    ERECTION

Rock-Hard Omelette : How Chemistry and Food Give You Stronger, Younger Erections
Stronger erections start in the kitchen—because what you feed yourself, you feed your chemistry.
Most men think stamina fades because of age. Or that their sex drive dips because they’re “just not in the mood.”

But the truth? It’s not your size. It’s not your age. It’s your chemistry.

Because after 30, your levels of dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin—the trio that governs your arousal, confidence, and performance—start to decline. Quietly. Steadily. Powerfully.

When they drop, your erections weaken. Your desire dims. Your confidence suffers.

    But here’s the seductive twist:

These hormones can be rebuilt. Reignited. Rebalanced.

And one of the fastest, most powerful ways to do that… is through food.

    Yes, food.

Because the right foods don’t just fill your stomach. They spark your libido. They sharpen your mind. They harden your cock.

Let me show you what to eat to feel like a man again—confident, potent, and deeply craved.

The Desire Menu: 5 Foods That Reignite Your Chemistry
These aren’t just “healthy” foods. They’re chemical aphrodisiacs—each one hand-picked to fuel your hormones and unlock your edge.

    1. Eggs
Rich in tyrosine and B vitamins, eggs spark dopamine and serotonin—the mood and reward hormones. That means more desire. More motivation. And yes… more morning wood.

    2. Salmon
Packed with omega-3s and vitamin D. Enhances blood flow, boosts brain function, and helps testosterone production. Some studies suggest omega-3s may support oxytocin function, though more research is needed. Ideal for dinner before a night of deep intimacy. Ideal for dinner before a night of deep intimacy.

    3. Spinach
Loaded with folate, magnesium, and natural nitrates. These compounds help produce nitric oxide, which improves blood flow—including to the penis—enhancing erection strength and endurance. These open your blood vessels and relax your muscles—resulting in better mood, stronger erections, and the ability to go deeper without fading.

    4. Bananas
This fruit contains dopamine precursors and vitamin B6. Think of it as nature’s sex snack—portable, subtle, but potent.

    5. Avocados
Healthy fats, magnesium, and potassium. They nourish your nervous system, balance hormones, and give your stamina a serious boost.

Bonus Snack Hack: A few dark chocolate squares with a handful of walnuts = an afternoon dopamine spike and longer-term hormonal support. Dark chocolate contains flavonoids that enhance blood flow and may support mood through serotonin pathways, while walnuts are rich in omega-3s and magnesium—both of which help regulate hormones and sustain energy.

  • *EVERY MINUTE, SOMEONE LEAVES THIS WORLD.*

Age has nothing to do with it.

We're all in this queue without realizing it.

We never know how many people are in front of us.

We can't go to the back of the line.

We can't get out of line.

    We can't stop moving forward.

So, while we wait in line...

    Let's make peace!

    Let's do good!

    Let's tell the truth!

    Let's be honest!

This world will leave us one day, that's for sure.

There's no point holding a grudge against someone who could leave at any moment.

There's no point sending a brother to prison when you yourself could leave first.

What's the point of boasting about putting others down when you could be gone in the next few minutes?

Why do you let yourself be deceived by your money, your social position, and your connections, when you're not the first to have them?

While you seek your brother's death for a piece of land in the village, others exploit your continent and even invade planets.

    Evil is ignorance.

    Pride is for the foolish.

    Selfishness is for the poor.

    Betrayal is for the weak.

So let's do good while we're still alive!

Let's use the little time we have left to reveal the secret of life.

This secret seems both simple and absurd.

It's what keeps the world on tenterhooks.

May God bless you richly and abundantly.

    TODAY IS OLDER PERSONS' DAY

On this occasion, warmest greetings to all ELDERLY citizens and BEST WISHES for an active and HEALTHY LIFE.

*Akara and Pap was breakfast served every morning in a hostel of 100 people.*

*Out of the 100, 80 didn’t like it. They complained daily, saying they were tired and wanted something different.*
*But the remaining 20 were satisfied. They liked it just as it was.*

*To solve the issue, the warden introduced a simple rule: Every night, everyone would vote for what they wanted to eat the next morning. The meal with the highest number of votes would be served.*

*So every night, the 20 who loved Akara and Pap voted for it—with one voice.*
*But the 80 who didn’t like it were never united. Their votes went in different directions:*

    18 *for Bread and Tea*

16 *for Yam and Egg Sauce*

    14 *for Jollof Rice*

    12 *for Spaghetti*

    10 *for Indomie*

10 *for Moi Moi and Pap*

*Can u guess what the result was every single time?*
*Akara and Pap kept winning, Not because it was the best, but because the people who didn’t want it were too divided to agree on anything else.*

*In Nigeria, many are tired of the same old hardship, bad* *governance and recycled leadership.*
*We know who and what the real problems are.*
*But even those who want change are divided—along tribal lines, party names, personal interest, ego and ambition.*

*2027 might seem far away, but it's already around the corner. If we don’t learn from this story, we will wake up again to another bitter round of the same “meal” we’ve been served for ages.*

*The World Bank has already projected that poverty in Nigeria will keep rising until 2027.*
    *That’s not just a statistic—it’s a warning.*
*And the sad truth is this: If we miss 2027, it'll only get worse.*

    *This Is a Salient Message*
*THERE'S POWER IN UNITY, NOT JUST IN NUMBERS.*

*A United Minority Is More Formidable Than A Divided Majority.*

  • #TheIronyOfLife
The married ones are thinking of divorce, while the unmarried refused to be married

The unknown crave for fame, while the famous just want privacy

The young want to grow old, while the old wish they could turn back the time

The poor wants to become rich and the rich spend their night wishing for the peace they lost chasting wealth

The healthy take their bodies for granted, while the sick would give anything for just one more day without pain

You see the grass always seems greener, but nothing grows without watering what's already yours

The truth is no one has it all

But everyone has enough if only they stopped and take a moment to see it

  • HOW LONG SHOULD A COURTSHIP LAST?

One of the top questions I receive from singles preparing for marriage is this:

👉🏽 “How long should a courtship last?”

Let’s talk about it—honestly, practically, and spiritually.

    FIRST: What is Courtship?

Courtship is not casual dating or emotional experimenting.
It begins when a mature single man, after prayer and divine conviction, proposes marriage to a woman—not for fun or trial—but with the clear intention to marry.

Likewise, the lady must also have her own personal conviction before accepting his proposal. Courtship is not built on pressure, fantasy, or romance alone—it must be rooted in spiritual clarity and maturity.

SEVEN AREAS TO PREPARE BEFORE YOU START COURTSHIP

Before you even say “yes” or “let’s start a relationship,” you must be prepared.

❗️Here are 7 non-negotiable areas of personal readiness:

    1. Spiritual Preparation
Give your life to Christ. If Jesus is not at the center of your life, He cannot be the foundation of your marriage. Without Christ, the storm will sweep your home away.

    2. Physical Preparation
Marriage is not for teenagers or people still hiding under their parents’ roof. Be ready to leave and cleave—physically and emotionally. You need your own space.

    3. Financial Preparation
Don’t enter courtship jobless or financially irresponsible. Learn how to make, manage, and multiply money. Love without money quickly turns sour.

    4. Emotional Preparation
Heal from past wounds. Stop carrying baggage into your future. If you’re easily jealous, insecure, moody, or manipulative, work on yourself first.

    5. Mental Preparation
Educate your mind for marriage. Read books, attend seminars, and gain godly knowledge about family life. Ignorance will c0st you.

    6. Social Preparation
Can you relate well with people? Do you know how to communicate, resolve conflicts, and build community? You will need all of these in marriage.

    7. Moral Preparation
Live a life of integrity and $exual purity. Self-control before marriage prepares you for faithfulness within it.

A WARNING TO SINGLES: COURTSHIP IS NOT A SECRET AFFAIR

    If your partner says:
    “Don’t tell your pastor.”
    “Keep this from your parents.”
“Let’s hide our relationship for now…”

That is a red flag. Run.

Healthy courtships are accountable, not hidden. Your pastor or mentor should be aware, and both sets of parents should bless your journey. Secrecy invites danger. Courtship is not a game. It’s a sacred preparation.

SO, HOW LONG SHOULD A COURTSHIP LAST?

    Minimum: 6 Months
    Maximum: 2 Years
(Exceptions: financial delay, parental objection, or health challenges.)

    Here’s why:

Less than 6 months is too short to truly know someone. It’s risky.

More than 2 years can breed temptation, compromise, boredom, or unnecessary emotional strain.

Courtship should not be rushed, but it also should not be dragged endlessly.

    What Should Happen During Courtship?

❗️Deep and honest conversations about life, vision, and expectations.

❗️Pre-marital counseling with a trusted mentor or pastor.

❗️Family visits and open discussions about background, values, and boundaries.

❗️Prayer, fasting, and studying God’s Word together.

❗️Agreement on issues like finances, $ex, children, ministry, and more.

Courtship is not a time to cuddle and go on endless dates.

It is a time to discern, discover, discuss, and decide.

    Final Thoughts for Singles:

Don’t chase a fast wedding; pursue a solid foundation.

A one-month courtship can c0st you a lifetime of regret.

A 10-year relationship doesn’t guarantee success either. It’s not just about time—it’s about truth, trust, and preparation.

Spend more time praying, learning, and growing—before and during courtship.

Marriage is not for the unprepared.
    Courtship is for the mature.

🙏🏽 May God grant you wisdom, clarity, and success in your marital journey

  • "The Wedding That Never Was"

    Part 1: The Perfect Beginning

Tunde was the kind of man many envied—successful, kind-hearted, and deeply loyal to those he loved. After years of building his business empire, he finally met Amara, a beautiful, intelligent, and charming woman who swept him off his feet. Their love blossomed quickly. In less than two years, he proposed, and Amara said yes with tears in her eyes.

Their love story became the envy of many. Family and friends all celebrated them, especially Tunde’s best friend, Chike, who had been with Tunde through thick and thin. Chike was even named the best man, a position he proudly accepted.

    Part 2: Whispers and Warnings

As the wedding date approached, Tunde noticed something odd—Amara had become unusually secretive with her phone. Late-night texts, sudden changes in mood, and quick defensiveness when asked simple questions.

One day, his younger sister, Sade, approached him gently.

    > “Brother mi, please don’t be angry. I saw Amara in a hotel lobby three days ago… with Chike. They looked… close. Too close.”

Tunde brushed it off. “Chike? No, never. That’s my brother.”

But the seed of doubt had been planted.

    Part 3: The Day Before

The night before the wedding, Tunde couldn’t sleep. Something didn’t feel right. He sat outside on the balcony of the hotel where his wedding was scheduled and stared at the stars, trying to convince himself everything was okay.

    Then his phone buzzed.

It was a message from an unknown number:

    > “You deserve to know the truth. Check Room 406. Now.”

Tunde’s heart pounded. Room 406 was in the same hotel. He hesitated, then stood up. He didn’t want to believe anything wrong could be happening—but curiosity and dread pushed him forward.

He knocked lightly at the door.

    No response.

He turned the handle. It was open.

There, lying on the bed, locked in an embrace… was Amara and Chike.

Time stopped. The woman he was to marry tomorrow. His best friend since childhood.

    To be continued

It was a message from an unknown number: > “You deserve to know the truth. Check Room 406. Now.” Tunde’s heart pounded. To be continued JB WORLD

  • *Crossing the Line Without Touching: The Truth About Emotional Affairs*

    https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaGhjo07tkjCfXdy322U

    *What Is Emotional Cheating?*
Emotional cheating is when someone forms a deep, secretive emotional connection with someone outside their relationship—without physical contact. It often begins innocently: a few laughs, late-night chats, or venting about relationship issues. But soon, emotional intimacy shifts from the partner to the “friend.” That’s when the line is crossed—without a single touch.

    *Where the Line Is Drawn*
You don’t have to sleep with someone to cheat. When you start hiding conversations, craving emotional attention from someone else, or feeling more connected to another person than your partner, you've crossed a line. Emotional affairs are built on secrecy, emotional energy, and intimacy that rightfully belongs to your significant other.

*Why Emotional Affairs Hurt So Deeply*
Many people say, “But nothing physical happened!”—yet emotional affairs often cause deeper pain than physical ones. Why? Because the heart was shared. Trust was broken. Emotional cheating says, “I no longer choose you to be my safe place.” It damages the foundation of love: trust, vulnerability, and exclusivity.

    *Warning Signs of Emotional Cheating*

You hide conversations or delete messages

You confide in someone else more than your partner

You’re emotionally distant at home, but excited to talk to “that friend”

You say things like “We’re just close” or “You’re overthinking it”

You feel guilty… but still don’t stop

    *Why It Happens*
Emotional affairs usually happen when there's a gap—loneliness, lack of attention, unresolved conflict, or curiosity. Instead of addressing the gap within the relationship, some seek connection outside. But escape isn’t the answer—healing is.

*Can an Emotional Affair Be Repaired?*
Yes—but it requires confession, deep honesty, accountability, and a willingness to rebuild trust. Boundaries must be reset, communication restored, and the root causes addressed. Pretending it “wasn’t a big deal” only invites more destruction.

    *Final Thought:*
Emotional affairs are quiet fires—they burn trust slowly, until the whole relationship goes up in flames.

If your heart is wandering, your relationship is shaking. Return. Repair. Recommit.
    Love thrives where honesty lives.

    *DATE: FRIDAY, 18TH JULY, 2025*

    *TOPIC: DON'T THINK FOR GOD*

    *MEMORY VERSE*
Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?
    *Job 26:14*

    *BIBLE TEXT*
    *Romans 11:33-36*
[33]O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

[34]For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

[35]Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

[36]For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

    *MESSAGE* ‍👦👩‍👩‍👦‍👦👨‍👨‍👦
Many times, believers ask God for things and then begin to think about how He will achieve them. In reality, however, our brains cannot understand how God will do the things He wishes to do. For instance, when a man says he has a PhD in Mathematics, it may sound like a big deal, but in truth, he can only be a specialist in an aspect of the subject. If he finds himself among fellow mathematicians, they will begin to ask him questions like, "What is your area of specialisation?" If he says, Applied Maths, they might further ask, What section of Applied Maths?" He might respond, "Fluid Dynamics. They can still ask, "What section of Fluid Dynamics?" The questioning can go on until it becomes evident that his PhD degree is just a little pin-head in Mathematics. It will take you over 1,000 years to know all there is to know about Mathematics. However, God knows all Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, and all other subjects, including those that are yet to be discovered. You simply can't compare your wisdom and knowledge to His. Why, then, do believers try to calculate how He will choose to do something?

When I became the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God in 1981, quite a few people in the church thought that my appointment was rigged. They thought that I used my position as a Mathematics lecturer to manipulate the General Superintendent because he was uneducated. I looked up to God to show the people that I did not manoeuvre my way into becoming the General Overseer and that He chose me Himself. God then began to do something extraordinary. We used to hold monthly seminars for some days, and on the first day of each seminar, a woman would deliver a baby boy in our maternity centre. After several months of this happening, it became clear that it was not coincidental, and those with spiritual understanding among us discerned that it was a sign from God confirming that He had chosen me Himself. l could never have imagined that God would use this as one of the ways to confirm that He had chosen me.
Beloved, when you ask God for something, please don't ever think of how He will do it because it is beyond you. Just ask, obey whatever instructions He gives you, and leave the rest to Him.

    *KEY POINT*
When you ask God for something, don't think about how He will do it; only trust and obey Him.
