but the world doesn't stop moving. new chances will always appear, new people will enter your life, and new doors will open. and yes, waiting is hard. not knowing what comes next is scary. It can feel lonely, it can feel like nothing good will ever come again. But remind yourself that another train is on its way. Maybe it will take you to a better place, a better person. Maybe it will be more comfortable. maybe it will come at a time when you are truly ready.
So don't look back. don't run after what is already gone. let it go with peace. because the right train will come. and when it does, you will be ready to step on board, knowing that this time, it was meant for you.

People are the main cause of our mental weakness. The world has taught us through movies that we need to make people feel a certain way and people need to make us feel a certain way. It has done nothing but filled us up with never ending expectations. It has made us crave for other people's attention. It has made us mentally suffer with unmet expectations. You need to realise that only you and your habits can fulfil your expectations. Get out of the mud of expectations from the external world, it is a waste of your time and mental energy.
