"Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you. 2 Chronicles 20:17"
The children of God are always privileged because they have Jehovah on their side. Is it not comforting to hear God say that you don't need to fight in a battle that your enemies are pressing against you?
This is exactly what the Lord told Jehoshaphat. He asked him to just prepare his army and set singers before them to sing and worship God in the beauty of holiness. True to His Word, He fought the battle for the Israelites as the singers worshipped the Lord in song.
The Lord put confusion in the midst of the enemies, and they began to fight one another and destroyed themselves.
Dear beloved, it is good to remain in the Lord; be a worshipper, and let worship be your lifestyle. Make time every day to worship the Lord in song; prepare yourself to celebrate your victory over any enemy of your life while worshipping God, and He will fight all the battles of poverty, sickness, demons, disappointments, and the like in your life. Hallelujah!
