When a train leaves you, you don't chase after it, you patiently wait for the next one.
This isn't about the train. Life doesn't always go the way you planned. Things change, people leave, opportunities pass, and moments slip away. It can feel like everything is lost, like your only chance just left the station and you weren't on it. You might feel like you need to run after it, to chase what's already gone. but the truth is, not everything that leaves is meant to stay.
Not every door that closes was the right one for you. Sometimes, the trains we miss are the ones that were never meant to take us where we truly belong. They were only meant to pass through, to teach us something, to make us stronger.
but the world doesn't stop moving. new chances will always appear, new people will enter your life, and new doors will open. and yes, waiting is hard. not knowing what comes next is scary. It can feel lonely, it can feel like nothing good will ever come again. But remind yourself that another train is on its way. Maybe it will take you to a better place, a better person. Maybe it will be more comfortable. maybe it will come at a time when you are truly ready.
So don't look back. don't run after what is already gone. let it go with peace. because the right train will come. and when it does, you will be ready to step on board, knowing that this time, it was meant for you.

Don't Be Mentally Weak
People are the main cause of our mental weakness. The world has taught us through movies that we need to make people feel a certain way and people need to make us feel a certain way. It has done nothing but filled us up with never ending expectations. It has made us crave for other people's attention. It has made us mentally suffer with unmet expectations. You need to realise that only you and your habits can fulfil your expectations. Get out of the mud of expectations from the external world, it is a waste of your time and mental energy. Love them unconditionally but expect only from yourself. Mentally strong people only have expectations from themselves living a peaceful life.

There is nothing as discouraging as not getting appraisal or encouragement for your efforts to make something right.
When you devote yourself to proffer solutions to certain problems or difficulties faced by people around you but get little or no recognition from it.
Believe me, it is heartbreaking. I have been there too.
This can make you give up on your dreams.
It can make you shut the windows of your inspiration.
It can terminate your vision.
It can enslave you to low self-esteem and doubt.
That which you can do will seem strange to you and becomes difficult to do.
I understand.
Your experiences so far have made you quit that which you do.
