Anxiety disorders interfere with daily activities and can impair a person’s family, social and school or working life.
Anxiety disorders are the world’s most common mental disorders, affecting 301 million people.
Symptoms of anxiety disorders include:
Excessive fear or worry.
Trouble concentrating.
Feeling irritable, tense or restless.
Nausea or abdominal distress.
Heart palpitations.
Sweating, trembling or shaking.
Trouble sleeping.
A sense of impending danger, panic or doom.

AKWA IBOM STATE INDIGENE DEMANDS AN APOLOGY FROM MR KENNETH OKONKWO

Mr Kenneth Okonkwo is someone I greatly admire. I particularly love his nature of outspokenness especially when it concerns issues of National importance.
But his recent vituperative outburst against the person and the office of the Governor of my dear State on Arise TV is NOT acceptable. You cannot, in any guise, insult a sitting Governor of a any state not to talk of a State like Akwa Ibom.
Voicing out your displeasure on the defection of the Governor to APC shouldn’t come with such an insulting, abusive and denigrating words like “transgenderic governor”.
We therefore ask that you immediately retract such statements.
We demand an apology for such utterance.
You may not like a president or a Governor but as long as he /she occupies that seat at the material time you must not throw in insults. You can criticize but not insult.
