of your life if you're intentional to put in the work.

We can make healing a part of our legacy.

In what ways are you going to make healing your legacy today?

    Go for therapy?
    Pick a new hobby?

Keep unveiling your uniqueness because it is within you that BLISS is found. I love you

  • Here's an Article from an electrical engineer who's work I really admire. I encourage you to read it and follow him for more content if you have interest in electrical things..

Choosing the right cable for your #construction project isn’t just technical, it’s essential for safety and #performance.

Whether it’s for lighting, power circuits, or HVAC systems, the right selection makes all the difference.

    Before installing, check and Calculate

    - Load current

    - Voltage drop (keep under 3–5%)

    - Cable length (longer runs need adjustments)

    - Ambient temperature

    - Installation method (buried, in conduit, or on tray?)

    - Short circuit capacity (can it handle faults?)

    - Type of load (lighting, motors, HVAC, elevators)

    - Applicable standards (NEC, IEC, BS 7671, or local codes)

    - Cable Material (Copper = performance, Aluminum = cost savings)

  • Make Money via WhatsApp - How to use WhatsApp to close clients & make money.

If you have WhatsApp + value + a way to get paid, you have a business.
Let me briefly show you how (10 things to do).

Stop saying you don’t have a system. I have heard many people starting use this complaint.
WhatsApp is one of the most underrated client-closing platforms in Africa and across the world.
Here’s how to use WhatsApp to close clients and make money — with systems, simplicity, and serious results.

I am sharing with you what I have done over and over for years.

    Let's go!

    1. Stop treating WhatsApp like a chat app.
This is for those who truly have value to sell and want to run a business.
Start treating it like a conversion tool.
This is not just where you “talk.”
    It’s where you:
    - Attract clients
    - Nurture clients
    - Convert them into paying clients
    - Follow up and upsell
    - Deliver the value
WhatsApp is your funnel & Checkout. All in one.

Want to increase your value? Free access my value ascension course here: https://stan.store/Joybert

    2. Package your offer clearly — before bringing people in.
    Before you start broadcasting:
    - What’s the offer?
    - What’s the result you create?
    - What’s the price?
    - How can they pay?
Don’t invite people into confusion. Invite them into a clear next step on WhatsApp.

    3. Pin one authority message on your status daily.
Think of WhatsApp status like a sales billboard:
    - Testimonial screenshot
    - Client win
    - Offer highlight
    - Countdown
    - Simple pricing & booking instructions
If 300 people view it, and 3 buy, you’ve closed clients without ads.

Due to my busy schedule, I will stop posting this kind of content here consistently however I will post daily on my Whatsapp channel. Join here: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaDx298KmCPKgNd9j93W

    4. Use voice notes for emotional connection.
Text builds logic. Voice builds trust.
    When someone shows interest:
    - Send a 45-sec voice note explaining the outcome. Be specific. Do not go and send a long keynote address lol.
    - Let them hear your tone. Confidence. Clarity.
Voice notes close better than paragraphs. Ask for permission. Something like "Kindly permit me send you a 45 seconds VN."

    5. Set up a “first-message” response script.
    Every serious offer should have:
    - A welcome message
    - A quick outline of what they’ll get
    - A payment link (number) or booking step
    - Optional testimonial or result screenshot
Make buying easy. Don’t let curiosity die in your DMs on WhatsApp.

    6. Segment your audience using Broadcast Lists or groups.
    Group by:
    - Leads
    - Buyers
    - Free class attendees
    - Product interest (e.g., skincare, consulting, coaching)
Speak to each list based on what they care about.
    Relevance = Revenue.

Want to increase your value? Free access my value ascension course here: https://stan.store/Joybert

    7. Use PDF, video or voice bundles to deliver value at scale.
    - Create a simple e-guide
    - Record a 3-part audio training
    - Package your service explainer in a quick video
    Deliver it directly via WhatsApp.
    Zero tech. 100% connection.

    8. Follow-up like a closer, not a beggar.
    - “Just checking if you had any questions before the slots close.”
    - “I’m confirming your spot. Here are the payment details before 5 slots left get sold-out?”
    - “Let me know how you'd like to proceed.”
    Professional. Polite. Profitable.

    9. Build systems from wins.
Every conversion becomes a repeatable flow.
    - Save your best messages as templates
    - Document the Q&As that lead to “yes”
    - Build a micro-process from client DM → payment → delivery

Now your system runs on clarity, not chaos.

    10. Collect payments through the best way you can
(mobile money, Zelle, PayPal, or bank — and track it.)
You don’t need fancy checkout pages. However, if you can have it, great.
    You just need:
    - An account that receives money
    - A method to confirm payment
    - Excellent process to deliver the offer
WhatsApp isn’t a limitation. It’s a lean startup advantage for those starting.

Many people have not started doing amazing things because they think they are under-equipped. No, many people are not just resourceful and just focus on complaining because it is easier. You’re under-utilizing what’s already in your hand.

  • "Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing." — Pelé

Stay strong and go after your dreams, no matter how tough things get.

It’s really important to keep a positive attitude. When you feel bitter, it makes it harder for good things to come your way.

Remember, your mindset or attitude decides how high you’ll rise.

    - Stay stubborn. Even when it feels impossible.

    - Ignore the doubters. They don’t know your strength.

    - Keep pushing. Success isn’t luck—it’s built step by step.

Chase your vision with all your heart.

Success doesn’t just happen by chance. It comes from sticking with it.

Here is a promise you can cling on to given by Apostle Paul: "Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9 (ESV)

Everyday you keep pushing, you get closer to the finish line So don’t quit. Not today. Not ever. Push forward. Your breakthrough is definitely coming.

Wishing you a good morning, a great day and a productive week.

  • BOOKMARK FOR WHEN YOU OVER-THINK.

Over thinking is a shame response.

We over-think when we feel the shame of being exposed— as not perfect, not good enough, or as being defective in some way.

All of us have a go to coping response. For some it’s self isolation, replaying the conversation over and over again, social media scrolling, or binge eating. All of this is an attempt to numb the shame and soothe the dysregulation in the body.

Here’s what you can do when you get caught in the shame cycle from a comment:

    1. Breathe and Move:

If you’re at work go into the bathroom. Shake your arms and legs out. Take "slow" deep breaths as you do it. If you have an urge to cry, let yourself. Tears bring the body back to a parasympathetic state.

    2. Open your Notepad or a Journal:

Write down all the feelings that are coming up, what you wish you would have said as a “comeback” or anything else you’re thinking of that person. Don’t censor yourself or judge yourself. Being accepting of where you’re at instead of resisting the emotions will help to calm them.

    3. Note the Messenger:

Passive aggressive comments, attempting to making you look incompetent, or anyone engaging in a power dynamic reveals they’re struggling with their own communication. Typically, we think we "made" them react that way. Or they reacted because of what we did.

In reality, this reveals how they feel about themselves. Don’t engage in an ego battle. Remind yourself you’re safe and that the "only" thing you’re responsible is responding as your highest self (this will help to break through shame and build confidence.

DO YOU OVERTHINK? How can we help you?

Comment "LIGHT to get 1 free therapy session".

Keep unveiling your uniqueness because it is within you that BLISS is found. I love you

  • Helping people is good, but when it becomes frequent, that's dependency right there and it can form codependency patterns. Help people but much more:

Empower people to help themselves, that helps them evolve and break patterns and they can stand apart.
    This could look like,
Getting them a job instead of sending them money always
It could be teaching them or paying for them to learn a trade
It could be supporting them to start their own business until it picks speed
It could be cutting off hand downs and teaching them to create
It could be telling the truth to them in love about their flaws
It could be paying for therapy or counseling sessions for them, to help them gain clarity, work out healthy coping skills and strategies to deal to everyday life's stresses and challenges etc ...

How have you empowered someone to help themselves?

Keep unveiling your uniqueness because it is within you that BLISS is found. I love you

  • It's the end of another week.

A moment to remind ourselves wahala no di finish.

A child observes his mother’s turning grey hairs. He was curious to know the reason.

So one day he asks his mother, ”Mom, why are some of your hairs turning grey?”

The mother thinks of teaching something good to him on this question.

She replies,” Every bad action of yours turns one of my hairs grey!”

The child replies, ”Now i get it , Why grandmother’s all hairs are grey”

    Ahhhh emotional damage 🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️

Dealing with children can be very tricky.

I don't know about you but here's what I think.

    1. *Dishonesty can backfire* – The mother’s fib was meant to guilt the child, but it ended up exposing her in a funny way.

    2. *Kids can be brutally honest* – Children often say exactly what they think, unintentionally turning the tables on adults.

    3. *Manipulative tactics don’t always work* – Trying to control behavior through guilt or fear can lead to unexpected and humorous results.

What about you? What did you learn? Have you ever been guilt trapped by an adult or are you the adult guilt trapping children?

Wishing you a fun-filled weekend and reminding you to love live and laugh wholeheartedly.

  • "You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him find it within himself." — Galileo Galilei

Back in secondary school, I was that kid—the one who actually enjoyed math. I know, I know. Somebody had to be the weirdo. I loved it so much that it became my favorite subject all the way through high school and university. To this day, I still enjoy solving complex math problems just for fun

While most students groaned at equations, I was having fun solving problems. Naturally, because I was good at it, some of my classmates came to me for help.

But here’s the twist: my teaching style was a bit unusual. At least, that’s what they told me.

Instead of just handing them the answers (which, let’s be honest, is what most of them wanted), I bombarded them with questions, starting from the basics and working our way up. I wanted them to think for themselves:

"Okay, what do you already understand about this problem?"
"If we break it down, what’s the first step?"
"Why do you think that formula applies here?"

It drove them crazy. They’d groan, roll their eyes, and beg me to just give them the answer already. But the few who stuck with me? They didn’t just pass their exams—they actually understood math. And that made all the difference.

I didn’t realize it back then, but I’ve since learned that asking questions is incredibly powerful. When someone asks for advice or an opinion, they usually expect a direct answer, not a series of questions. But I’ve found that asking the right questions can lead to clarity and better responses.

Have you noticed how people can get defensive when you ask them questions? It’s like flipping a switch! They don’t realize that without clarity, any answers you give will be superficial.

Ask someone for advice, and they’ll give you a quick fix. Tell a doctor you have a headache, and a quack will throw painkillers at you. But a real doctor? They’ll ask you:

    "Where exactly does it hurt?"

"How long has this been going on?"

    "Any other symptoms?"

Why? Because he understands that a headache is just a symptom, not the cause. He might even run a few tests. This is all about seeking clarity to give you the best treatment.

The same goes for consultants, pastors, coaches, and even friends. If you jump straight to solutions without asking questions, you’re just slapping a band-aid on a wound.

    Think about it:

Questions bring clarity. (Ever argued with someone only to realize you weren’t even talking about the same thing?)

Questions uncover the real problem. (That "money issue" might actually be a spending habit, a fear, or a bad business model.)

Questions make people think for themselves. (And that’s how real change happens.)

But here’s the funny part—people hate questions.

Ask someone "Why do you think that?" and they’ll either:

    1. Get defensive ("Why are you interrogating me?!")
    2. Get annoyed ("Just tell me what to do!")
    3. Realize they don’t actually know (...awkward silence.)

And that’s a shame—because the best answers come from them, not you.

I love this funny definition of a consultant: "A consultant is someone who takes the watch off your wrist, tells you what time it is, and then keeps the watch."

It’s funny because it’s true. A good consultant (or doctor, or pastor, or friend) doesn’t just give answers—they pull them out of you. Because deep down, you probably already know the solution. You just need the right questions to help you see it.

If I could give one piece of advice to pastors, it would be this: when someone comes to you with a problem, instead of jumping straight into prayer and casting out demons (that may not even exist), take a moment to ask questions. Find out what’s really going on before diving into the spiritual stuff. You might discover that you’re not the right person to help, and that’s okay. You can direct them to someone who can.

Did you know you can have a money problem, and I might not have any cash to give you? But through asking the right questions, I could help you find a solution that doesn’t cost a dime!

So, to all the consultants, doctors, coaches, pastors, and anyone who helps others: embrace the power of questioning.

Next time someone asks you for advice, don’t give them an answer right away. Ask them:

"What have you tried so far?"

"What’s stopping you from fixing this?"

"If you did know the answer, what would it be?"

Watch their reaction. Some will get frustrated. But the ones who stick with it? They’ll walk away with something better than an answer—they’ll walk away with understanding.

And if you’re the one asking for help? Let people ask you questions. It might feel annoying at first, but trust me—it’s the fastest way to a real solution. Superficial questions lead to flimsy solutions that don't last.

By the way, if you’ve ever been annoyed by someone answering your question with another question… maybe it’s time for a little self-reflection.

Good morning and have a great day.
"You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him find it within himself." — Galileo Galilei Back in secondary school, I was that kid—the one who actually enjoyed math. I know, I know. Somebody had to be the weirdo. I loved it so much that it became my favorite subject all the way through high school and university. To this day, I still enjoy solving complex math problems just for fun While most students groaned at equations, I was having fun solving problems. I wanted them to think for themselves: "Okay, what do you already understand about this problem?" "If we break it down, what’s the first step?" "Why do you think that formula applies here?" It drove them crazy. They’ll ask you: "Where exactly does it hurt?" "How long has this been going on?" "Any other symptoms?" Why? Because he understands that a headache is just a symptom, not the cause. He might even run a few tests. This is all about seeking clarity to give you the best treatment. The same goes for consultants, pastors, coaches, and even friends. • The devastating impact of loneliness in young children.

Loneliness is a silent struggle that often goes unnoticed, even when kids seemingly have everything they need – a roof over their heads, food on the table, nice clothes, and material comforts. But the truth is, these external things are not enough.

As parents, we may get caught up in the busyness of life, juggling work, responsibilities, and commitments.

....And often we may unintentionally overlook the profound importance of our presence in our children's lives.

We might assume that material provisions are sufficient, but they are not. Our children need more than just physical necessities – they need our love, attention, and emotional support.

Loneliness can be especially devastating for young minds. When kids feel disconnected, isolated, and unheard, it can have long-lasting effects on their mental and emotional well-being. It's heartbreaking to think that children, who should be experiencing the joy and wonder of childhood, are instead battling feelings of emptiness and despair.

.....We need to recognize the significance of building open lines of communication with our kids. We must create an environment where they feel safe, heard, and understood. It's crucial to encourage them to express their thoughts, feelings, and struggles without fear of judgment or rejection.

By fostering a culture of open communication, we can help prevent the unimaginable pain that some children endure. Suicide rates among young people are alarmingly high, and loneliness often plays a role in their struggles. We cannot underestimate the power of being present and attentive in our children's lives.

Let's prioritize quality time with our kids – not just physically being in the same space, but truly engaging with them, listening to their stories, dreams, and fears. Let's create meaningful connections, nurturing their emotional well-being and helping them navigate life's challenges.

Remember, it's not about the material possessions we provide; it's about the love and support we offer. Our children deserve our unwavering presence and the reassurance that they are never alone in this world.

Together, let's make a difference by being there for our children, building bridges of understanding, and instilling in them a sense of belonging and love. Their precious hearts and minds depend on it.

LOVE YOUR CHILDREN! ~ Lorena Acosta.

I am not a parent but I was once a child. If I can give one piece of advice to all parents is that, TIME is priceless, it is everything.

Be present and consistent with your kids, every day of their life. Yes, food, housing, clothes, school is important but it's not enough. Make sure to have a one on one with your kid every day, or at least a couple times a week. Make them feel heard, included, appreciated, safe. Be their best friend but most of all their parents to protect and guide them.

  • I remember coming across these words "anger is a poison we drink, hoping it will hurt someone else—but it only hurts us." It shifted my perspective about anger.

When we let frustration take over, we lose twice: if we’re right, anger is unnecessary, and if we’re wrong, we’ve lost the right to be angry in the first place. The alternative? Patience. Not just waiting, but choosing how we respond.

Patience wears different faces depending on where we direct it.

With family, patience is love—accepting imperfections because the bond matters more.

With strangers, it’s respect—recognizing their humanity even when they test ours.

With ourselves, patience becomes confidence, the quiet understanding that growth takes time.

And with faith, patience is trust—letting go of the need to control what we can’t.

It’s easy to get lost dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. One brings regret, the other anxiety. But the present moment? That’s where life happens. A deep breath, a conscious smile—these small acts shift our perspective. Challenges will come; they always do.

Every hardship tests us, offering a choice: let it harden us or refine us. The difference lies in whether we see ourselves as victims of circumstance or students of experience.

There’s a subtle truth in the way things work: not everything beautiful is good, but good things carry their own beauty. Kindness, honesty, patience—these aren’t always glamorous, but they leave a lasting light.

Happiness sweetens life, but the reverse is also true: choosing sweetness—gentleness, gratitude, patience—creates happiness. It’s a cycle worth starting. So the next time anger knocks, pause. Ask what patience might do instead. The answer could change everything.

    Wishing you a great week.

  • ACCEPTANCE

Life throws things at us—some we want, some we don’t. But what happens next depends entirely on how we meet them. I guess that's why Charles R. Swindoll, says: "I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it."

If you resist an unfair moment, it hardens into anger. Accept it, and it softens into patience.

Fight against uncertainty, and it twists into fear. Embrace it, and it unfolds into adventure.

Refuse to forgive someone’s flaws, and they become hatred. Choose to understand, and they become grace.

See another’s success as a threat, and it poisons you with envy. See it as proof of what’s possible, and it fuels you.

Acceptance isn’t surrender. It’s the quiet strength that lets us move through life without breaking.

The choice is always there: struggle against what is, or meet it—and grow.

Resisting what you can't change is only a building block for frustration. There should be a better way of handling.

Maybe we all can borrow from Reinhold Niebuhr's Serenity Prayers that says "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference."

  • How to Discover New Ways to Make Money in Your Business
    (For Business Owners ONLY)

Most businesses are sitting on money, not because they’re lazy…
But because they’ve normalized their own value and stopped seeing new income paths inside what they already know, make, or do.

Whether you're selling physical products, running a local service, or scaling enterprise solutions, you’re likely leaking revenue from internal blind spots.

Here’s how to uncover and monetize what’s already working inside your business, without needing new equipment, more staff, or fancy tech.

    1. Audit What You Already Do Exceptionally Well
What process, service, or product do people keep coming back for?
→ What gets the most referrals?
→ What’s “too easy” for your team but feels valuable to customers?
That’s a monetizable edge. Package, scale, or price it higher.

Free courses & tools to enhance your business value & monetization: Download here - https://stan.store/Joybert

    2. Turn Operations Into Offers
You’ve likely mastered something behind the scenes:
    – Your packaging process
    – Your customer experience model
    – Your inventory or fulfillment system
Can another business pay to learn or license it?
Can it become a micro-service or subscription?

Even a bakery can productize its workflow.
Even a factory can license its QC process.
Don’t just use your operations, profit from them.

    3. Expand Use-Cases of Your Physical Products
What are customers doing with your products that you haven’t spotlighted?
→ Are they modifying, hacking, customizing, repurposing?
→ Are there industrial, event, or export applications you’ve ignored?
One shift in packaging or positioning can unlock a new customer category or B2B use case.

    4. Repackage Best-Sellers into Premium Versions
Brick-and-mortar or not, if something sells well, bundle it, elevate it, or personalize it.
    → Add premium packaging
    → Offer a high-end version
    → Create limited editions
    → Add behind-the-scenes “story” experiences

Small tweaks in perceived value = big jumps in revenue.
Free courses & tools to enhance your business value & monetization: Download here - https://stan.store/Joybert

    5. Extract Staff Knowledge into Systems You Can Monetize
Your employees know more than you think.
Your systems work better than you realize.
→ Can your team teach what they do to others in your industry?
→ Can your onboarding process become a product for similar businesses?

This works for auto shops, salons, catering businesses, cleaning companies, tailors, every real business has repeatable value.

Audit What You Already Do Exceptionally Well What process, service, or product do people keep coming back for? → What gets the most referrals? → What’s “too easy” for your team but feels valuable to customers? That’s a monetizable edge. Package, scale, or price it higher. Free courses & tools to enhance your business value & monetization: Download here - https://stan.store/Joybert 2. Turn Operations Into Offers You’ve likely mastered something behind the scenes: – Your packaging process – Your customer experience model – Your inventory or fulfillment system Can another business pay to learn or license it? Can it become a micro-service or subscription? Even a bakery can productize its workflow. Even a factory can license its QC process. Don’t just use your operations, profit from them. 3. Expand Use-Cases of Your Physical Products What are customers doing with your products that you haven’t spotlighted? → Are they modifying, hacking, customizing, repurposing? → Are there industrial, event, or export applications you’ve ignored? One shift in packaging or positioning can unlock a new customer category or B2B use case. ...I Help Experts & Institutions to Extract, Package & Monetize Specialized Value | Book Me to Train, Coach & Speak | 4. Repackage Best-Sellers into Premium Versions Brick-and-mortar or not, if something sells well, bundle it, elevate it, or personalize it. → Add premium packaging → Offer a high-end version → Create limited editions → Add behind-the-scenes “story” experiences Small tweaks in perceived value = big jumps in revenue. Free courses & tools to enhance your business value & monetization: Download here - https://stan.store/Joybert 5. Extract Staff Knowledge into Systems You Can Monetize Your employees know more than you think. Your systems work better than you realize. → Can your team teach what they do to others in your industry? → Can your onboarding process become a product for similar businesses? This works for auto shops, salons, catering businesses, cleaning companies, tailors, every real business has repeatable value. Free courses & tools to enhance your business value & monetization: Download here - https://stan.store/Joybert Comment "New Value" if you picked a business strategy to enhance your value in your business. • "I’m fine” isn’t always a lie. But it’s rarely the whole truth.

When clients say it, I don’t push. I slow down. I get curious.

Because underneath “I’m fine,” there’s often:– exhaustion– fear of taking up space– a history of having your emotions ignored

“I’m fine” could mean different things, so these are the questions I might ask, coming from a place of openness and curiosity:

“What does ‘fine’ mean for you right now?”
Because sometimes “fine” is code for “I don’t feel safe enough to go there yet.” And that’s okay.

“If you weren’t trying to be okay right now, what might you say?” This one gives permission to stop. To stop holding it together if holding it together is actually making things worse.

“What part of you needed to say ‘I’m fine’?”
    Because it’s not always avoidance.Sometimes it’s protection.
And that part deserves to be heard, too.

You don’t have to rip yourself open to be supported. Sometimes just naming that you don’t feel ready to go deeper yet—that’s the work.
What does “I’m fine” usually mean for you?

  • How to Earn More In Your Industry by Shifting Your Self-Image
    (Act on these now!)

You’ll never earn beyond how you see yourself.
Not your degree. Not your years of experience.
Your self-image is your earning ceiling.

Until you shift how you see yourself, your money will obey your limits.

Here’s how to upgrade your self-image in 7 steps, so your income finally reflects your value.

    1. Audit the internal script you’ve normalized.
    - “I’m not ready.”
    - “I’m just doing my best.”
    - “I can’t charge that much.”
These aren’t personality quirks. They’re earning limitations.
Rewrite the script or stay stuck inside it.

    2. List your last 10 wins, in plain value terms.
    Not titles. Not tasks.
    Actual value.
    → “I saved my company $15K.”
→ “My client launched successfully with my guidance.”
→ “I built a process that now runs without me.”
This is how professionals shift from self-doubt to paid authority.

    3. Decide to retire your old identity.
You’re not “trying to make it.”
You’ve made it this far. Now upgrade the story.

    Ask:
    - Would someone earning $10K/month think like this?
    - Speak like this?
    - Price like this?
If not, delete the version of you that does.

    4. Control your reputation inputs.
You don’t rise from a new mindset alone.
You rise by consuming aligned environments:
    - Learn from experts who earn what you want
    - Be part of communities that normalize wealth
    - Don't join conversations that shrink your goals
You become what your atmosphere permits.

    5. Reintroduce yourself, online and offline.
    Update your bio.
    Update your pitch.
Update how you show up in rooms.

You don’t get paid more until people see you as more.
And they can’t, until you do first.

    6. Raise the room you allow.
You can’t fix your self-image in circles that reward smallness.
Stop performing for the wrong people.

Every room you shrink in is a room you need to leave.
Your new income will require new circles.

    7. Practice pricing like a professional.
    Say your new price.
Out loud. In front of a mirror.
Then practice saying it without flinching.

Because the marketplace responds to your belief and what you communicate with confidence and power.

You’re not underpaid because you lack skill.
You’re underpaid because you’re still thinking like the old you.

COMMENT “ELEVATE” if this impacted your mind and heart powerfully.

  • How Business Owners Can Turn Their Facebook Profiles Into a Sales & Money Machines.

If you run a business, whether you're baking cakes, braiding hair, selling clothes, or managing rentals, different services, your personal profile is not “just social.”

    It’s your online storefront.
    People stalk before they shop.
    They scroll before they spend.

Here’s how to turn your personal Facebook profile into a 24/7 customer attraction system — even if you don’t run ads.

    1. Look like someone worth buying from.
    First impressions matter.
    Profile photo: clear, professional, friendly
Cover photo: shows your product, shop, or result
Bio: “I help [who] get [what] using [product/service]”

Don’t hide your hustle. Showcase it.

    2. Stop random posting. Start strategic showing.
    People want proof.
    Post happy customers
    Share before/after photos
    Tell behind-the-scenes stories
Educate about your product or service No long captions needed. Just show why it works.

    3. Use your bio to answer one question: “Can I trust you?”
Write in simple words what you do and for who.
    Example:
“I make custom event cakes in Douala or Dallas or Dubai. DM to book.”
That’s clearer than 90% of business pages.

    4. Your feed is your credibility board. Clean it.
Remove old posts that don’t reflect your brand
Pin one strong post that shows results or products
Post at least twice a week: one value, one product/service

If your page looks active and confident, people feel safe to buy.

    5. Create content that leads to conversations.
    Post something like:
“I just finished this custom order. Would you try this color combo?
Now you’ve started engagement — and opened the door for sales DMs.

    6. Your WhatsApp, Instagram, or store link should be one click away.
Put your best link in your bio or pin a post with clear instructions.
“Click the link in my bio to order”
    “DM me ‘ORDER’ for pricing”
Don’t make people work to give you money. - Dr. Joybert Javnyuy

    7. People don’t just want products. They want people.
Let them see your passion, not just your product.
Share your journey, your customer love, your “why.”
That’s what makes them choose you over someone cheaper.

COMMENT “UPGRADE” if this impacted you and you will be upgrading your profile right away.

  • Let’s be real: Some days, it feels like the universe conspires against you and you keep losing. Every step forward gets blocked. Every time you think you’ve caught a break, another storm hits. It’s exhausting. It’s frustrating. And yes, sometimes it just feels unfair.

But here’s the truth: You’re still here. Still fighting. Still standing. And that means everything.

Life doesn’t test you to break you. It tests you because strength isn’t built in comfort. Resilience isn’t forged on easy days. The person you’re becoming is shaped in these struggles—even when you can’t see it yet.

So when the weight feels too heavy, remember:

    - No storm lasts forever.
    - No night is endless.
    - No challenge is wasted.

The obstacles you face today? They’re shaping the person you’ll be tomorrow. Time has a way of turning wounds into wisdom, setbacks into comebacks.

Hold on to hope. Nurture your faith. Even when you can’t see the bigger picture, trust that it’s unfolding—for you. Trust God and use all the abilities He has given you.

Tomorrow will come. The light will return. And when it does, you’ll realize: You were always stronger than you thought.

So keep going. Keep believing. And when morning comes, meet it with your head up.

Today, may you be encouraged by the words of Prophet Isaiah in Isa.40.31 - but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Good morning and Happy New week!

  • Stop waiting for “Perfect.” Start embracing PROGRESS.

One of the things that stop a lot of people from making progress is that they are afraid to make mistakes. Some of them are waiting for the perfect moment or for everything to align. Truth is mistakes are underated.

Mistakes aren’t failures—they’re milestones. Some people might laugh when you stumble. Others might even root for your fall. But here’s the truth: Every misstep is a lesson dressed in disguise.

The person who tries and messes up is already ahead of the one too scared to start. Why? Because action beats inertia, every time.

Think about a plane. It doesn’t shoot straight into the sky. It needs that long, slow grind on the runway to build momentum. You might feel stuck right now—working hard but not “rising.” But what if this is your runway phase? What if every small step is fueling your eventual takeoff?

Here’s the kicker: Once you’re airborne, no force (not even gravity… or the naysayers trying to drag you down) can stop you. But planes don’t stay up forever. They land to refuel. Your low moments? That’s your chance to reflect, rebuild, and rise stronger.

You weren’t built to stay grounded. You were born to fly.

    So stop fearing the bumps.

    Stop being afraid of errors.

    Stop waiting for perfect.

    Wishing you a great day.

    Copied!
    Happy Weekend!

  • How to Find Your Most Profitable Skill — Even If You Feel Ordinary/Average

    You’re sitting on a goldmine.
But when your skill is normal to you, you’ll assume it’s worthless.

    It’s not.
It’s just unrecognized, unpackaged, and unpositioned.

Here’s how to find the one skill that will pay you the most — even if you feel ordinary.
    Thread

    1. Stop looking for a new skill.
Your most profitable skill is rarely something you need to learn.
It’s something you’ve already done, survived, or delivered, but haven’t priced or packaged (refined) yet.

    2. List what comes easy to you but hard to others.
    What do people say:
    “You’re good at this…”
    “How did you do that?”
    That’s not small talk. That’s a signal.
    Ease is a clue.
Pain + confusion for others = opportunity for you.

    3. Look for patterns in past results.
What do your best wins have in common?
→ What problem did you solve?
→ Who did you solve it for?
→ What changed because of your input?
The marketplace pays for repeated outcomes. Not random brilliance.

    4. Run the Money Skill Filter
For every skill you list, ask:
    – Does it save someone time?
    – Does it save someone money?
    – Does it help someone earn more?
    – Would a business pay for this?
If the answer is yes to 2 or more, you’re holding a monetizable skill.

    5. Stop trying to be unique. Be useful.
Many times, you don’t need to invent something new.
You need to position what you already know in a way that solves an urgent, expensive problem.

    6. Use the “Cash Conversation Test”
Have 5 conversations with people in your target audience.
    Ask:
→ What’s frustrating you in [area of your skill]?
→ What have you tried that didn’t work?
→ If someone fixed that fast, what would it be worth to you?
This gives you the language and the pricing.

    7. Package a small win. Fast.
    Don’t build a business (yet).
    Don’t launch a website (yet).
Just pick one skill + one result + one person
And turn it into a low-friction paid offer.

    Examples:
    – “I help startup founders write investor-ready bios.”
    – “I help 9-5 professionals build personal brands on LinkedIn.”
    – “I help coaches craft 1 clear, high-ticket offer.”
Clarity gets clients. Complexity kills confidence.

    8. Recognize your skill and act on it today.
Most people aren’t broke because they lack skill.
They’re broke because they’ve never recognized the value of their skill.

COMMENT “SKILL + MONEY” if this hits you hard and you will practice.

Examples: – “I help startup founders write investor-ready bios.” – “I help 9-5 professionals build personal brands on LinkedIn.” – “I help coaches craft 1 clear, high-ticket offer.” Clarity gets clients. Complexity kills confidence. 8. Recognize your skill and act on it today. Most people aren’t broke because they lack skill. They’re broke because they’ve never recognized the value of their skill. 💬 COMMENT “SKILL + MONEY” if this hits you hard and you will practice. • How to Test Your Idea Before Launching & Make Money
(How to Know If Your Idea Will Make Good Money)

    You don’t need a logo.
    You don’t need a website.
You need proof, that people want what you’re about to build.

Before you waste time, money, or energy… test the thing.
Here’s how to validate your idea in few days.

    1. Say the idea out loud.
If you can’t explain it clearly in one sentence,
you’re not ready to build it.
    Confused creators confuse the market.
Do a voice note of that idea and send to 5 friends and ask them if they understand it.

    2. Identify the pain it solves.
    People don’t pay for ideas.
    They pay for painkillers.
What specific frustration does your idea eliminate?
    Write that in plain language.

    3. Create a 1-sentence offer.
    Use this formula:
“I help [who] solve [what problem] in [how long].”
If you can’t fill in the blanks, your idea isn’t sharp enough. ~ Dr. Joybert Javnyuy

    4. Post a value test.
Write a short, no-fluff Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram post around the problem.
Not a pitch — just raw value + a CTA like:
    “Would this help you?”
    If nobody responds, tweak it.
    If people comment, keep going.

    5. Collect 5 real conversations.
Talk to 5 real people in your target group.
    Ask:
    – What’s your biggest frustration in [topic]?
    – What have you tried?
    – Would this solve that?
    Forget surveys. Talk to humans.

    6. Offer a micro-win.
Before building the whole thing, offer one piece.
    A voice note. A checklist. A 30-min session.
If they pay for it or ask for more — your idea works.

    7. Get a “yes” before you build.
Don’t create the product. Create the demand.
Let someone say: “How can I pay you?”
Then deliver fast, rough, and real.
    Speed beats polish.

    8. Refine with feedback.
Turn their feedback into version 2.
The idea gets clearer as you test it, not before.

If this challenged you to act, COMMENT “Execution” & mention a friend who needs to read this.

  • How to Beat Imposter Syndrome ('I’m-Not-Good-Enough' Feeling/Voice) as a Beginner (Professional & Entrepreneur)

    You’re gifted.
    You’re skilled.
But your mind keeps whispering: “You’re not ready. Who do you think you are?”

That voice is not truth, it’s a lie.
Here’s how to shut it down and show up strong. ~ Dr. Joybert Javnyuy

    1. Name the voice.
It’s not “you," It’s fear, shame, and conditioning — replaying old tapes. The first power move: Recognize it is an intruder, not your identity. Develop your true identity.

    2. Stop waiting to feel like an expert. Real experts never feel ready. They just show up, serve, and grow on the job or in the business. Confidence is a result of movement, not a prerequisite.

    3. Document your proof.
    What have you overcome?
What results have you helped create — even informally?
Make a list. That’s your resume.
Read it until your doubt shuts up. You conquer doubts with words and action.

    4. Serve before you sell.
Remove the pressure to “impress.” Instead, aim to help.
Solve something small. Give someone a quick win.
    Impact kills imposter syndrome.

    5. Don’t compare your Day 1 to their Year 10.
    That person you admire?
They also doubted themselves at the beginning.
    Focus on becoming, not competing.

    6. Speak before you feel qualified.
    Your voice trains your mind.
You don't conquer doubts with thoughts. You conquer doubts with words and action. ~ Dr. Joybert Javnyuy

    Say it out loud:
“I am not perfect, but I am valuable. I am becoming.”
Say it until your soul agrees.

    7. Show up anyway.
    Even when you feel nervous.
    Even when your voice shakes.
    Even when nobody claps.
    Imposters wish and complain.
    Builders move. Be the builder.

    8. Anchor your identity beyond applause.
You’re not your likes. You’re not your sales.
You’re not what they say or don’t say.
You’re who you were called to be — before the world noticed.

If this hit you hard COMMENT “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”
Go and make the moves now.
