    1. A leader leads from the front not from the back 2. A leader does first before he asks his followers to do not the other way round 3. A leader listens more than he speaks 4. A leader takes responsibility, not excuses 5. A leader corrects in private and praises in public 6. A leader stands strong during chaos, not just in comfort 7. A leader motivates by example, not by pressure 8. A leader protects the weak, not exploit them 9. A leader shows vision, not confusion 10. A leader works with the team, not above the team 11. A leader creates more leaders, not more followers 12. A leader stays calm even when others panic 13. A leader stays focused on the goal, not distracted by noise 14. A leader serves before he commands 15. A leader accepts blame and shares the credit 16. A leader builds trust, not fear 17. A leader values growth over perfection 18. A leader solves problems, not spread blame 19. A leader remains humble no matter how high he climbs 20. A leader respects others regardless of their position 21. A leader keeps learning, even while leading 22. A leader inspires with actions, not just words 23. A leader speaks truth, not what’s convenient 24. A leader admits mistakes, not cover them 25. A leader remains consistent, not double-faced 26. A leader earns loyalty, not demand it 27. A leader walks with integrity, not hidden agendas 28. A leader stays visible when it's tough, not hide 29. A leader builds bridges, not walls 30. A leader lifts others up, not tramples on them *Encouragement Paragraph:* True leadership is not about titles or positions — it’s about action, impact, and character. Whether you lead a team, a family, a community, or just yourself, be the kind of leader who leads by example. People follow what they see, not what they hear. So rise, lead with love, strength, and integrity. The world needs more of such leadership. 💪🌟

Let me tell you a secret. The early stages of your growth are usually the hardest. Let me use social media as an example. It’s harder to get your first 10k followers. I struggled with hitting 10k followers for many many years. I was just stuck. I opened this account in 2017. That’s about 7 years ago. For the first five to six years, growth was so difficult. I was stuck at less than 10k followers. I think things started changing last year. As soon as I passed the 10k mark, it became way easier from there. The same 10k followers I struggled to get in years, I could now hit within a few weeks. It’s the same thing with money. The first million will likely be one of the hardest to make. But once you make it, things begin to flow more easily. It's the same with building anything worthwhile. Why is the beginning always tough? Because in that phase, you’re still trying to figure things out. You’re experimenting, doing trial and error. But there comes a time when you finally find your winning formula. At that point, you stop guessing. You simply apply what works, and the results keep coming in. Now, here's why I’m sharing this. At that point where you’re trying to break through, there’s always the temptation to cut corners and look for an easy way out. Please, resist it. The process, the lessons, the mistakes, and everything you encounter in that difficult season are what make your future success easier. If you follow shortcuts, you’ll never build anything substantial. Let me not talk too much. Bottom line is this. If you’re going through a tough phase right now, no matter what you’re building, it’s totally normal. Just keep going. You’re gaining experiences that will make your growth tomorrow look like magic. People will see you and say, “Is it not this girl? How did she grow so fast?” But when you were struggling with 1k followers and 5k in your account, they didn’t know o. We all have our breakthrough moments. Patiently wait for yours. Let's keep doing wonders together.

How to Build an Offer Staircase that Makes You Millions… Last year, I helped my client in SA to build an offer staircase that makes her $599 dollars, daily. No jokes! Every business needs an offer staircase: whether you sell physical, digital products, coaching, or paid services, you need an offer staircase. Your offer staircase (also known as a value ladder) is the step by step journey your customer takes from their very first interaction with your brand to becoming a high ticket or loyal long term client. Think of it like this: Each step of the staircase moves your customer closer to deeper transformation, and higher investment. Let’s break it down. 1. Free Value (The Welcome Mat) This is where they discover you, trust you, and get a quick win. Examples: • Your posts • Free guide, checklist, or mini-course • Free webinar or challenge • Lead magnet like a 30 Days of Content Idea guide • Free community or newsletter The goal here is to build trust and grow your audience. 2. Low Ticket Offer (The First Step) This is a no brainer offer that gives a taste of your expertise. Create any of the following and price it at 1k, 2k or 3k. • A paid template or workbook • A short masterclass or workshop replay • A mini eBook or cheat sheet • Low-cost digital product bundle Turn followers into buyers and filter serious people. Imagine making 50k daily from one low ticket product. That’s 1.5m in 30 days. 10k daily is 310k in 30 days. Create it once and it continues making millions for you. 3. Core Offer (Your Signature Transformation) This is your main offer, the one that gets clients real results. Price range can be from 10,000 to 150,000 Naira. Examples: • A self-paced course or group program • Monthly subscription • Done for you service, like web design, content calendar setup, etc. • 1:1 strategy session Goal: Deliver big transformation and position yourself as an expert. 4. High-Ticket Offer (Your Premium Room) This is for your top tier clients who want deeper access, results, or done for you service. Price range should be from 200,000 Naira upwards. Examples: • VIP Days or intensives • Full service package, like complete marketing funnel setup, rebrand + strategy • High level coaching or mentorship • Corporate consulting or retainer packages Goal: Maximise income and serve fewer people at a higher level. 5. Continuity / Membership (Ongoing Support) This keeps your best clients in your ecosystem long-term. Examples: • Monthly membership or subscription community • Inner circle mastermind • Content club or strategy vault • Alumni group coaching Goal: Create recurring revenue and lifetime customer value. Visual Summary of your Million Offer Staircase: Step 5: Ongoing Membership / Retainer Step 4: High-Ticket Offer Step 3: Core Offer Step 2: Low-Ticket Product Step 1: Free Value / Lead Magnet Your Turn: Ask yourself: • What do I currently offer at each level? • Where are the gaps? • What’s one product/service I can create to fill that gap? I’m rooting for you. You feel me?

HOW TO BUILD A CEO MINDSET AS AN ONLINE BRAND OWNER Sweetheart, if you don’t start thinking like a CEO, your online brand will forever remain a hobby. And hobbies don’t pay bills! When you see fellow women making mind blowing money online? It’s not magic. They have something you might be overlooking, a CEO mindset. That’s the difference between running your brand like a side hustle and running it like a business that funds your dream life. Let me break it down for you: 1. STOP SEEING YOUR BRAND AS “JUST ONLINE” A lot of women make the mistake of thinking, “It’s just social media. It’s not that deep.” Big mistake! You need to start seeing your online brand as a real business. If you take it seriously, others will too. Show up like a boss. Be intentional about your content. Stop running it when you feel like, have a strategy. 2. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS, KNOW YOUR MONEY You’re not just a content creator, you’re a businesswoman. Do you know how much you made last month? Do you track your sales? If not, you’re running your brand blindfolded. Have clear income goals. Track every naira you make and spend. Charge your worth! Stop underpricing yourself out of fear. 3. MOVE FROM EMPLOYEE THINKING TO CEO THINKING If you’re waiting for someone to tell you what to do, you’re still thinking like an employee. CEOs take charge! Invest in learning new skills (marketing, branding, sales). Make bold decisions without fear. 4. BRAND POSITIONING IS EVERYTHING. A CEO doesn’t just “post and pray.” She positions herself to attract the right audience and clients. Speak with authority in your niche. Show social proof, testimonials, success stories, results! Network with other high-value women (your circle matters). 5. CONSISTENCY IS YOUR BEST FRIEND Sis, if you show up today and disappear for two weeks, how will people take you seriously? Consistency is what turns followers into buyers. Plan your content ahead. Show up even when you don’t feel like it. Keep refining and improving your content. 6. DEVELOP A GROWTH MINDSET A CEO doesn’t cry over low engagement or failed launches, she learns and improves. See challenges as lessons, not roadblocks. Be adaptable (social media change fast). Never stop evolving! If you want a profitable online brand, you need to start thinking and acting like a CEO today. No more playing small. As for me, I’m here to play the big game!

My husband earns about 800k monthly. He gives me 200k for the home, and we have three kids. Then he gives me 60k to give to the kids to take to school till it's finished and then he gives 100k for me to use for petty expenses (electricity and other unforseen needs that may rise, like buying a pill or socks or anything petty). That makes a total of 360k. So he keeps 440k for himself. So recently, I asked him to show me his account balance since he has always kept that much to himself, but he ignored me. So I later went to check the account myself and saw he had just about 14M there. Meanwhile it's been over three years and I was expecting to see more. He eats at home except lunch. He doesn't do anything except send money to his parents and mine once a while and pay the kids school fees thrice in a year and it's nothing more than 300k for a term. He may help his siblings, but that's also once a while. So I demanded he explain how he had only 14M in his account. This man started to gaslight me. Asking if he ever asked me how much I had in my account and talking about my 130k salary. We haven't spoke for days because of this issue and he won't even apologise and explain himself. Can you believe he told me this morning to leave the marriage if I want to because he's never going to talk about the money with me? Is this a serious man who wants a future for his family? How can I stay with a man who is not accountable with finances?? I am leaving #highlightseveryonefollowers2025 #everyone
