  • Police Inspector Slumps and D,ie,s After Watching Arsenal Thrash Real Madrid

A di,ehard fan of Arsenal football club who happened to be an Inspector of Police in Nigeria, Stephen Enang has slumped and d!ed shortly after watching Arsenal defeat Spanish giants, Real Madrid 3-0 on Tuesday, April 8.

According reports, the de,cea, sed, who is attached to the Akim Police Division along IBB Way, Calabar, was watching the match when he suddenly slumped.

An eyewitness said, “We were watching the match at a viewing centre on Abang-Asang Street. He was in great spirits—healthy, happy, cheering every goal. Arsenal scored the first, second, and third goals, and he was overjoyed.

He jumped up in excitement multiple times. But after the final whistle, when everyone started leaving, we noticed Stephen wasn’t getting up like the rest of us. That’s when we realized something was wrong.”

Enang had slumped in his seat and was unresponsive. He was immediately rushed to the Police Hospital in Akim, where medical personnel made frantic efforts to revive him, but he was pronounced de,a,d.

  • ADVICE TO ALL MARRIED MEN...

    1. If you value your health and you want to live long and have a happy home, let your wife always win an argument. Trust me, it's the shortcut I know to peace of mind! Where there is no wood (fuel), the fire goes out!

    2. Stop trying to figure out your wife or understand why she does what she does. It's a waste of precious time. Remember that you (Adam) were put to sleep while she (Eve) was being produced? How can you try to understand an equipment that wasn't assembled in your presence?

    3. Marriage is about ACCEPTANCE, not tolerance. Make your marriage relationship-driven, not performance-driven. She was NOT created in your image. Stop projecting YOU into her. Show her the need for change through leadership, not coercion.

    4. While a man is rational, the woman is emotional. One (the man) processes via his head, the other processes things through her heart (emotions). One thinks things through, the other feels her way through things. Facts drive you. Intuition drives her. What she can't FEEL, she doesn't SEE!

    5. When sex becomes a weapon, a duty or an entitlement, it loses its very essence,
LOVE-MAKING. It simply becomes another chore like dish-washing which nobody looks forward to doing! Play with her. Flirt with her. Serenade her. Hug. Cuddle. Hold hands. Surprise her. Blow gently into her ears while she is cooking or while you are watching a movie together. Be spontaneous. Being a king-kong overlord in "ze oza room" and puffing and panting like a worn-out locomotive while she wonders what just happened can only lead to frustration. Remember, it is never about the size of the weapon but the fury of the attack! (Decode that!)

    6. Go out often. Make regular, unscheduled date nights. Take a bath together. Make room for movie nights together either at home or at the cinema.

    7. Remember that ONLY THE TWO OF YOU started the journey together and when the children have jumped the nest, only the two of you will remain. So, keep the bond ALL THE WAY and never drop the ball

    8. Impregnate her with VISION. Allow her to dream too. Every woman loves a man working towards a future in which she can feature. Remember, woman simply means "womb man". She always wants something to incubate and nourish. You give her a seed, she incubates it and turns it to a baby for you

    9. She is your wife, a companion and confidant, not a washing machine, cook or slave. You can't wear her out with chores all day and expect to 'ride' a functional "bicycle" all night! Impossible! Partners help partners by giving a helping hand where needed, even without being told.

    10. Love is not 50/50. It is 100%. God didn't say to love your wife when she is submissive. It simply says love her as Christ loved the church and gave himself for her.

    11. Be PRESENT. Don't be at home married to your computer, football game or your phone for that matter. Listen when she wants to talk. Even when you don't know what to contribute to the discourse, you will soon discover that all she wanted was for you to listen. Your opinion may not even count!

  • Victor Osimhen is truly blessed with grace upon him. His club, Galatasaray, has honored the Nigerian footballer by offering him an estate as a mark of appreciation. This gesture serves as great encouragement for Osimhen. The estate includes all necessary facilities, including a private training field for his personal sessions. Congratulations to him on this remarkable achievement!

  • "So, there's this neighbor of mine, a single mom of a little boy of 4 years. She moved in about 2 months ago when our former tenant moved out.

A very tall, slim, brown-skinned girl, very beautiful. But Most times, I sit & wonder why I haven't seen her with a man since she moved in, which has made me conclude that she's single. Which is exactly the problem I'm having with this lady - I see her more like a threat to my loving marriage.

I'm a housewife & currently a breastfeeding mother. My husband & i been married for 9 yrs now. We have 4 beautiful daughters, aged 8, 6, 4, and 6 months old. Even though my husband loves his girls so much, but deep down, I feel like he wants a son & regrets having only girls. Coz most often, I see the way he plays with our neighbor's 4-year-old son, & honestly it annoys me.

I've never seen my husband so happy & excited when playing with our daughters, especially the way he looks when playing football in the compound with the little boy. My husband also started a new habit of buying gifts alongside the boy's when buying for my daughters. At times, he'll even carry the boy along with my daughters to drop them off for school on his way to work.

I feel like there's more to it than us just being neighbors. Come to think of it, why would a woman of about 30 with a good job still be single? I got married at just 23, but at her age, she's already too old for marriage, yet she's still single, doing nothing about it, & worse, not even seeming worried. Is this normal!?

This makes me feel like there's something going on between her & my man, though I haven't caught them yet. But I feel uncomfortable with her presence in the compound. All these have made me generate so much hatred for her 4-year-old son.

Can you imagine, she wanted to get a driver for her son since she's often busy at work, but my husband refused & asked her not to bother. He offered to help her always pick up the boy together with our children from school since they attend the same school, coincidentally, it's also the time he closes from work.

Most times, the boy has to stay at my place while waiting for her mom to return, as she always does about an hour after my husband brings them home. So each time, I give my children food, when they return from school. I sit back & watch how the boy is swallowing saliva looking hungry & watching them eat. I always warn my kids not to share anything with him. And any of them who tries it always gets flogged, so now they're used to it & have learned not to share anything with the little boy.

The other day, my husband noticed the boy hadn't eaten & asked me why I hadn't given him food. I told him I didn't have enough food to fit an extra mouth, & he got angry, took the boy out, & bought him food. We even had issues over the matter, & my own husband started giving me the silent treatment for almost 2 days because of the same little boy. Even though I apologized, it also made me develop even more hatred for the boy. Because he has started causing problems in my marriage already barley 2 months in the compound.

Now, even when I give him food, I make sure that I mix it with my 6-month-old daughter's pøøp & watch him eat. This is the only way that I feel relieved & calm when he's eating food that I've sweated in the kitchen to prepare. All 3 of our other tenants are married, except for the single mom who moved in only with her 4-year-old son. I'm disturbed, & I'm no longer happy in my home. Any woman in my shoes will feel the same way..

For the past 9 years since we got married, my husband has been a sweet, loving, & gentle man. He takes good care of me & my family & even sponsors 3 of my siblings to school. i just can't afford to loose him. Honestly, i never knew a time would come when I'll be feeling this worried over the stability of my marriage"
