  • How to Turn Online Inquiries into Paid Clients (How to Make More Money Through Inquiries)

In one of my coaching sessions with a business owner, after reviewing what has been going on in his business in the last 6 months, I told him "You don't have a sales problem, you have an inquiry conversion problem."

I developed this strategy to convert inquiries into paid clients after that call with the client.

So follow me, and you will learn at least 10 ways to convert dm or face to face inquiries into paid clients.

Every day, someone asks about your service or product…
But they don’t pay. They disappear.
    They “will think about it.”

Maybe you have been wondering, why is it that I get so many inquiries but few buyers. Well, let me solve that problem for you. Remember to come and collect my bank details and drop a thank you lol (smiles)

If you can’t convert inquiries, your business won’t scale.

DMs, comments, referrals, or face-to-face inquiries are not just interest.
They’re open doors to sales and cash flow. ~ Dr. Joybert Javnyuy

Here’s how to turn inquiries into income.

    1. Respond Like a Professional, Not a Peer
Stop responding to inquiries like you are talking to your boyfriend or girlfriend.

Speed + clarity + professional tone builds trust.

    Start doing this:
    Acknowledge the inquiry
    Thank them for reaching out
    Clarify what they’re interested in

Never respond casually to a serious opportunity.
Your tone teaches people how to treat your business.
For someone reading this, if you change only this your business will change. Comment "I agree" if I am talking to you. Don't be shy.

    2. Ask a Filter Question to Guide the Conversation
Don't drop your price. Don’t pitch yet.

    Start with:
    - “Can I ask, what outcome are you hoping to get help with?”
    - “Have you tried anything in the past for this?”

People don’t buy offers. They buy solutions to pain. ~ Dr. Joybert Javnyuy

Every Professional, Entrepreneur, Executive, Leader should be at this Summit.

    3. Lead With Confidence, Not Convincing
    Your energy should say:
“I solve this daily. You’re in good hands.”

If your reply sounds like begging for approval or apologizing for your price, you’ve already lost.

You are not trying to be chosen.
You are showing them why you’re the right choice.
You are demonstrating why the best decision they made was to reach out to you.

    4. Shift From Conversation to Conversion
    Once you understand their pain and desires;
    - Offer one of your solutions.
    - Be direct and simple.

    Example:
“I actually help people with that through [product or service]. Would you like the details?” or
"In the last 3 months, I have helped 6 people with almost the same kind of problem using this solution. Let me share with you the details."

No jargons. No pressure. Just clarity of solutions and impact.

    5. Always Anchor the Value Before Mentioning Price
Don’t drop your price out of context.

    Say this:
“For what you’ve shared, here’s what I’d recommend… [Insert outcome or transformation focused description]. That’s available for [$]. It comes with…”

Make them see what they gain, before they feel what they pay. ~ Dr. Joybert Javnyuy
    This always changes the game.

    6. Create Easy Decision Paths
    Confused people don’t buy.

    Make the next step obvious:
    - “To move forward, here’s the link.”
    - “We can get started as soon as payment is confirmed.”
    - “Would you like me to send payment details?”

Remove friction. Remove difficulties. Make action feel easy.

    7. Use Urgency Without Desperation
People delay unless there's a reason not to.

    Use:
    - Limited spots
    - Upcoming start date
    - Fast-action bonuses

But don’t lie. Real urgency builds trust. Fake urgency destroys it.

    8. Use Testimonials & Results Strategically
When they’re close to buying but unsure, send this:

“Here’s a quick win from someone I recently helped with the same issue…”

Nothing sells like social proof in the middle of momentum.

    9. Know When to Follow Up and When to Let Go
If they ghost after a proposal:
    - Follow up once with value (“Just checking in. Let me know if you have any questions.”)
    - Then move on.

Chasing isn’t selling. You attract better clients when you respect your time.

    10. Turn Every Inquiry Into a System Asset
Create a template doc or notepad with:
    - Common reply scripts
    - Filter questions
    - Offer response flows
    - Quick voice note samples

So every inquiry becomes easier and more effective to convert every time. Systems turn skill into scalability.

No more leaving money in the inbox or in inquiries. Apply the above and you will see practical impact in sales in the next few days, weeks and months. Come and share with me the impact.

  • From a Dream to Reality

I addressed students and professors and they paid keen attention.

As an undergraduate, I would sit in awe as guest speakers came to address us during departmental events at the University of Buea.

Somewhere deep within, a seed was planted , “One day, I will stand on that stage too. One day, I will speak to students here.”

I had no idea how it would happen, but I held on to the why:

To give back. To serve. To inspire the next generation, right where my own journey began.

Years later, that dream has become a reality.

I had the distinct honor of representing Wem’ Afrika NGO at the Conference and Award Ceremony organized by the Department of International Relations and Conflict Resolution, University of Buea.

As I took the stage and spoke passionately on the value of volunteerism, I looked out at the very seats I once occupied.

I saw students listening intently, lecturers nodding in agreement, and I felt nothing but gratitude.

“Volunteerism is not a waste of time; it’s how we gain time , in wisdom, relationships, and purpose.”

It was more than a speech. It was a wake up call to community service.

And this is just the beginning.

Together with the department, Wem' Afrika looks forward to deeper partnerships, meaningful projects, and empowering more youths to take the lead in shaping peaceful communities.

If you have a dream, don’t stop dreaming. I won't stop dreaming.

  • "You do not have to look beautiful while walking down the streets. You do not have to look beautiful while eating.

You do not have to look beautiful while talking. You do not have to look beautiful while laughing. While doing sports. While having sex. While singing. While dancing. You were not born to look beautiful, my love.

You are here to enjoy, to feel, to live. There is no point in worrying what you look like when you are doing things you actually enjoy because that joy will be taken away by the fear of not looking good enough. Again, it is not your purpose to look beautiful, darling.

Your purpose is to fall in love with life, to laugh until your belly hurts, to express your feelings, to sing from the top of your lungs, to dance as silly as you want to - without worrying about your appearance. For all that matters is that your soul is beautiful and happy."

    Enjoy your Sunday, royalties!
And don’t forget to laugh today. Truth is, nothing really has to be funny for you to smile or giggle. I make myself laugh all the time — if you ever lived close to my house, you’d probably wonder what on earth is going on in there.

And the reverse is true too. I can be so quiet sometimes, you wouldn’t even know someone was around. I choose to make the most of every little moment. I laugh at my own silly jokes, my random thoughts, my made-up songs — and it’s honestly one of the most beautiful gifts I’ve given myself.

In fact, I’m writing this now and smiling because I realize just how beautiful my voice sounds when I’m happy.

Try it. Laugh for no reason. Smile at your own thoughts. It’s so worth it.

  • "Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our growth." — Viktor E. Frankl

We all face moments when our instincts pull us in the wrong direction. That little voice says, Give up. Take the easy way. Shut down. Lash out. But what if the key to becoming stronger, wiser, and more successful isn’t in following those impulses—but in resisting them?

    Think about it:

    - When you’re hurt and want to snap back, choose kindness instead. It doesn’t mean you’re weak—it means you’re strong enough not to let anger control you.

    - When you’re overwhelmed and want to scroll mindlessly, choose focus. Five minutes of real effort will always beat an hour of half-hearted distraction.

    - When fear whispers, You can’t do this, choose courage. Not because you’re fearless, but because you refuse to let fear decide your future.

    - When laziness tugs at you, choose discipline. Not because you have to, but because you owe yourself the satisfaction of knowing you showed up.

    - When it feels easier to shut people out, choose generosity. The world needs more warmth, not more walls.

Every temptation is a test—not of your willpower, but of your growth. The easy choice keeps you where you are. The harder one moves you forward.

So next time you feel that pull toward the comfortable, the careless, or the cynical, pause. Ask yourself: What would the best version of me do? Then do that.

Because growth isn’t about being perfect. It’s about choosing, again and again, to be better than your excuses.

"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." — Romans 12:21

    Wishing you a great day.

  • On his very first day at the Belie Health Foundation Community Kids Learning Club, this my little learner went home with an assignment to practice the sh and ch digraphs.

To my delight, he returned the very next day having mastered every single word, eagerly waiting to read them out loud to me with pride and confidence!

    You can tell my excitement

Our children are not dull. They simply need the right environment and approach to learning and they’ll amaze us every time.

Support our work and help give a child the support they need to thrive before the new school year begins.

Let us invest in their future.

  • 7 Mental Upgrades to Start Making Money by Breaking Poverty Indoctrination

I have been providing one-on-one coaching for close to 15 years now. When it comes to money, I’ve observed that most people have certain mental limitations that keep them from breaking into financial breakthroughs through what they do.

In this short article, let me show you 7 of these limitations along with quick tips on what to do to break out and start winning financially.

    1. Upgrade from Scarcity Thinking to Opportunity Awareness
    Stop believing there's “not enough.”
Start training your mind to believe there is so much money to make and you have all it takes to make the money you need.
Start training your mind to spot overlooked opportunities.
Wealth flows to those who solve problems, not those who avoid them.

Just to add, jealousy often stems from a scarcity mindset, the belief that someone else's success limits your own opportunities.
But when you have an abundance and opportunity driven mindset, you won’t feel jealous. Instead, you’ll celebrate others' success, knowing that more success creates more opportunities for everyone.

    2. Upgrade from Waiting for Permission to Taking Initiative
Poverty conditioning teaches obedience and approval-seeking.
Wealth mindsets are built on bold decision-making and self-leadership.
Don’t wait. Move. Test. Adjust. Win.
People who take initiatives always end up making more money because money follows movement. ~ Dr. Joybert Javnyuy

    3. Upgrade from Passive Learning to Income-Driven Execution
Poor mindsets collect information with no transformation.
Wealth builders turn every insight into income-producing action.
Your notebooks are full. It's time your wallet is too.
This can only happen when you stop learning passively and start taking actions on what you have been learning.
Learners do not make money. Money making is for those who deploy knowledge acquired.

    4. Upgrade from Money Avoidance to Money Mastery
Poverty indoctrination makes you feel guilty about desiring more money.
Do not confuse loving money so much that you're willing to make it at all costs, even through unethical means, with desiring more money so you can use it as a tool to improve your life and positively impact others.

Study money like your life depends on it, because it does.
Religious people avoid money and spiritual people master money and use it to serve humanity.

    5. Upgrade from Skill Hoarding to Value Packaging
It’s not about how much you know, it’s about how you package what you know for impact and income.
Knowledge is potential wealth. Packaging is real wealth.

7 Mental Upgrades to Start Making Money by Breaking Poverty Indoctrination I have been providing one-on-one coaching for close to 15 years now. When it comes to money, I’ve observed that most people have certain mental limitations that keep them from breaking into financial breakthroughs through what they do. In this short article, let me show you 7 of these limitations along with quick tips on what to do to break out and start winning financially. 1. Upgrade from Scarcity Thinking to Opportunity Awareness Stop believing there's “not enough.” Start training your mind to believe there is so much money to make and you have all it takes to make the money you need. 2. Upgrade from Waiting for Permission to Taking Initiative Poverty conditioning teaches obedience and approval-seeking. Wealth mindsets are built on bold decision-making and self-leadership. • Wahala no di finish

I went to this restaurant to eat and when I finished, I made the first payment and before it could conclude, the MOMO network was misbehaving. I had to redo the transaction and paid 4,500 FRS.

Later that evening, I got a double alerts. The both payments actually went through.

I went the next day and complained and they told me they’ll check as the accountant wasn’t on seat. I said no wahala. I left.

One week later, I didn’t hear from them. I went back. They told me to hold on while they check.

They did and told me the money actually all went through but the problem is that the accountant wasn’t not on seat but I should drop my account details.

I told them, this you people’s seat must be very hot for accountant not to be ever available. I dropped my account details and left.

I went back there yesterday and asked why they’ve not sent my money and they said the account will do it shortly. That I just missed the person.

I said okay. I ordered what I wanted to eat plus takeout.
When I finished, they asked me to pay.

Me: who will I pay when the accountant is not on seat? Who will collect the money?

The lady: The accountant doesn’t need to do that. We can all receive payments.

Me: Okay. How much is my total?

    Her: 5,000 FRS

Me: You people owe me 5,000. If you deduct it, it means I’m owing 500 FRS.

Her: We can’t deduct. You have to pay and the accountant will refund you please.

Me: AHH. That means you people will arrest me na. I brought out my two hands and kept on the table for her to handcuff me.

She: We account for everything we sell. If we don’t reconcile today’s payment, they’ll fine us.

Me: Are you people owing me 4,500 FRS? Yes. Why are you doing like you don’t know maths? You’re owing me 4,500. I don chop 5,000. Case closed.

I carried my bag and stood up.

One guy came out from one corner.

Him: But even if we’re to deduct, you’ll have to balance us 500 FRS

    Me: You’re who again?

    Him: I’m the accountant.

Me: Ahhh (I screamed in a very dramatic way) You’re around sir? Please give me one water and follow me to the car let me give you 500 and another 500 for the water. Add the water to my bill.

We came outside and he was sweating.

Me: 500 eh? Are you thirsty? You can have my water.

Him: Yes Sir. Total of 1,000. He collected the water.

Me: Oya na, see you next time.

    Him: The money Sir. 1,000.

Me: Sorry. Remind me your role again.

    Him: Accountant

Me: The one that’s not always on seat right? Pay them 1,000 when you enter inside. 500 for my balance and 500 for the water you collected from me. As your seat is usually hot and you can’t sit on it, pour the cold water on your sit make e cool down so that you can be staying “on seat” Is the maths clear accountant?

    Him:

By the way that was just for your laughing pleasure because truly wahala no di finish.

    Wishing you a fun-filled week.

  • "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts."— Winston Churchill

Every person who's ever achieved something great has stood exactly where you are right now—exhausted, questioning, wondering if the struggle is worth it. The path to greatness isn't smooth or easy. It's messy. It's full of setbacks that sting and moments when quitting seems like the only sane option.

But here's what separates those who make it from those who don't: When they fell, they looked up. When they hurt, they wiped their tears. When the world said "stop," they took one more step.

Winners are not people who never struggle. They’re people who refuse to stay down.

Life doesn't test us randomly—it prepares us. The bigger your dream, the tougher the challenges. That initial excitement will fade. What remains is your choice: Will you keep going when everything in you wants to quit?

You might stumble today. That's normal. Get up anyway. Take the next step. Then another. Greatness isn't about never falling—it's about always rising.

Because here’s what I know: You were not made to give up. You were made to push through. To rise. To keep moving, even when it hurts.

Greatness isn’t for the lucky or the fearless. It’s for the ones who refuse to quit.

You weren't created to surrender. You were built to endure, to overcome, to rise stronger every time. This isn't just motivation—it's your truth.

"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." — Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)

Greatness isn’t handed out; it’s fought for. So keep moving. One step. Then another. And another. Your story isn’t over yet.

    Wishing you a great weekend.

  • Make More Money as a Man, How to Improve Your Net Worth as a Man

We just rounded up the gentlemen's summit. I wanted to drive this discussion.

Let me share a powerful practice I do every year & also teach my coaching clients.

At the end of each year, I make it a point to calculate my net worth and compare it with the previous year’s figure. This practice isn’t just about numbers; it’s about tracking progress and making smart financial decisions.

After calculations, my 2023 net worth is….. Ahahaha that is classified information for now. Go calculate yours. See formula below.

You see, as we navigate through life, especially as young adults in Cameroon and Africa and even across Europe, America, Middle East etc, understanding our financial health is crucial. A key aspect of this is knowing our net worth.

So, what is net worth? Simply put, it’s the total value of what you own (your assets) minus what you owe (your liabilities).

Let me clarify this. When we hear Forbes mentioning millionaires or billionaires, they’re referring to net worth, not the cash in someone’s bank account.

Calculating your net worth is straightforward: Assets minus Liabilities equals Net Worth.

But there's also something called 'liquid net worth'. I like talking about this.

This is the part of your net worth that’s readily available in cash or cash equivalents. For example, if you have savings in a bank account or investments that can be quickly converted to cash without significant loss, that’s your liquid net worth.

Regularly calculating your net worth has impactful benefits. It provides a clear picture of your financial standing, helping you make informed decisions.

Here are four practical ways to improve your net worth, even amidst inflation and economic challenges across Cameroon and other countries:

    a) Budget Wisely: Create a realistic budget that prioritizes savings and investments. Stick to it! It requires self discipline.

    b) Invest Smartly: Look for investment opportunities that balance risk and return. Diversify your portfolio to protect against market volatility. This point B is for people that have been saving and have some money to invest. If not, start saving with an investment plan in mind.

    c) Reduce Liabilities: Focus on paying off high-interest debts. Avoid accumulating unnecessary debts. Stop buying liabilities oh.
Watch this video: “26 Mistakes Getting Poor People Into More Debt & How to Get Out”
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecJc6Wjn55c&t=340s

    d) Increase Assets: Explore additional income streams. This could be a side business or freelance work. Buy assets like land, equity, stock, shares etc. Just explore.

    e) Increase Your Net Worth Potential: Many people don't talk about this. Also known in elite wealth circles as your "Wealth Activation Index. This is not your current net worth.
This is your monetizable capacity, the income-generating potential buried in your skills, expertise, experiences, relationships, and unique intellectual capital.

Net Worth Potential is the projected financial value of your existing high-income skills, rare knowledge, and monetizable experience if strategically deployed and consistently monetized over time.

Remember, improving your net worth is a journey. Start small, stay consistent, and watch your financial health grow!

    Net Worth Framework (Expanded):
You can now structure your net worth conversation like this:

    a. Tangible Net Worth – Assets minus liabilities (bank, land, stock, etc.)

    b. Liquid Net Worth – Readily available cash/cash equivalents

    c. Net Worth Potential – Your hidden, deployable wealth locked in skills, experiences, and solutions

Your 2025 should be different abeg...especially financially.

    What did you pick out?

  • My Father's Day Tribute to every Father in this compound.

Brothers, in this Father’s Day, stand tall in the 'quiet pride' of shaping souls.

You are imprinting your character upon your children—a work demanding courage, not convenience.

Feel the 'weight of your love': the strength to hold close and the wisdom to correct; the presence that anchors and the balance that elevates.

May this holy calling ignite in you a 'fervent responsibility'—to shepherd them toward their divine purpose, under the gaze of God and man.

Fatherhood is not taught in theory but forged in the fire of daily sacrifice. 'Trust becomes your anchor'. Lean into the Lord’s wisdom as you navigate uncharted waters—learning parenthood 'while living it'.

Let your heart seek His guidance relentlessly, so your children emerge as testaments to your faithfulness: godly, unwavering, and ablaze with light (Proverbs 22:6, Matthew 5:16).

You are not merely raising children. You are cultivating legacies. Walk in that truth.

  • RESPECT THE INVISIBLE

A car ahead was moving like a turtle and not giving me way inspite of my continuous honking!

I was on brink of losing my cool when I noticed the small sticker on the cars rear.

    It reads...
    "Physically challenged; Please be patient.”

And that changed everything!! I immediately went calm and slowed down!!

In fact I got a little protective of the car and the driver.

I reached work a few minutes late, but it was ok!

And then it struck me. Would I have been patient if there was no sticker!?

Why do we need stickers to be patient with people!?

Will we be more patient and kind with others if people had labels pasted on their foreheads?

    Labels like:
    ~ Lost my job
    ~ Fighting cancer
~ Going through a bad divorce
    ~ Suffering Emotional abuse
    ~ Lost a loved one
    ~ Feeling worthless
    ~ Financially messed up
    .....and more like these.

Everyone is fighting a battle we know nothing about.

The least we can do is be patient and kind.

We don't have to put people through the pressures of explaining over times before we understand their pains and offer our little best.

As you go through each passing day always remember there's an invisible label on everyone.

A simple virtue of patience may just be the respect you're according that invisible label. ~ Dr M. A. Chaudhary

PATIENCE is a priceless virtue! we all need to exercise a considerable amount of it. I am never so much in a hurry as to cause unkindness to anyone. A few seconds or minutes will not make that much difference!

Have you been patient with yourself lately? If not, join our wellness retreat beginning June 05, for a worry and stress detox. I'm rooting for you Royal Leader.

Never forget to keep unveiling your uniqueness because it is within you that BLISS is found. I love you

  • Yesterday, some additional shelves were being installed at the BHF Community Kids Library Center, so I stopped by to check on the progress. Upon arrival, I met a father with his two children who was discussing enrollment for his children.

You could clearly see the excitement in the children’s faces. I asked the little girl to pick any book of her choice and read to me.

She was overjoyed. At first, she was unsure of what to choose, but she eventually settled on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. It was her first time seeing the book and reading the story.

Her attention span was impressive! She read the entire story, and afterward, we identified some new words she had learned: flutter, grumpy, dungeon, among others.

The more words children are exposed to and read, the better their vocabulary and speaking skills become.

Have you enrolled a child yet in the Belie Health Foundation Community Kids Library Center? Our first class for members of the Learning Club begins this Wednesday at 8 a.m.

  • A LONG READ

How do we choose the people we fall in love with?

The Romantic answer is that our instincts naturally guide us to individuals who are kind and good for us.

Love is a sort of ecstasy that descends when we feel ourselves in the presence of a benign and nourishing soul, who will answer our emotional needs, understand our sadness and strengthen us for the hard tasks of our lives.

In order to locate our lover, we must let our instincts carry us along, taking care never to impede them through pedantic psychological analysis and introspection or else considerations of status, wealth or lineage.

Our feelings will tell us clearly enough when we have reached our destiny. To ask someone with any degree of rigour why exactly they have chosen a particular partner is – in the Romantic world-view – simply an unnecessary and offensive misunderstanding of love: true love is an instinct that accurately and naturally settles on those with a capacity to make us happy.

The Romantic attitude sounds warm and kind. Its originators certainly imagined that it would bring an end to the sort of unhappy relationships previously brokered by parents and society. The only difficulty is that our obedience to instinct has, very often, proved to be a disaster of its own.

Respecting the special feelings we get around certain people in nightclubs and train stations, parties and websites and that Romanticism so ably celebrated in art appears not to have led us to be any happier in our unions than a Medieval couple shackled into marriage by two royal courts keen to preserve the sovereignty of a slice of ancestral land. ‘Instinct’ has been little better than ‘calculation’ in underwriting the quality of our love stories.

Romanticism would not at this point, however, give up the argument quite so easily. It would simply ascribe the difficulties we often have in love to not having looked hard enough for that central fixture of Romantic reverie: the right person. This being is inevitably still out there (every soul must have its soulmate, Romanticism assures us), it is just that we haven’t managed to track them down – yet.

So we must continue the search, with all the technology and tenacity necessary, and maybe, once the divorce has come through and the house has been sold, we’ll get it right. But there’s another school of thought, this one influenced by psychoanalysis, which challenges the notion that instinct invariably draws us to those who will make us happy.

The theory insists that we don’t fall in love first and foremost with those who care for us in ideal ways, we fall in love with those who care for us in familiar ways. Adult love emerges from a template of how we should be loved that was created in childhood and is likely to be entwined with a range of problematic compulsions that militate in key ways against our chances of growth.

We may believe we are seeking happiness in love, but what we are really after is familiarity. We are looking to re-create, within our adult relationships, the very feelings we knew so well in childhood – and which were rarely limited to just tenderness and care.

The love most of us will have tasted early on was confused with other, more destructive dynamics: feelings of wanting to help an adult who was out of control, of being deprived of a parent’s warmth or scared of his or her anger, or of not feeling secure enough to communicate our trickier wishes.

How logical, then, that we should as adults find ourselves rejecting certain candidates not because they are wrong but because they are a little too right – in the sense of seeming somehow excessively balanced, mature, understanding and reliable – given that in our hearts, such rightness feels foreign and unearned.

We chase after more exciting others, not in the belief that life with them will be more harmonious, but out of an unconscious sense that it will be reassuringly familiar in its patterns of frustration. Psychoanalysis calls the process whereby we identify our partners ‘object choice’ – and recommends that we try to understand the factors semi-consciously governing our attractions in order to interrupt the unhealthier patterns that might be at play.

Our instincts – our strong undercurrents of attraction and revulsion – stem from complicated experiences we had when we were far too young to understand them, and which linger in the antechambers of our minds.

Psychoanalysis doesn’t wish to suggest that everything about our attractions will be deformed. We may have quite legitimate aspirations to positive qualities: intelligence, charm, generosity… But we are also liable to be fatefully drawn towards trickier tendencies: someone who is often absent, or treats us with a little disdain, or needs to be surrounded all the time by friends, or cannot master their finances.

However paradoxical it can sound, without these tricky behaviours, we may simply not be able to feel passionate or tender with someone.

Alternatively, we may have been so traumatised by a parental figure, we cannot approach any partner who shares qualities with them of any kind, even ones disconnected from their negative sides. We might in love be rigidly intolerant of anyone who is intelligent, or punctual or interested in science, simply because these were the traits of someone who caused us a great deal of difficulty early on.

To choose our partners wisely, we need to tease out how our compulsions to suffering or our rigid flights from trauma may be playing themselves out in our feelings of attraction. A useful starting place is to ask ourselves (perhaps in the company of a large sheet of paper, a pen and a free afternoon) what sort of people really put us off.

Revulsion and disgust are useful first guides because we are likely to recognize that some of the traits that make us shiver are not objectively negative and yet feel to us distinctly off-putting. We might, for example, sense that someone who asks us too much about ourselves, or is very tender or dependable, will seem extremely eerie and frightening.

And we might equally well, along the way, recognize that a degree of cruelty or distance belong to an odd list of the things we appear genuinely to need in order to love. It can be tricky to avoid self-censorship here, but the point isn’t to represent ourselves as reassuring, predictable people, but to get to know the curious quirks of our own psyches.

We’ll tend to find that some ostensibly pretty nice things are getting caught in our love filters: people who are eloquent, clever, reliable, sunny can set off loud alarms. This is vital knowledge. We should pause and try to fathom where the aversions come from, what aspects of our past have made it so hard for us to accept certain sorts of emotional nourishment.

Each time we recognize a negative, we’re discovering a crucial association in our own minds: we’re alighting on an impossibility of love based on associations from the past projected onto the present. An additional way we can get at the associations which circulate powerfully in the less noticed corners of our brains is to finish stub-sentences, that invite us to respond to things that might charm or repel us about someone.

We get to see our own reactions more clearly when we write things down without thinking too much about our answers, catching the mind’s unconscious at work.

For instance, we can deliberately jot the first things that come into our heads when we read the following:
    • If I tell a partner how much I need them, they will…
    • When someone tells me they really need me, I…
    • If someone can’t cope, I…
    • When someone tells me to get my act together, I …
    • If I were to be frank about my anxieties …
    • If my partner told me not to worry, I’d…
    • When someone blames me unfairly, I …

Our honestly described reactions are legacies. They are revealing underlying assumptions we have acquired about what love can look like. We may start to get a clearer picture that our vision of what we are looking for in another person might not be an especially good guide to our personal or mutual happiness.

Examining our emotional histories, we see that we can’t be attracted to just anyone. Getting to know the past, we come to recognise our earlier associations for what they are: generalisations we formed – entirely understandably – on the basis of just one or, hugely impressive, examples.

We’ve unknowingly turned some local associations into strict rules for relationships. Even if we can’t radically shift the pattern, it’s useful to know that we are carrying a ball and chain. It can make us more careful of ourselves when we feel overwhelmed by a certainty that we’ve met the one, after a few minutes chatting at the bar.

Ultimately, we stand to be liberated to love different people to our initial ‘types’, because we find that the qualities we like, and the ones we very much fear, are found in different constellations from those we encountered in the people who first taught us about affection, long ago in a childhood we are starting at last to understand and free ourselves from.

  • RED FLAGS: How to Shift From Low-Value to High-Value Activities That Leads to Money & Influence

Many people are not broke because they are lazy, they are stuck because their daily actions are low-value.
Low value actions or activities daily cannot lead to influence and high income.

Here is how (10 strategies to apply) to shift from low value activities to high value, money making, influence building moves starting today.

Most people wake up into distraction and hustle into nothingness.

They stay “busy” doing what keeps them broke, obscure, and overworked.

In this quick strategy content, I’ll show you how to restructure your daily life around high-value activities that actually lead to influence and income.

This is not theory. I use this, and I have restructure the lives of hundreds of clients through this and more.

    Let's get started.

    1. Audit Your Day Like an Investor
Write down what you did for the last 3 days.
Categorize every activity into the following:

    $0 activity
    $10/hr task
    $100/hr move
    $1,000/hr decision

Then ask: Why am I doing what’s keeping me small?

    Clarity before strategy.

This will help you see where you are dedicating most of your time and energy that is either leading to zero impact or high impact.

    3. Identify Your Income-Triggering Activities
Many people are clueless about this.

There are only 3 that matter:

    1. Value Creation (what you produce, teach, or offer)

    2. Offer Placement (where/how you sell it)

    3. Relationship Building (clients, partners, mentors) Everything else must serve these three.

Note: I am currently hosting Gentlemen of Impact, Influence & Income Summit.

    Day 1 was yesterday.

    Day 2 is today at 8pm GMT+1.

Here is link for day 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vidm_X-6YWE&t=3s
Zoom details to join for day 2 and day 3 at 8pm GMT+1

Join the Gentlemen WhatsApp group: https://chat.whatsapp.com/HEH7vZ35YHO5nwnCJl66VY

    4. Combine “To-Do” Lists with “Power Blocks”

I don't just have a to-do list. I have times within the day I block to focus on these core things. I put my phone on flight mode. I am writing this content during my block time.
    Stop reacting all day.

Let's say you are in business...
Design 3 Power Blocks per day:

    - Creation (content, product, value)

    7. Put Your Value in Circulation Daily

    Post your value.

    Pitch your value.

    Publish your value.

    DM people about your value.

Do something daily that puts your value in front of people.

    10. Make Boldness a Daily Practice
Boldness is a skill and it’s profitable. One of my mentor taught me this.

    - Make the uncomfortable ask.
    - Show up when it’s inconvenient.
    - Sell before you feel “ready.”

Your money will never grow beyond your courage.

RED FLAGS: How to Shift From Low-Value to High-Value Activities That Leads to Money & Influence Many people are not broke because they are lazy, they are stuck because their daily actions are low-value. Let's get started. βœ… 1. Audit Your Day Like an Investor Write down what you did for the last 3 days. Categorize every activity into the following: $0 activity $10/hr task $100/hr move $1,000/hr decision Then ask: Why am I doing what’s keeping me small? Clarity before strategy. This will help you see where you are dedicating most of your time and energy that is either leading to zero impact or high impact. βœ… 3. Identify Your Income-Triggering Activities Many people are clueless about this. There are only 3 that matter: 1. Value Creation (what you produce, teach, or offer) 2. Offer Placement (where/how you sell it) 3. Relationship Building (clients, partners, mentors) Everything else must serve these three. Note: I am currently hosting Gentlemen of Impact, Influence & Income Summit. Day 1 was yesterday. Day 2 is today at 8pm GMT+1. Here is link for day 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vidm_X-6YWE&t=3s Zoom details to join for day 2 and day 3 at 8pm GMT+1 Meeting ID: 883 5775 0906 Passcode: 0000 Join the Gentlemen WhatsApp group: https://chat.whatsapp.com/HEH7vZ35YHO5nwnCJl66VY βœ… 4. Combine “To-Do” Lists with “Power Blocks” I don't just have a to-do list. I have times within the day I block to focus on these core things. I put my phone on flight mode. I am writing this content during my block time. Stop reacting all day. Let's say you are in business... Design 3 Power Blocks per day: - Creation (content, product, value) - Conversion (DMs, calls, offers) - Connection (follow-up, networking) You’ll get more done in 3 blocks than most do in a week. Try it and come share your testimony (smiles). βœ… 7. Put Your Value in Circulation Daily Post your value. Pitch your value. Publish your value. DM people about your value. • This got me emotional and deep in thought when I heard it…

At a school’s end-of-year party, the hall was filled with excitement as the children gave their presentations. Among them was a little boy of class 5 named Nathan.

Several children had already taken the stage with clear and straight voices, full of confidence. Everyone had concluded it was a day full of beautiful talent displace and that the kids were amazing.

    Then came Nathan’s turn.

“But why did the teacher allow Nathan to present, knowing how he struggles to speak in front of people?”

Nathan stood frozen. His words barely came out. His eyes searched the crowd, hoping to see a safe face but all he saw were expectant eyes. His mother forced a small smile to encourage him, but inside, her heart sank. She felt sad and embarrassed. She wondered, why her son couldn't shine like the others.

Nathan was gently cheered back to his seat. He wasn't able to present though he tried.
He went to his mother looked at her and whispered, “I tried.” She smiled, hugged him tightly, and said, “It’s okay.”

    Now, let me ask you:
What do you think was wrong with Nathan?
How many ‘Nathans’ do you know?
Are you facing the same dilemma, wondering how to help your child grow in boldness and confidence?

  • If as an online minister of God you count the success of your online ministry by the number of engagements you get on every of your posts you have failed.

God did not send you to make you famous... He sent you to speak life into one lost soul who may not even engage your post.

Just keep posting God who sent you is keeping tab of your efforts and will certainly reward you in due season.

  • There's nothing in this world that doesn't trace itself to the Word of God. As such we know that the things which are seen were made from the unseen.

By accepting the life of Christ, my spirit received the breath of God. Which is the life giving spirit which gave me life by its entrance into my being.

  • Spiritual Warfare infiltrates families. Satan's greatest point of attack is on homes.

Getting members of the family to be so given to all manner of addictions.

Behind every addiction is a spirit, a demon and spiritual warfare.
