PROPERTY WAHALA: 3 CHILDREN VS THEIR MOTHER
Today at Ikeja High Court I witnessed the court give judgment in a case between a mother and her 3 biological children.

Their father/husband died leaving a large estate. In his Will, he made their mother & another, executors of the Will. The man died about 12 years ago.

Since then, the old woman has been managing the estate as an executor. One of the lawyers in the case told me she pays each of the 3 children 1 million Naira monthly from what she realises from the estate. Yet her children dragged her to court . These her children all live abroad o! And are all highly educated.

They were telling the court to ask their 73 year old mother to render accounts. They are also alleging that she is senile and can't manage the estate, so the court should remove her as an executor of their father's estate. The court was able to determine that the woman is of sound mind. All allegations of mental incapacity were not true.

Imagine the extent a woman's biological children went to discredit their mom's mental capacity because of greed and property they didn't work for. It is also wrong that their mom does not render account of how she manages the estate.

Anyways, the court ordered their mom to render account of the estate since she started managing it in 2013. Also, it made one of the children an executor who will now join their mother in running things. The court did not grant their wish of removing their mom as an executor.

Shey Una dey see wetin property dey cause? Leaving wealth and property behind can also be a curse. See how this small nuclear family is being torn apart. Make Una enjoy Una money now when Una dey alive.

  • I was jogging this morning, and I noticed a person about half a kilometre ahead. I could tell he was running a little slower than me, and I thought, good, I shall try to catch him. I had about a kilometre I needed to turn off. So, I started running faster and faster. Every block, I was gaining on him just a little bit. After just a few minutes, I was only about 100m behind him, so I really picked up the pace and pushed myself. You would have thought I was running in the last leg of an Olympic competition. I was determined to catch him. Finally, I did it! I caught and passed him. On the inside, I felt so good. "I beat him." Of course, he didn't even know we were racing. After I passed him, I realised I had been so focused on competing against him that I had missed my turn. I had gone nearly six blocks past my turn, and I had to turn and go back.

Isn't that what happens in life when we focus on competing with co-workers, neighbours, friends, family, trying to outdo them, or trying to prove that we are more successful or more important? We spend our time and energy running after them, and we miss out on our own paths to our God-given destinies. The problem with unhealthy competition is that it's a never-ending cycle. There will always be somebody ahead of you, someone with a better job, nicer car, more money in the bank, more education, a prettier wife, a more handsome husband, better behaved children, etc. But realize that "You can be the best that you can be, you are not competing with anyone."

Some people are insecure because they pay too much attention to what others are, where others are going, wearing and driving. Take what God has given you, the height, weight, and personality. Dress well and wear it proudly. You'll be blessed by it. Stay focused and live a healthy life. There is no competition in Destiny. Run your own race and wish others well.

#2025, I am running my own race. I am not competing with you, folks.

    HAVE A BLESSED WEEK AHEAD.

  • *What does a SIDE CHICK do better than a WIFE???*

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING a SIDE CHICK does better than a WIFE. Your SIDE CHICK is just better because you haven't put her through what you have put your WIFE through, try it and you might even run away from the country for her.
How can your WIFE be as PERFECT as your SIDE CHICK when you have IMPREGNATED her 5times, sent her to LABOR 5times, ANTENATAL, POST NATAL, BREASTFEEDING for many years, CHILD CARE and UPBRINGING till each baby turns 20. Also SCHOOL RUNS every MORNING and EVENING, COOKS FOOD for the FAMILY, you will also DISTURB her at NIGHT like a MOSQUITO, she will be in the HOSPITAL for many days looking after you KIDS when they got SICK, HOUSE CHORES and GROCERIES still to be done by her. Furthermore, you the HUSBAND have caused her many CUTS down on her VAGINA, CUTS as a result of CS, what about SAGGED BREASTS from YOU SUCKING and your CHILDREN SUCKING, STOMACH STRETCH MARKS, PIMPLES and BIG NOSE you caused her during PREGNANCY. What about VOMITING, LOSS OF APPETITE, some men have totally withdraw their WIVES from SOCIETY because of their African beliefs yet you don't want to VALUE and RESPECT your WIFE, but only what you remember is that she is not ROMANTIC but your SIDE CHICK or SIDE HEN is... DEAR HUSBANDS, put that your SIDE CHICK or SIDE HEN to this LIFE THREATENING ADVENTURE and see if she can cope. Please learn to appreciate your WIFE, LIFE isn't all about S€X and ROMANCE, whereas you won't be horny forever. Remember how she was before you married her and remember that you are the CAUSE of her WOES. Truth is if you know what your wife is going through, you will go back to her FATHER with a BOTTLE of WINE and add EXTRA MONEY to her BRIDE PRICE. It isn't easy being a WIFE and MOTHER at the same time, is a FULL TIME JOB.

Some MEN will ask, what does a WIFE bring to the TABLE??? She literally BRINGS her LIFE.

    RESPECT your WIFE..

    CLASS DISMISSED..

  • AVOIDING UNNECESSARY PRESSURE

    1. Put your kids in
    schools you can afford
    because expensive
    schools don't
    guarantee good
    results. Just ensure
    they attend a good
    affordable school

    2. Rent apartments you
    can pay for
    conveniently. Don’t live
    in a house you struggle
    to pay yearly.

    3. Let’s plan our lives and
    live within our means.
    Save more and spend
    less.

    4. Some women buy food
    for their children every
    morning before going
    to school or even for
    the whole family, do
    you know it’s cheaper
    to cook at home?

    5. Some people don’t
    earn much, but have
    DSTV at home, go for
    GOTV and upgrade
    when your income
    upgrades. It’s still the
    same CNN anyway!

    6. Eat healthy meals and
    protect your family
    from mosquitoes to
    avoid going to the
    hospital always.

    7. Take advantage of
    food and fruits in
    season, its cheaper
    and you can be
    creative to create
    amazing meals.

    8.Don’t copy your
    neighbor’s lifestyle,
    she earns well and her
    husband is a ‘big
    man’

    9. Don’t follow trends,
    wear clean well-
    ironed clothes and
    keep your hair neat.
    You would still look
    good.

    10. Keep your circle
    small, keep only
    friends that have
    senses!

    11. Above all things, have
    the fear of God, have
    integrity, don’t be lazy
    and be prayerful.

    12. Planning is the key, if
    you fail to plan, you
    PS:Ifplan to FAIL.

    13. Don't do more than
    your budget this
    Time, there is no
    award given to best
    family that wore an
    expensive cloth for
    the year

    14.Don't be in
    competition with
    anyone...
    The purpose of shoes
    and clothes are to
    make us smart and
    good.

  • Meet Emmanuel Macron, the 47 year old President of France and his 72 year old wife, Bridget who he married in 2007.

Macron's first stepson is 52 years and the 2nd is 50 years and the third born is 48 years old. This makes Macron the youngest member of his family which he is the father.
The two met in 1993 at Providence high school where the 40 year old Bridget was a teacher and 15 year old Macron was a student and a classmate of her daughter.

The Macron's parents originally thought he was seeing Brigit’s daughter, but they were wrong. They were astonished and embarrassed to find out their son had feelings for the teacher and they immediately sent to boarding school.
The two kept in touch over the years, but Brigit was married at the time and had three children who were all older than Emmanuel Macron.

Brigit, who is 25 years older than Emmanuel, was already married for over three years before he was born in December 1977.
All of Briggit children went on to be successful in their own careers, becoming a cardiologist, lawyer and a statistical engineer. When Brigit started her relationship with Emmanuel, she knew that it would hurt her children, but after putting it off for a decade, she also realized she had to do what would make her happy.
Emmanuel and Brigitte tied the knot in 2007, a year afer she divorced her ex-husband, who later died in 2019.

Note: Emmanuel Macron has no child of his own with her or any other woman.

  • Evang. Mike Bamiloye drums support for Gaise Baba X Lawrence Oyor's NO TURNING BACK song amid criticism spreading like ωildfiяe.

Never Going Back – A Soundtrack for This Generation

So Never Going Back by Gaise Baba and Lawrence Oyor, hit the internet and it went viral, young people love it, but recently, I have been seeing videos of a pastor and some Christians criticizing the song and I can’t stop thinking about the message of the song and the reactions it has sparked amongst us christians .

Here’s the thing: teenagers and young adults today are some of the most difficult people to reach with the gospel. Why? Because they’re constantly being influenced by friends, social media, entertainment, and everything in between. In a world that glamorizes drugs, promiscuity, money-worship, and “love” that fades faster than a Snapchat story, we finally get a song that boldly centers Jesus and personal transformation, that our youths are vibing too and some of us are criticizing it? What is wrong with us?

    Let’s take a step back.

The lyrics say: "Ife Jesu lo wa mi ri, to gbami ku o"—“The love of Jesus sought me, found me, and died for me.” That’s the gospel, in Yoruba rhythm and sound! Yet all some people can talk about is Gaise’s hair color, his blinks, the headband on Lawrence’s head and the dance steps in the song. Really?

Someone said, “I go narrow, dem think say I no know road o.” Isn’t that what the Bible teaches? Narrow is the path that leads to life. Didn’t Jesus say He came for the sick, the lost, the sinners? Will every gospel singer be Dunsin and Nathaniel?

Instead of focusing on the outward appearance of the ministers, what if we focused our hearts on praying that:

Out of 4 million streams, at least 400,000 youths would genuinely surrender to Jesus.

Another 400,000 who are still searching would encounter the Holy Spirit and find salvation.

The rest would be stirred to rededicate their lives and stay rooted in Christ.

    Wouldn’t that be worth celebrating?

Here’s the truth: whether we like it or not, someone is influencing your children, your teenagers, and your youth group. If they’re not listening to something like Never Going Back, they’ll be listening to something else and let’s be honest, a lot of what’s out there isn’t helping them know Jesus.

When we publicly condemn songs like this, directly or subtly, we shut the door to one of the few tools actually speaking the language of the street with the heart of the cross.

I’m not a pastor, but I know this: Jesus came and died for sinners. None of us regardless of titles, appearances, or backgrounds is better than another, we’ve all simply found favor of God and are trying to live a life that pleases our Heavenly Father.

So rather than criticize, let’s pray. Let’s encourage. Let’s support gospel expressions that speak to this generation in their own rhythm.

Haba!! some of us are still “saving the ark” and we are not even aware of it. May God help us all.
