HYMNAL 22: SWEET HOUR OF PRAYER
1 Sweet hour of prayer! sweet hour of prayer!
that calls me from a world of care,
and bids me at my Father’s throne
make all my wants and wishes known.
In seasons of distress and grief,
my soul has often found relief,
and oft escaped the tempter’s snare
by thy return, sweet hour of prayer!

2 Sweet hour of prayer! sweet hour of prayer!
the joys I feel, the bliss I share
of those whose anxious spirits burn
with strong desires for thy return!
With such I hasten to the place
where God my Savior shows his face,
and gladly take my station there,
and wait for thee, sweet hour of prayer!

3 Sweet hour of prayer! sweet hour of prayer!
thy wings shall my petition bear
to him whose truth and faithfulness
engage the waiting soul to bless.
And since he bids me seek his face,
believe his word, and trust his grace,
I’ll cast on him my every care,
and wait for thee, sweet hour of prayer!

  • EMBRACE CHANGE AND MARCH INTO YOUR WEALTHY PLACE

    Psalms 66:12
"Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place."

Your wealthy place is your place of destiny, abundance, and prosperity—where God's blessings manifest in your life. No matter the challenges you face, God's plan is to bring you into that place of divine provision. The Psalmist endured trials but ultimately reached his wealthy place. Likewise, as you embrace the changes that come with challenges, God will bring you into your wealthy place, in Jesus’ name!

    THINGS MUST CHANGE FOR ME

The statement “Things must change for me” reflects the mindset of someone who understands their God-given destiny.

    What is Change?

Change is transformation, repositioning, and progress from one level to another. It is the only constant in life. Whether we accept it or not, change is inevitable.

For example, a child goes through various stages—lying down, sitting, crawling, walking, and running—to reach adulthood. These natural changes are expected and necessary for growth.

Why Must Things Change for Me?

Things must change because I have a destiny to fulfill. A man on a mission does not waste time on distractions. If things are stagnant, it means adjustments are needed.

Change often comes with resistance—some people may not like it, and challenges may arise—but that should not stop you. Sometimes, those closest to you may turn against you when you choose a new path. The friends who once welcomed you may start criticizing you when you embrace a higher calling.

Years ago, when I gave my life to Christ and embraced the change of faith, some old friends distanced themselves from me. They drew a line, expecting me to return to my old ways. But thank God, I never crossed that line backward. Praise God!

Embrace change, trust God's process, and march forward in faith. Things must change for you, in Jesus' name! Praise God!

  • DUNAMIS SEEDS OF DESTINY A DAILY DEVOTIONAL BY DR. PASTOR PAUL ENENCHE.

    DATE: FRIDAY, 1ST. AUGUST, 2025.

TOPIC: YOUR AGGRESSION AND YOUR POSSESSION.

SCRIPTURE: And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. MATTHEW 11:12

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: No violence, no victory. No aggression, no possession.

You are welcome to the month of August. Get set to experience the goodness of God in unprecedented dimensions.

Without a doubt, we serve a good and faithful God (Psalm 34:8). He is the God who means what He says and says what He means. That is why He will not withhold any good things (The anointing, good health, children, husband, wife, prosperity, etc.) from those who walk uprightly before Him (Psalm 84:11). The wickedness of the devil can never challenge the mercifulness and goodness of God.

Beloved, it is important to note that there is nothing God says that He doesn’t do. He is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19). His lielessness is the measure and container of His strength. What makes Him strong is that He cannot lie. His consistency is the reason for His immutability. And His immutability is the reason for His Divinity. If He can lie or change, then He is not qualified to be God.

Now, if God is good, and releases to His people whatever He promises, then why are some people not in possession of what God has released for them?

Today we shall be looking at two reasons:

    1. Enemy contention. This is when the enemy is standing in the way to deny you what God has released for you (1Corinthians 16:9). The door of destiny, grace, influence and greatness is opened, but there may be many roadblocks, contentions and contenders, adversaries, demons, witches, wizards, etc. standing against it. But they are giving way today.

    2. Enemy possession (Deuteronomy 2:24). This is when what is yours is in the hands of someone else. So, you must come to realize that there are things you are crying for, things that rightfully belong to you but are in the hands of the enemy or the wrong person.

The question is: how do you take your possession? One of the keys to taking possession of what is yours is by the possession and deployment of spiritual aggression. It is called violent faith. The kingdom of God suffers violence, and the violent take it by force (Matthew 11:12). If what is yours is in the hands of the enemy, you don’t take it by begging; you take it by applying spiritual fire and pressure.

For instance, when a lion came and took a lamb from David’s father’s flock under the care of David, David did not allow the lion to eat up the lamb. He did not say, “Thank you Lord for saving me from the lion.” He went after the lion, smote it and pulled out the lamb from its mouth (1Samuel 17:34:36). It is called aggression.

Beloved, no violence, no victory. No venture, no future. No fire, no future. No aggression, no possession. You must discard spiritual timidity and gentility and embrace spiritual audacity, ferocity and brutality.

Remember this: No violence, no victory. No aggression, no possession.

    ASSIGNMENT(S):
    1. Develop holy anger against whatever is confronting your life and destiny.

    2. Engage in aggressive midnight prayer and praise and trust God to dismantle whatever is holding your inheritance.

    3. Endeavour to join the Commanding the Day Midnight Prayer tonight at 11:00pm GMT+1 and summon what is yours to come to you.

PRAYER: I receive grace for spiritual violence and aggression against my adversaries. Today, I take possession of all that is mine, by force, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: POWER TO TAKE IT BY FORCE BY DR PAUL ENENCHE

    DAILY BIBLE READING: Isaiah 52-54

QUOTE: Riding the storm is the exclusive preserve of those who are addicted to the company of the Almighty. Culled from the book, Riding the Storms of Life by Dr Paul Enenche.

AMAZING FACT: Elephants can hear distant sounds, such as thunderstorms, from miles away.

    PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD:
Father, I receive a baptism of spiritual aggression to take possession of all that is mine with You, Lord in Jesus Name.

  • FROM GRANDMA'S WISDOM
There are two ways of looking at life: one is with pleasure and gratitude, and the other is with complaint and anger.
The main ingredient of unhappiness is complaining.
Every time you complain, you're asking the universe to send you more of what you don't like.
Every time you complain, you leave the door to bitterness open.
With every complaint you reject abundance.
When you complain, you attract mental, spiritual and economic poverty.
With every complaint you make you harden your heart.
    Heed my words:
open the door to abundance, fill your words with gratitude, your eyes with pleasure and your heart with love.
Exchange complaining for gratitude, this is the magic wand I tell you so much about, and you will see the world through the eyes of love, and then you will know prosperity in your life.
