    These + … Kill Erections
    ERECTION

    These + … Kill Erections
The 3 invisible systems that determine whether you rise—or fade—in the bedroom

Erections are one of nature’s most brilliant systems.
They take a numb, compact, unassuming body part—and expand it up to 3 times its size.
They make it stiff, sensitive, and deeply arousing to women.
All of it with one purpose: pleasure and reproduction.

But for that system to perform at full capacity, it requires care, attention, and the right conditions.

Most men don’t realize their erection isn’t failing because of age.
It’s because they’re unknowingly compromising the three internal systems that make it work in the first place.

Let’s break those down—and show you how to rebuild your full sexual strength from the inside out.

The 3 Pillars of Rock-Hard Erections

If any of these three systems are compromised, your erection will be too.

    1. Cardiovascular Sponge
Your erection is a sponge—erectile tissue designed to fill with blood.
If your arteries can’t deliver it, there’s nothing to rise.
    Blood flow is non-negotiable.

    2. Testosterone Balance
Testosterone fuels your desire, your staying power, and your sexual edge.
Yes, it declines with age. But the biggest enemies are poor diet, chronic stress, overstimulation, and poor sleep—not time.

    3. Arousal Triggers (Neurological Control)
    This is the most surprising.
Many men tell me: “She was gorgeous. Ready. But I felt… flat.”
That’s not a lack of desire. It’s nervous system burnout.
Your arousal response has been hijacked by overstimulation and digital habits.

So How Do You Fix It?
Start with these 5 simple practices—each one proven to restore the systems behind natural, powerful erections.
They won’t work instantly, but if you follow them for just one week, the results will surprise you.

And if you combine these with my explicit video course, Unbreakable Erections?
By the end of the week, you’ll feel more potent, more responsive, and more in control.

In the relentless pursuit of excellence, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the pressure to have everything mapped out perfectly. But here's a liberating truth: *_You don't have to have it all figured out!_*

Life much like business is a journey. Each twist and turn, each unexpected detour, is not a sign of failure but an opportunity for growth. We often idolize those who seem to have a crystal-clear vision from day one, forgetting that most success stories are riddled with uncertainties and moments of doubt. The path to greatness is rarely a straight line.

It takes immense courage to admit that you don't have all the answers. But it is in this vulnerability that true innovation and creativity are born. Allow yourself the grace to explore this divine projects, to question, and to evolve. Trust that even in the midst of uncertainty, you are exactly where you need to be.

Today, let us stand together in the knowledge that it is okay to not have everything figured out. Let us support one another (in gada.chat ecosystem) in our individual journey, recognizing that each step, no matter how uncertain, brings us closer to our fullest potential.

  • The Truth About Your Body.

    Let’s talk

Your body is not a taboo—not a shame, not a filter.
But why twist your face like rotten eggs smell,
    When I speak shaka-and-bulous truths?

    Listen.

Why gag the truth when silence kills?
Biology without pictures is watered Biography—
A text lacking lens, sparks and steeze of conveyance.

Cringing at the attached conjuring photo,
    Then calling it suggestive—
    Forgetting its the motor,
That gives it a finish touch - "Expressive".

This is the major reason the girl child d1es slowly because s*x education is not taught even in hospitals.

They are rarely groomed with these in schools now because they feel there's nothing there.

Girls drown in silence, when their bodies become a mystery—

But instead of teaching them to understand their bodies, you make it look like s1n— You shame their fire, call their questions “wild”?
Then, when they set loose to explore, you call it untamed— what a world!

You deliberately choose not to tell them that urge isn’t evil—it’s power in motion, that can be transmuted.
Yet you leave them blind, raw, and stripped of their armor.

You ignore showing them "cycles" aren’t curses—it’s science!
Withholding their very arms of wisdom, shooting them with whispers of guilt.

Your nonchalance brews infections during their childhood while it blooms till adulthood where infertility takes root—
Digging deeper into their very core,
And then you jump from one pastor to another calling it "spiritual lock."
A harvest of pain you could’ve disarmed her.

You flinch when I name your hips, your blood, your bones in prints—
The fine blueprint of your existence.

Shying away from every discussion about understanding how sexuality works and then when the body is on reverse mode—

You beg doctors to fix your out-of-place body chemistry…
    Is this not Crazy? Hypocrisy?
Let’s call it a BROKEN MENTALITY.

You’re here to learn—to heal, grow, survive.
Not every post’s for you, but someone’s alive_
    Because when you hit “share,”
You lit up a spark in the dark of another.

Stop feeling off, because of a post that doesn't connect to you.

    Own your body.
    Own your story.

Silence dies when you weaponize the truth’s flame.
That female in your circle needs this.
    Your timeline’s a lifeline.
If you scroll past? That’s cold.

    Someone’s daughter,
    Someone's wife,
    Someone's mother,
    Someone's aunt,
    Someone's sister,

    Clutches this post like gold.
Share it loud. Let the algorithm scream, so that someone’s healing will start with you.

    This is not Sexual Rebellion—
This is Conceptual Reclamation of your Flesh, Fire and Fate.

Your biology is a masterpiece, not a debate.

  • Are Catholic Priests Really Biblical?

One of the most common questions Catholics are asked is, “Are priests really in the Bible?” For many non-Catholics, the idea of a man set apart to offer sacrifices, forgive sins, and lead the faithful seems foreign or even man-made. But when we turn to Scripture and early Christian tradition, we find that the role of the Catholic priesthood is deeply rooted in the Bible and in the life of the early Church.

Let’s begin with the Old Testament. God established a priesthood through Aaron and the Levites (see Exodus 28–29). Their role was clear: to offer sacrifices, intercede for the people, and teach the law. This priesthood, while temporary and imperfect, foreshadowed the eternal priesthood of Jesus Christ, the true High Priest (Hebrews 4:14).

When Jesus came, He didn’t abolish the priesthood—He fulfilled it. At the Last Supper, He instituted the Eucharist and told His apostles, “Do this in memory of me” (Luke 22:19). This wasn’t a symbolic act—it was a sacrificial command. The Greek word for “do” (poiein) in that context is priestly language. Christ was entrusting His apostles with the power to make present His once-for-all sacrifice.

After the Resurrection, Jesus breathed on the apostles and said, “Whose sins you forgive are forgiven” (John 20:23). He was giving them divine authority to act in His name—something that continued in the early Church. In Acts, we see the apostles laying hands on new leaders (Acts 6:6, 13:3), and James instructing believers to call the “elders” (presbyters) of the Church to pray and anoint the sick (James 5:14).

That word—presbyteros—is where we get the English word “priest.” These ordained men were spiritual fathers who offered the Eucharist, administered sacraments, and shepherded the faithful. From the earliest Christian writings outside the Bible—like those of St. Ignatius of Antioch (around A.D. 107)—we see a Church structured with bishops, priests, and deacons, just as the Catholic Church has today.

Far from being a later invention, the priesthood flows directly from the ministry of Christ and the mission of the apostles. Catholic priests do not replace Jesus—they act in persona Christi, in the person of Christ, especially in the sacraments.

So yes, the Catholic priesthood is biblical, historical, and spiritual—a living continuation of Christ’s ministry on earth.

  • There comes a day when you realize that the fear never really goes away,
that if you really want something,
you have to be willing to do it afraid.
And maybe this is the only way you ever get to discover your fullest potential.
Maybe you just have to dive right in and face the thing that scares you the most.
    Because in the end,
it's not the rejections and so-called failures that will haunt you.
It will be your own potential left unexplored.
So maybe you don't need to wait until you overcome your fears to take the first step forward.
Maybe you just need to know there's something more important than fear. Something greater.
    Something worth fighting for.
And maybe overcoming your fears is the least important part of your story anyway.
Maybe what matters is that you're scared but still determined.
    Shaky but still standing.
Afraid but still willing to try.

  • *Kingdom Matters Devotional*

Topic: The Glory of the Kingdom of Heaven (5)

_Main Text: Hebrews 11:40 – “God having provided something better for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.”_

Brethren, I welcome you to the fifth edition of this insightful series. I pray that your understanding of His Word will deepen as we explore the unmatched glory of the kingdom of heaven in Jesus’ name.

Previously, we learned that even the least in the kingdom is greater than John the Baptist, because unlike him, the least in the Kingdom don’t just behold Jesus, we carry Him within us. In this edition, we will focus on the glory or divine worth that a candidate for the kingdom of heaven possesses.

To begin with, let me emphasize that if you are born again by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are not just saved, you are a citizen of the Kingdom of heaven. Unfortunately, many people fail to grasp the value that heaven places on them. As a matter of fact, you must understand that your worth is not measured by worldly achievements, but by Christ in you.

For example, John, though not a citizen of the kingdom, was esteemed above kings like Solomon and David. Yet Scripture says you are greater than John. Why, then, do you diminish your identity by longing for the mantles of Elijah or Moses? They were mighty men, but you carry the fullness of what they only glimpsed.

Friends, kindly read the main text for this edition, and you will observe that God has reserved something better for you. In fact, I can confirm to you that without us, the heroes of old cannot be made perfect. We are the “finished work” generation. Their stories can only be complete through our story.

So, I ask: Are you born again? Have you received Christ? If so, it is time to walk in your true identity. Stop comparing yourself with unbelievers or measuring value by earthly standards. Jesus in you is your glory. He defines your significance before God, not fame, not riches, not applause. Accept Him, live for Him, and walk boldly in the glory of the kingdom.

Thank you for joining this study. See you in the next edition.

    Shalom,

  • START YOUR MARRIAGE IN A ONE ROOM APARTMENT

If that is all you have.

All you need is a good bed, two chairs, one table, cooking utensils and a cooker!

Then work like a horse! Save like an elephant and invest in a business you understand and have passion for! Grow it and invest on other businesses!

Don't sleep on that bed beyond 5:00am max!

You have work to do or you will live in that one bedroom for life!

Ensure you marry a lady with financial sense! Every kobo that passes through her hands must be accounted for! Wastage is not allowed!

As she earns, she budgets, saves, buys food in bulk, cut off unnecessary expenses and avoid debt like plague!

Marry a business lady who knows how to buy, sell and make profit! Marry the one who knows how to turn 5k to 10k, to 20k and up it goes. Do not marry one who earns 50k and blasts it before the month is over!

START YOUR MARRIAGE IN A ONE ROOM APARTMENT If that is all you have. You can delay child bearing for a year or two till you have enough money to move into a bigger apartment! This post is not for everybody! • Ikaki Akwa: The Drum That Opened The Skies .

…as told by the ancient griot of the creeks to the young griot in his dream.

Listen- Not all drums beat for dance. Some call back the soul of the land.

Before Oil explorers lit their towers, before flares kissed our stars, there was a time when the gods walked in the winds and the waters still whispered secrets. It was in this time that the people of Isoma-bou-a town cupped gently by mangroves-faced a silence they had never known

    The Silence of the Sky.
For seven moons, the rain refused to fall.
    The yam mounds cracked.
The fish vanished into deep holes.
    Children coughed dry tears.
    Even the moon looked thirsty.
The town folks tried all they could, burnt sweet smelling grass, sang ancestral songs, even offered the biggest ram to the god of the storm.
But the sky remained sealed like a gourd with no mouth.
On the outskirts of Isoma- bou , on the fringes of a sacred wilderness lived Oru-yai. He was the oldest man alive in the town. No one could tell his story with certainty anymore as he was older than second oldest person- a woman named Minjita by a whole generation.
From the little accounts passed down, he was once a warrior drummer, whose rhythm stirred crocodiles from the riverbed and made maidens dance until dawn. But Oru-yai no longer drummed. His hands, once thunderous, now trembled with grief.
    Why?
Because a long time ago, his only son,Abadibo, was taken by the Bumo-Seki , a crocodile known as the terror of the Ogulagha lake . The boy had gone fishing during the Harmattan.
Oru -yai never drummed again after his son died . He buried not just his son but also the sound and rhythm of his soul.

But one night, after the seventh moon of drought, Oru- yai woke from a dream.
In the dream,he saw his long dead son , smiling, standing in the rain.
“Dau! Adabe! the boy said, “Call the rain back. The land is dying.”

He awoke with tears on his cheeks and salt on his tongue. He could not refuse his son’s plea.
He stood up, barefoot, and made his way to the shrine at the back of his compound. It was overgrown with long grasses, sorrow and silence. There, behind old raffia curtains and the dust of forgotten supplications , he pulled out Ikaki, the drum of his ancestral lineage. Its turtle skin still glistened faintly, as though it had not forgotten its voice.
While it was still dark and the town slept,he climbed the sacred stone of his ancestors where they once held court with the guardian spirits of the lineage.
Oru- yai carressed the drum like a long lost lover. He drummed. But not like before.
This time, he didn’t just play rhythms. He wept through the ancient drum. He beat sorrow into the stars.
He struck memories into the dry earth.
    He wailed without words.
The townsfolk stirred from their slumber, they began to move one after the other towards the house from where the rythm echoed . They gathered, eyes wide, hearts pleading and trembling. They watched in silence. They hopped.
    Suddenly!
A huge cloud wizzed past. Then another.
The wind shifted. The trees shivered, swayed and bowed.
And from the deep belly of the sky came a rumble…

The Rain Returned. Everyone except Oru- yai ran into their homes for shelter.
The rain fell with rage and mercy at the same time.
It soaked the ancestors’ graves. It kissed the lips of the thirsty. It filled the empty gourds and created rivulets.
It danced on rooftops and burst open the dry seed pods.
When the rain subsided, the villagers began to make their way back to Oru-yai’s house to thank him. He was gone.
Only Ikaki-Akwa remained, sitting on the sacred stone. No footprints. No farewell.
The wise one of the town said he followed the rivulets into the lake to join his son in the realm where water nurtures and holds all.

He spoke to the worried crowd and asked them to go home and make sacrifices in their individual ancestral lineage altars to Ogina , the god of the sky. Before they dispersed , he taught everyone a three part proverb.
From that day, it became mandatory to teach every child born to Isoma-bou parents the proverb:
“He who drums with truth in his grief can speak to the sky.”
“And the gods will stir up , if one’s grief and plea is honest.”
“Some drums sound louder than thunder because they echoe from the soul.

    Reflection:
Your town or village is your Isoma-bou.
There are many Oru-yai among us-people who carry wisdom wrapped in wounds.
Do not wait for drought to seek their voice. And never mock the silence of a grieving kin. He or she may hold the rain your harvest needs.
Remember, some drums sound louder than thunder because they echo from the soul.

Topic: The Glory of the Kingdom of Heaven (3)

_Main Text: Hebrews 11:39 - “And all these, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise.”_

Brethren, welcome to the third edition of this enriching series. May the Lord grant you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. Amen.

In our last edition, we reflected on the life of John the Baptist, whom Jesus described as the greatest among those born of women. This statement is striking, especially when viewed through the lens of human standards, where greatness is often measured by outward accomplishments such as miracles, wealth, or status. We concluded that in the Kingdom of Heaven, greatness is not defined by results, influence, or earthly success. In this edition, we will go deeper into why John held such a high rank in the eyes of Jesus.

Friends, to fully grasp the context of this revelation, I encourage you to read Hebrews 11 in its entirety. This chapter, often referred to as the “Hall of Faith,” lists many of the patriarchs; men and women who demonstrated unwavering faith. Yet, verse 39 gives us a deeper insight, stating that “All these, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise.” For purposes of clarity, permit me to tell you that this “promise” that they did not receive was not material wealth, earthly possessions, or even answered personal prayers. Rather, it was something far more profound: the hope of the coming Messiah, Jesus Christ, the King and His Kingdom.

Child of God, you must understand that while John the Baptist had intimacy with the King, these patriarchs saw Him from a distance. They prophesied of Him, longed for Him, and shaped their lives around the promise of His coming. They embraced shadows, types, and figures like Moses lifting the brazen serpent without ever beholding the reality in their time, and Isaiah, prophesying of Him as He whom the government will be on His shoulder, but never experienced Him. But then came John the Baptist, and unlike the patriarchs, John did not merely hope for the promise; he witnessed it. He beheld the Lamb of God with his own eyes, introduced Him to his generation, and had the sacred honor of baptizing Him.

Given the above insights, I can confirm to you, as inspired by the Holy Spirit, that in the Kingdom of Heaven, your greatness is measured by how clearly Jesus is revealed to you and how faithfully you reveal Him to others. For instance, John may not have worked miracles. He had no personal wealth, no church building, and no worldwide platform. Yet he carried the deepest revelation of Jesus in his time. That intimate knowledge and personal encounter with Christ was the reason Jesus esteemed him so highly. In contrast, many persons in this generation boast of signs and wonders, large congregations, and impressive ministries, yet lack true intimacy with the King. Simply put, proximity to Jesus outweighs performance for Jesus.

Beloved, how much of Jesus do you truly know? Beyond your public ministry, your social media followers, or your spiritual gifts, how much of Christ has been formed in you? How much of Him do you carry and reveal to your generation? Don’t forget, John’s life teaches us that true Kingdom greatness flows from a heart that knows, beholds, and reveals Jesus.

Thank you for studying this edition with me. In our next edition, we will explore the profound mystery of how the least in the Kingdom of Heaven is greater than John the Baptist. You won’t want to miss it.

    Shalom,
