The truth is, anyone can learn a skill. People can even learn on the job. But you cannot teach respect, empathy, or good communication to someone who doesn’t have it. It has to be in them. This applies to every field from banking to healthcare. A rude nurse can make patients stop coming, just like a careless sales rep can damage your brand. I wasn’t taught customer communication in my social media mgt and marketing courses. I only came across it when I took a customer service course on Coursera. But even without that course, What happened to common sense? If it were her own business, would she talk to her customers that way? Don’t hire only for skill. Hire people who reflect your values. Beloved, if you are interested in your life and destiny, you must be interested in building your faith (Ephesians 6:16). The responsibility of building your faith must be accepted. Build your faith by studying and meditating on the Word of God (Romans 10:17). Build your faith by praying in the Holy Ghost (Jude 20) and taking scriptural faith actions. Show me a hard worker, a man who knows how to labour in the Word of God, and I will show you someone who is a giant in the faith. The truth is, we do not have the same weight in the realm of the spirit. There are some demons that God would never allow to go near some people because if He did, the demons would destroy such persons. There are people who cannot stand their village demons because their spiritual weight is too small. For example, for Job, it was satan himself who confronted him (Job 1:7-12) because Job’s faith was equal to the task. For Jesus Christ, satan himself confronted Him in temptation because Jesus could handle satan squarely (Matthew 4:5). Beloved, to remain in the realm of victory, building your faith is a non-negotiable requirement. As you take the responsibility of building and deploying your faith, you shall not be a victim of faith failure in Jesus’ Name. Where one fears to tread, someone has already traveled.  There is an example for every impossibility. Bravery is earned through courageous choices.  Freedom is an attitude. Abuse is “inverted tolerance” of what you put up with in yourself. Defeat is always optional. "Why" is what you ask yourself.  "Who, what, when, where and how" is what you ask others. I have many more hours in a day than most.  To rise early is an investment in your SELF.  It always pays over-time.
