  • Sperm is not the antidote to good skin and a glowing face.”
    They are deceiving you.
Please don’t let social media lies ruin your values.
There’s a rising trend where sexual immorality is being sugarcoated with fake “health tips.”
    They’ll say things like,
    “It clears pimples,”
    “It helps you glow,”
Just to give sin a soft landing.
Some even go as far as applying the sperm on their faces in the morning and night.

    Let’s be clear:

Good skin comes from clean habits, not unclean acts.
It comes from water, rest, hygiene, good food, peace of mind not from sexual compromise.
Don’t let anyone use fake science to pull you into bondage.
Your glow doesn’t come from between someone’s legs, it comes from God, from Confidence, from Purity, and Peace.

  • The one that makes your yansh look like a chalkboard.

It’s called “craw-craw” by many, but it’s not normal.
It’s your skin reacting to how you treat your body.

And truthfully, this problem affects men more. Why?

    Because many men don’t moisturize.
    They bathe in a rush.
    They don’t exfoliate.
They sit all day in tight trousers and synthetic boxers.
They sweat and never dry off properly.
They eat anyhow—plenty sugar, little water, no nutrients.

Over time, that neglect shows up on your skin.

    So what causes this “craw-craw”?

    • Dead skin buildup (no exfoliation, no scrubbing)

    • Dry skin and no moisturizing

    • Friction from sitting too long or wearing tight clothes

    • Poor hygiene and trapped sweat

    • Fungal or yeast infections from heat and moisture

    • Gut imbalance, parasites, or sugar-heavy diets

How to fix it (without shame):
    1. Scrub your bum area once or twice a week.
Use a clean African sponge or exfoliating glove. Don’t overdo it.

    2. Moisturize every day.
Coconut oil, shea butter, olive oil—choose one. Rub after bath.

    3. Switch to cotton underwear.
Let your skin breathe. No more tight polyester pants.

    4. Dry off properly after bathing.
Don’t wear clothes on wet skin.

    5. Fix your diet.
Cut back on sugar. Eat more eggs, fish, bitterleaf, and drink water.

Deworm yourself. Improve your gut health. Your skin will thank you.

You don’t have to live with rough, itchy skin on your backside.
It’s not pride. It’s personal care.

Take your health seriously—even in hidden places.

A lot of men need to see this—even if they won’t admit it

  • PRIVATE PART HYGIENE👌🏾

    1. WASH IT DAILY:
Even if you're too lazy to have a full bath, make sure you find time to wash your genitals to eliminate odour.

It's such a turn-off having a pungent smell around that area.

Wash with warm water and recommended cleansers. Don't use hard soaps as it might tamper with the PH balance and cause harm.

    2. SHAVE:
I can not over emphasise on this. Some of you have hairs on your genitals like you want to start selling dredlocks.
Shave it very low or completely off. It all depends on which level you're comfortable with.

Keeping hair down there makes it hard to get good hygiene. Again, reduce it.

    3. WEAR COTTON UNDIES:
Invest in your underwear. Cotton is best. Don't use plastics or synthetics. Whatever you wear, keep them clean.

It's sad to see clean boys and girls with makeup and good suits but underwear looking like rags.
Change them quarterly yearly or less. You can't wear the same underwear for 5 years because it still fits.

Wear underwear that can tell a beautiful story.

    4. HOSPITAL CHECKUPS:
If you feel itches and discomfort around you genitals, see a doctor and get medical help.

    5. DON'T USE PERFUMES ON YOUR GENITALS:
If you have been to spray it, you clearly need hygiene.
Chemicals will rather cause harm than good.
If you are having a fishy or goat-like smell, GO AND WASH IT.
Or it's time to see a doctor.

    6. WASH THE ANUS:
I know I'm talking V&D but I had to bring in the anuz because they are neighbours.
If you don't properly clean the anus, it will affect both the V&D

    7. CAREFUL WITH THE TOILETS YOU USE:
You should not use especially public toilets with poor hygiene. That's where most infections are picked.
If you have no choice, make sure you wash and dry properly after use.
