• 12 COMMANDMENTS OF A HEALTHY MARRIAGE

Marriage is a journey, not a sprint. These timeless principles, if practiced sincerely, can make your love life rich, fulfilling, and long-lasting.

    1. Never Stop Communicating
A relationship d!es the moment communication breaks down. Talk often. Talk openly. Talk honestly. Whether it’s laughter, serious talks, or simply checking in during the day—keep the conversation flowing. Silence builds walls.

Action Tip: Have daily "heart-to-heart" moments, even if it’s just 10 minutes before bed.

    2. Pray Together
Couples that kneel together, stand stronger together. Prayer invites God into your relationship as a counselor, protector, and teacher. Submitting to God helps you submit in love to one another.

Action Tip: Create a shared prayer list and pray over it together weekly.

    3. Don't W€aponize $ex
$ex is not a reward or a punishment—it's a covenant bond. Using it to manipulate your partner causes deep emotional wounds. Keep $ex sacred, frequent, and full of mutual affection.

Action Tip: Talk about your $exual needs openly without judgment.

    4. No Secrets, No Lies
Hiding things destr0ys trust. Lies may feel small today, but they erode intimacy tomorrow. Transparency builds safety.

Action Tip: Commit to “full disclosure” zones—times when you speak openly with no fear of judgment.

    5. Grow Together, Not Apart
Compatibility is not just about shared interests—it's about growing side-by-side spiritually, emotionally, financially, and professionally. Don’t let one partner evolve while the other stagnates.

Action Tip: Take a course, budget together, join a group, or set shared goals every quarter.

    6. Make Decisions Together
Marriage is not a solo career. Major decisions must be mutual. When one person leads without the other, resentment builds.

Action Tip: Have a “couples board meeting” monthly to discuss finances, plans, and life decisions.

    7. Keep Emotional Intimacy Reserved for Each Other

Let no one be closer to you emotionally than your partner. Don’t let a friend, colleague, or even family member take your spouse’s emotional seat.

Action Tip: Share your deepest thoughts, fears, and joys with your spouse before anyone else.

    8. Don’t Stop Being the Lover You Were at the Start
Keep the charm, compliments, and sweet gestures alive. Familiarity should not breed laziness. Keep watering the plant of love.

Action Tip: Bring back “dating days”—even if it’s just a walk, movie night, or surprise text.

    9. Don’t Sleep Angry
Bittern€ss multiplies overnight. Don’t give anger a place to sleep in your bed. Resolve issues before you rest.

Action Tip: Use this phrase often: “I value us more than this fight. Let’s talk.”

    10. Do Not Cheat, Flirt, or Entertain Infidelity
Even the strongest love will collapse under the weight of betrayal.

Faithfulness is not just physical—it’s emotional, digital, and mental.

Action Tip: Avoid private, flirty conversations with the opposite $ex, and set clear boundaries.

    11. Support Each Other’s Dreams and Purpose

Your partner is not just a spouse—they are a person with dreams, goals, and a divine calling. When one pursues purpose and the other doesn’t care, frustration sets in. Be their cheerleader, not their critic.

Action Tip: Ask, “How can I help you get closer to your dream this year?” and follow through.

    12. Forgive Quickly and Completely
Every relationship will experience hurt. The difference between a lasting marriage and a broken one is how quickly and sincerely you forgive. Holding grudges pois0ns your connection.

Action Tip: Practice saying, “I was wrong. I’m sorry. Please forgive me.” And be quick to extend grace when your spouse says the same.

Which of these do you think couples struggle with the most?
    Share your thoughts

    FINAL THOUGHT:
A thriving relationship takes intention, prayer, humility, and consistency. Love isn’t built in a day, but it can be broken in a moment. Guard it, nurture it, and grow in it together.

Which of these commandments speaks to you most today?

You will not fail in marriage in Jesus name

  • School is a *Paradox*

While some view it as a structured system that doesn't adequately prepare individuals for the realities of life and employment, others emphasize its role in providing foundational knowledge preservation, skills development, and opportunities for personal and professional development.

School provides structured learning, helping develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Specialized Training for professions like medicine, law, and engineering, formal education is essential for acquiring the necessary expertise. Are basic system to note for the realities of School.

Arguments for school being perceived as a scam is that it disconnect from Real Life.
Some feel that the curriculum doesn't always align with the demands of the modern workplace or real-life situations.

Some students struggle with traditional teaching methods and may not learn effectively in a classroom setting.
Some feel that schools don't adequately prepare them for the challenges of the job market.

While school may not be a perfect system, it remains a valuable institution for acquiring knowledge, developing skills, and opening doors to opportunities. It's important to acknowledge both the potential benefits and drawbacks of formal education and to approach it with a critical and discerning mindset.

  • 20 days of Building a Network That Works For You

    Day 1: Relationships Are Currency

A friend of mine once called me in tears.

She had missed out on her dream role.

Not because she lacked skills. She was brilliant and qualified. But when the opportunity came, it went to someone else, someone less qualified but connected.

I watched her work hard for years, believing expertise alone was enough. I advised her to start building relationships in her industry, but she didn’t listen.

    She thought networking was unnecessary.
Until reality proved otherwise. Eventually, she came back, ready to learn. She began:

Showing up where industry leaders gathered (online & offline).
Commenting with insight, not just scrolling.
Sharing value and celebrating others publicly.
Staying connected, even when she didn’t need anything.

The next opportunity? She didn’t chase it. It found her. Your network is your currency. Skills will qualify you, but relationships will position you.

Most people wait until they need opportunities before they start networking. By then, it’s often too late.

Build relationships before you need them, so they will be there when you do.

Have you ever missed opportunities and seen others get it to simply because they had the right connections?

She began: ✅ Showing up where industry leaders gathered (online & offline). ✅ Commenting with insight, not just scrolling. ✅ Sharing value and celebrating others publicly. ✅ Staying connected, even when she didn’t need anything. --- I’m Kate Orock, Networking Coach. I help professionals connect, grow, and leverage their network for career success. I’ve also authored Network Like a Pro, your practical, clear guide to building meaningful professional relationships. • Gada what's this?
Your server has failed, you came back and now my account is nowhere to found.
No tender apology no thing from you guys.
After all the stress I passed through, the work I've done on that account, all my accumulated coins... You clear it all!
This is unprofessional, wickedness and heart broken.

  • The Silent Cry: The Real Dangers of Abortion

Intro: A True-Like Story That Happens Every Day

Ama was only 19, in her second year at the university. Bright. Ambitious. Full of dreams.
But life doesn’t always go as planned.

She found out she was pregnant. The father? A guy who had already moved on. Family? She feared the shame. Friends? Most encouraged her to "just take it out and move on."

So one quiet afternoon, Ama walked into a backstreet clinic—no signboard, no license, just a promise of quick results. She came out with a heavy heart, bleeding… not just physically but emotionally and spiritually.

Days later, Ama collapsed in her hostel. The infection had spread. Her womb was damaged. Her dreams of ever carrying a child again? Gone.

This is not just Ama’s story. It is the story of thousands of young women across Ghana and Africa. Some survive. Some don’t. Most carry the scars forever.

    What Is Abortion?

Abortion is the deliberate termination of a pregnancy before the baby can survive outside the womb.
While some abortions are carried out under strict medical guidance due to life-threatening complications, unsafe abortions—especially those done secretly, by untrained persons, or in unsanitary places—pose deadly risks.

Dangers of Abortion (Especially Unsafe or Repeated)

    1. Physical Health Risks

Severe bleeding (hemorrhage): Can lead to death if untreated.

Infections: Unsanitary tools or poor hygiene can introduce bacteria that damage reproductive organs or cause sepsis (blood poisoning).

Womb perforation: Instruments can tear the uterus, leading to long-term complications or emergency surgery.

Infertility: Damage to the womb or fallopian tubes can result in permanent infertility.

Organ damage: Unsafe procedures can harm nearby organs like the bladder or intestines.

    2. Mental and Emotional Trauma

Depression, guilt, and regret are common.

Post-Abortion Syndrome: A condition similar to PTSD, marked by anxiety, nightmares, emotional numbness, and self-blame.

    3. Social and Spiritual Consequences

Emotional distance from partners or family.

Isolation due to fear or stigma.

Spiritual guilt or disconnection for those with strong religious values.

Common Myths That Push Women Toward Abortion

“It’s just a small problem, take it out.”
→ No. Pregnancy involves two lives: the mother and the child.

“Abortion is safer than giving birth.”
→ Only when done legally and under medical care. Unsafe abortions kill more women than childbirth in many places.

“You can’t get pregnant again after just one abortion.”
→ Many women have faced infertility after a single poorly done abortion.

    What Should You Do Instead?

Talk to a health professional: Seek counseling and support services.

Look into adoption: Many families are looking to adopt children.

Educate yourself: Know your body, understand protection, and make informed decisions.

Join support groups: You're not alone. There are safe spaces to help you make the best decision.

The Way Forward for Ghana and Africa

    We need more education—not judgment.
We need safe spaces, not silence.
We need men to take responsibility, not escape it.
We need communities to empower, not shame.
Let’s protect our women, our daughters, and our sisters from the trap of unsafe abortions.
