• Good morning my beloved brethren. I trust you are doing great , Praise God!

    TODAY'S WORD OF GOD:

"For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. John 1:17"

Choosing Jesus Christ gives you a great advantage over those who are still under the law of Moses.
For example, the law requires that a woman who is caught in adultery be stoned to death. The law was biased against women; it takes two people to commit adultery, so why punish only the woman and set the man free (John 8:4-5)?
Under the grace and truth that Jesus Christ has provided, everyone is given a second chance to do what is right; hence, the woman caught in adultery is not stoned to death but given the chance to live righteously (John 8:7-11).

Dear beloved, the salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ has come to give us all the chance to save our own soul and to position us to live a life free from oppression, sin, wickedness, and darkness.
Make the right decision by accepting Christ Jesus, repenting from your sin, to have access to eternal life, and your life will never be the same. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!
    SHALOM!

  • It’s been a hard few years—for a lot of people.
    You’ve carried so much.
    Worked through loss, grief, heartbreak…
    And still, you’ve stayed open.

    That matters.

Because loving anything deeply means risking the pain of losing it.

    Grief is a double-edged sword.
    It cuts because you cared.
It aches because it meant something.

    That’s the gift.

You put your heart on the line knowing it might break.
    And sometimes, it does.
But if you let those feelings move through you,
    if you trust the process…
you’ll find your way to the other side of it.

You don’t have to fear heartbreak.

It might feel overwhelming at times—but that pain is proof you really lived.
    You gave it everything.
You said yes to the experience.
You loved fully, knowing it would change.

And that’s something to be proud of.

The time you spend with someone or something…
That’s the real beauty of this whole thing.
    You grow.
    You learn.
    You expand.
    And even if it ends,
you walk away a better version of yourself.

So when the grief rushes in,
    don’t run.
    Feel it.

It’s not here to destroy you.
It’s here to remind you just how deeply you love.

Grief is a gift—its proof you lived with your heart open.

  • Those Veins You’re Ignoring? They’re Not for Decoration.
    You see this?
It’s not just a “leg thing.”
It’s your blood screaming for help.
This is venous insufficiency — when blood pools in your legs instead of returning to your heart.
    It’s linked to:
    —Obesity
    —Prolonged sitting or standing
—Nutrient deficiencies (especially vitamin C, magnesium, copper)
    —Weak circulation
—High estrogen dominance (especially in women)
    If you’ve got:
    —Heavy legs
    —Swollen ankles
    —Tingling or throbbing
    —Ugly, bulging blue veins
Don’t wait till you start seeing ulcers.
    Here’s what to do:
—Ditch ultra-processed carbs (they destroy collagen and stiffen veins)
—Fix your liver — estrogen detox depends on it.
    —Walk daily (blood needs movement)
—Eat bioavailable protein (collagen-rich foods like bone broth, fish skin, beef)
—Supplement wisely: magnesium glycinate, vitamin C, horse chestnut, butcher’s broom
And for the love of God — stop sitting for 8 hours, you are not a rock.
Varicose veins are not a joke.
They are slow signals of heart disease, insulin resistance, and clogged lymphatics.
    You don’t need surgery.
You need circulation, collagen, and correction.
Fix the root, not just the vein.

  • Your gut is tired of screaming.
    It started with small signs:
    A little bloating here.
    A weird skin rash there.
    Mood swings. Cravings. PMS. Fatigue.
    But you ignored it.
    You fed it more.
You tried to silence it with soda and sugar.
Now your gut is breaking down.
    Leaky, inflamed, confused.
But healing is not out of reach.
Sometimes, all it takes is silence.
    A pause.
    A rhythm.
    Fasting is not punishment—it’s permission.
    To rest.
    To repair.
    To reset.
    Start with 12 hours.
    Then build from there.
    You’re not just losing weight.
    You’re restoring your internal peace.
