• "Dear Heavenly Father,

As we gather on this blessed Sunday morning, we come before you with grateful hearts. Thank you for the gift of life, for the breath of morning, and for the promise of new beginnings.

We ask for your guidance, wisdom, and peace as we navigate the day ahead. May your word be our light, your love be our shelter, and your presence be our comfort.

Bless our families, friends, and communities. Heal the broken, comfort the sorrowful, and bring hope to those who need it most.

As we worship and reflect on your goodness, may our hearts be filled with joy, our spirits be lifted, and our faith be strengthened.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

  • "SHE BELIEVED WHEN THE WORLD DOUBTED..." — Kizz Daniel

10 years ago, Kizz Daniel was just a dreamer with no money… but one woman stood by him — his wife.

She paid for his first studio session, stayed during his late nights, prayed over his music, and fed him when he was broke. Her friends mocked her, but she never gave up.

Today, he's a global star, and he still remembers the woman who walked through the fire with him.

    > “Sometimes I’d be asleep, and she’d be holding my hands… praying for me.” — Kizz Daniel

    ---

Moral lesson: A real man never forgets the woman who stayed when he had nothing.
Not every queen wants your crown — some just want to help you build your kingdom.

  • *WHY SOME PEOPLE DEVELOP HEALTH CHALLENGES IMMEDIATELY AFTER RETIREMENT*

Retirement, often envisioned as a time of rest and enjoyment, can unexpectedly become a season of health decline for many. The transition from active employment to a quieter lifestyle, if unplanned or misunderstood, can trigger physical ailments, emotional distress, and psychological instability. This is to explore the various reasons why some people develop health challenges immediately after retirement, aiming to enlighten individuals, families, and institutions on how to prepare better for this critical life stage.

*1. Sudden Loss of Routine and Structure*

Work provides daily order. Retirement disrupts this, often leading to irregular sleep, inactivity, and disorganized living.

*Health risk:* Obesity, stress, insomnia, mental fatigue.

*2. Identity Crisis and Psychological Shock*

Work often defines one’s purpose. Retirement may lead to a loss of identity.

*Effect:* Depression, anxiety, memory loss, reduced self-worth.

    *3. Financial Stress and Insecurity*

Unprepared retirees may face delayed pensions, inflation, or loss of income.

*Physical effect:* High blood pressure, heart issues, ulcers.

    *4. Physical Inactivity*

No more commuting or scheduled movement may lead to a sedentary life.

*Consequences:* Weight gain, diabetes, cardiovascular problems.

    *5. Social Isolation*

Many retirees lose workplace friendships and lack new social circles.

*Health outcome:* Loneliness, dementia risk, immune decline.

    *6. Previously Ignored Health Conditions*

Pre-retirement busyness may have masked symptoms.

Post-retirement: Arthritis, hypertension, vision problems surface.

    *7. Poor Nutrition*

Depression, low funds, or lack of appetite can reduce proper feeding.

*Result:* Malnutrition, weak bones, low energy.

    *8. Medication Abuse*

Without guidance, retirees may misuse supplements or self-medicate.

*Dangers:* Kidney/liver issues, drug interactions, toxicity.

    *9. Spiritual Disconnection*

The sudden pause in life may trigger existential questions.

    *Effect:* Despair, hopelessness, mental/spiritual breakdown.

    *10. Lack of Purpose*

No meaningful engagement accelerates cognitive decline.

*Risk:* Memory loss, depression, addiction to harmful habits.

    *11. Family or Marital Stress*

Now spending more time at home, unresolved tensions may surface.

Health implication: High blood pressure, emotional burnout.

    *12. Environmental Hazards*

Retreating to underdeveloped areas may limit healthcare access.

*Results:* Infections, delayed treatments, chronic illnesses.

    *13. Cumulative Grief*

Multiple losses (friends, peers, purpose) in short periods.

*Effect:* Depression, emotional shutdown, psychosomatic symptoms.

    *14. Societal Neglect*

Some cultures view retirees as “finished,” especially when poor.

*Outcome:* Isolation, bitterness, mental health crises.

    *15. Lack of Retirement Preparedness*

Retirement is often treated as an event, not a life stage.

*Effect:* Confusion, shock, mismanagement of time and resources.

*> Retirement doesn’t cause illness—poor preparation and transition do.*

*It is crucial to start preparing early: financially, mentally, socially, physically, and spiritually. A fulfilling retirement is possible when approached with wisdom, planning, and support systems. It's not just the end of work; it should be the beginning of a purposeful new chapter.*

  • Many people don't know how to price their worth or are afraid.
Use these 6 strategies to price & make money

From my experience in working with different people as a coach and consultant, I have discovered that, most people starting out sometimes are not afraid of failing, they’re afraid of charging.

They are worried and wondering if people will buy.
They’ll build the product. They’ll do the work.
But when it’s time to say the price, they are afraid.

And that’s exactly why they struggle to make money.

Here’s how to price your skills (even if you’re just starting), so people take you seriously and pay you what your value is worth.

    1. Price based on outcome, not effort.
People don’t pay for how hard you work.
They pay for what changes because of your work or value.
    - Does it save time?
    - Make money?
    - Improve quality?
    - Solve their pain?
That’s where the money is. Charge with confidence from that perspective.

    2. Start with a result, not a title.
“I’m a designer” is vague. It is does not influence people to buy.
“I help brands create visual identity that gets attention and trust” is value.
If you want to charge more, describe the win, not the work.
Write in the comment section the result you create for people.

    3. Use the 'First 3 Price Tiers' Method (I use this a lot)
    Start here:
Intro Price ($50–$100): to build confidence & collect testimonials
Validation Price ($150–$300): when you’ve got 3+ wins
Standard Price ($300+): once you’ve created consistent results
I am using the $ because it is more universal. Contextualize the point to your local currency.
Never price based on fear. Price to learn, then scale.

    4. Test your price with real people.
    Post your offer publicly.
    DM your network.
    Say your price out loud.
    - If no one flinches or argues, raise it.
    - If the wrong people hesitate, you’re targeting the wrong people.
    - If your stomach turns, that is great, growth is present.

    5. Borrow credibility until you earn your own.
For example, in your communication say things like:
    - “I’ve used this in my current company where I work to save X time.”
    - “This method helped me and 2 friends close deals.”
    - “You’re getting early access before I raise prices.”
No lies. Just use what’s true, and position it with boldness.
    People don't buy empty grammar.

    6. Say your price. Then shut up.
    When they ask: “How much?”
    Say it. Then pause.
    Do not over explain.
    Do not apologize.
Do not discount yourself in real time.
Do not be afraid people will not buy after they hear your price. Instead invest in mastering how to present and drive sales conversation in a way no one can resist you and your offer.

Own your offer. Let your tone match your value.

Did you pick one or two tactics to practice? COMMENT “PRICE RIGHT”.

  • I Have Known Natasha Since She Was Three Years Old’ – Baba frayo Reveals Why 2Baba, Annie’s Marriage Failed

Veteran Nigerian musician, Friday Igweh, better known as Baba Fryo, has stated that his colleague, 2Baba, and his estranged wife, Annie Idibia, did not manage their marriage very well.

We recalls that 2Face announced his separation from Annie in January and subsequently introduced Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawuru as his new partner

In an interview on ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast, Baba Fryo claimed that 2Baba left Annie because she was not a good home manager as every man would want in a woman.

According to the singer, men desire women who can look out for them when they are drowning in vices, not women who also share similar attitudes

Baba Fryo further claimed that Natasha is no better than Annie, stressing he had known the lawmaker since she was three years old.

He said, “2Face and his [ex] wife didn’t manage themselves well. They are both entertainers. Annie is an actress, and 2Face is a musician.

“In marriage, when the couple are out, it’s the woman’s duty to watch the man. When the man is drinking, the woman will be watching him, and if he is drinking too much, the woman will calm him. But if you marry a woman who also drinks, when you’re both drunk, who will take the other home?

When a man sees that, he will become insecure in the marriage. And when he goes out and sees another woman with a different attitude… I’m not saying it’s a good attitude oh, because even 2Face’s current lover, Natasha, she is someone I have known since she was three years old. I carried her on my legs. Her father, Desmond, and I were friends
