*THE RESTORER'S DAILY GUIDE*
DATE: TUESDAY 3RD JUNE 2025
THEME: *REWRITE YOUR OWN STORY*
MEMORISE
1 Chronicles 4:10
And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
READ
Psalms 34:1-6
I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.
I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
*All things are possible with God.*
MESSAGE
Everyone has a story of how situations and circumstances have affected their lives. But we all can rewrite our own stories. It doesn't have to end up the way it started.
We don't have to allow negative circumstances to determine our fate.
*You can either choose to become a product of your pain or to make a gain from your pain*
Those who allowed themselves to become products of their pains, end up as bitter people who bleed on those who were never part of their pains.
A wise man once said; "Most people do not loose their lives all at once, they lose it gradually to defeats, disappointment, failures, bad times, etc; one day at a time by allowing unpleasant situations and circumstances define and dictate their lives. One bad day turns into two, two days turn into a story. If you do not confront your bad day, the day will construct a version of you that is smaller than your potential and original destiny from God."
A bad day is a visitor not a resident, you are supposed to be in charge of your life and you determine who stays not the bad issue.
Neuroscience has shown that the human brain wires itself on repetition. If you allow one bad moment to linger beyond the moment, your brain will adjust to it and begins to expect its repetition and continuity.
Gradually your brain becomes loyal to your lowest moments, and if unchecked and unhindered, it becomes your biography, unless you disrupt the pattern and create a new one.
So, interrupt the negative spiral, stop the lifespan of the negative situation.
Never allow a bad day become your life.
You can change the rhythm of your life. You can change your story.
The power is in your mind and in your mouth. Choose what stays in your mind and heart and make your mouth confess only what is in alignment with God's word and purpose for your life. (Philipians 4:8)
Jabez, in today's memory verse, decided to rewrite his own story, and that is why we are yet reading his story today.
In today's text, the writer also had a testimony of a changed life. He sought God and was heard. Some looked up to Him, and their faces were changed, and they knew no shame.
You, too, can rewrite your story today by taking some vital steps of faith in prayer and supplication with fasting.
God is faithful and will turn around your situation for good.
All things are possible with God, give Him a chance in your life today, and you will smile again in Jesus' name.
Shalom, maranatha!
ACTION STEPS
1. Surrender your life to Jesus Christ today and be saved.
2. Take a day off to seek God's face with fasting over that issue.
3. Pray until something happens for good.
PRAYERS
Dear heavenly Father, Thank you for today's devotional guide. Oh God of restoration, visit the root of every issue of frustration in my life and make me free in Jesus' name.
REMEMBER
*All things are possible with God.*

HYMN
Blessed assurance — Jesus is mine !
Oh, what a foretaste of glory divine !
Heir of salvation, purchase of God ;
Born of His Spirit washed in His blood.
This is my story, this is my song,
Praising my Saviour all the day long ;
This is my story, this is my song,
Praising my Saviour all the day long.
2
Perfect submission, perfect delight,
Visions of rapture burst on my sight ;
Angels descending, bring from above
Echoes of mercy, whispers of love.
3
Perfect submission, all is at rest,
I in my Saviour am happy and blest ;
Watching and waiting, looking above,
Filled with His goodness, lost in His love.

PROPERTY WAHALA: 3 CHILDREN VS THEIR MOTHER
Today at Ikeja High Court I witnessed the court give judgment in a case between a mother and her 3 biological children.
Their father/husband died leaving a large estate. In his Will, he made their mother & another, executors of the Will. The man died about 12 years ago.
Since then, the old woman has been managing the estate as an executor. One of the lawyers in the case told me she pays each of the 3 children 1 million Naira monthly from what she realises from the estate. Yet her children dragged her to court . These her children all live abroad o! And are all highly educated.
They were telling the court to ask their 73 year old mother to render accounts. They are also alleging that she is senile and can't manage the estate, so the court should remove her as an executor of their father's estate. The court was able to determine that the woman is of sound mind. All allegations of mental incapacity were not true.
Imagine the extent a woman's biological children went to discredit their mom's mental capacity because of greed and property they didn't work for. It is also wrong that their mom does not render account of how she manages the estate.
Anyways, the court ordered their mom to render account of the estate since she started managing it in 2013. Also, it made one of the children an executor who will now join their mother in running things. The court did not grant their wish of removing their mom as an executor.
Shey Una dey see wetin property dey cause? Leaving wealth and property behind can also be a curse. See how this small nuclear family is being torn apart. Make Una enjoy Una money now when Una dey alive.*FOR THOSE OF US MINISTERS OF GOD WHO TOTALLY LIVE GOD'S WORK TO PURSUE MONEY, ESPECIALLY THE EVANGELISTS, MAY YOU REPENT SO THAT YOUR WEALTH NOT BE A CURSE TO YOUR CHILDREN, IN THE NAME OF JESUS, AMEN.*. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 PROPERTY WAHALA: 3 CHILDREN VS THEIR MOTHER Today at Ikeja High Court I witnessed the court give judgment in a case between a mother and her 3 biological children.🤨 Their father/husband died leaving a large estate. “Hey, how are you?” the eraser asked the pencil kindly.
“I’m not your friend,” the pencil snapped. “I hate you.”
Surprised and hurt, the eraser asked, “Why?”
“Because you erase everything I write.”
“I only remove the mistakes,” the eraser replied gently.
“That doesn’t make it right,” said the pencil.
“But that’s what I’m here for. It’s my purpose.”
“Then your job is meaningless,” grumbled the pencil. “Writing is more important than erasing.”
“To erase the wrong is just as important as writing the right,” the eraser said.
The pencil paused, then quietly said, “But I see you getting smaller each day…”
“That’s because I give a little bit of myself every time I help correct a mistake.”
“I feel smaller too,” the pencil admitted.
“We can’t do good for others unless we’re willing to sacrifice something,” the eraser smiled.
Then she looked at him and softly asked, “Do you still hate me?”
The pencil smiled back:
“How could I hate someone who gives so much of themselves?”
Each day we wake up with one day less.
If you can’t be the pencil that creates joy for others, be the eraser that wipes away their pain, planting hope and reminding them:

Listen up, Men! Never Joke with Your Source of Income—Get Money at All Costs
Let me tell you this personally: If you don’t have your money right, you’re going to suffer. The world is brutal to broke men. You don’t get sympathy, handouts, or free passes. You’re not a woman who gets free stuff just by existing.
Women are born with their value. A beautiful woman can walk into any room and instantly get attention, validation, and resources. But as a man, you have to EARN your value.
Here’s Why You Must Never Joke with Your Source of Income:
1. Respect Comes from Power, and Power Comes from Money
A broke man has no power, no authority, and no say. If you want people to respect your presence, you need money.
2. Nobody Feeds a Broke Man
If you’re down and out, nobody’s coming to save you. There are no safety nets, no sympathy, and no handouts. You’re either grinding or you’re invisible.
3. You Can’t Protect or Provide Without Resources
As a man, your value is tied to your ability to provide, protect, and lead. Without money, you’re a liability, not an asset.
4. Financial Independence Is True Freedom
Without your own income, you are a slave to your job, your boss, and even the opinions of others. Money gives you choices, freedom, and control over your own destiny.
5. Broke Men Are Easy Targets for Manipulation
A man with no money is an easy mark for manipulation. People use, discard, and disrespect broke men because they know they have no leverage.
6. Women Lose Interest Quickly in Broke Men
No matter how nice or loving you are, if you’re broke, she’s going to lose interest. Women are wired to seek security and stability—if you can’t provide that, you’re done.
7. You Have No Voice Without Resources
In this world, money talks. You can’t make moves, take risks, or have influence if you’re broke.
8. Survival Demands It
There’s no dignity in poverty. You must get money at all costs because your survival, your dignity, and your future depend on it.
Final Warning
Don’t let anyone distract you from your grind. Don’t let relationships, drama, or laziness stop you from getting your money right. Chase the bag, secure your income, and build your empire.
A man without money is a man without options. Make sure you always have options. #motivation #preciousandfamily #Marriage #follower #RelationshipListen up, Men! A young lad asked his fisherman father,
"Papa, is it okay to tell people about my goals and dreams in life?"
The fisherman was silent for a moment, then asked,
"Why do you want to know that?"
The young lad answered,
"Well, papa, I have many big dreams, really big! I want to be of impact in all areas of life, to my generation and all aspects of life. However, I don't know if I should or shouldn't tell people about these dreams I have."
The fisherman smiled, then said,
"You know what... let's go catch some fish in the river. And then, we will continue this conversation, okay?"
At that moment, the fisherman and his son took their fishing equipment and went fishing. At the river, they put a piece of bait on the hook and casted the fishing rod into the river to catch a fish.
A few hours later, they had already caught a lot of fish and their basket was almost filled. The fisherman then stopped, pointed at the basket, and said to his son,
"Take a look at all these fish in the basket. They've been caught by the hook, and their fate is now different from that of those in the river. These fish have lost everything in their lives; their families, friends and home. Sadly, they will have to suffer and be killed in a gruesome way. Some will be fried, some baked, some berbecued, some grilled, some steamed, etc. Do you know why they have to go through much misfortune?"
The boy thought for a minute, then shook his head and said,
"I don't know, papa. Tell me."
The fisherman took a deep breath, and then whistled,
"Well, it is because they couldn't close their mouths. It is stated that a fish with a closed mouth never gets caught by the hook. It never falls a victim."
Upon saying that, the fisherman patted his son's shoulder, smiled and then continued,
"Son, this is what happens in real life. Many people have failed and lost everything they ever acquired in life because they opened their mouths too wide and told other people about their dreams and plans. A good reason to guard your senses and keep your mouth shut about upcoming projects is that most people do not want to see you succeed.
This is a piece of advice to save your plans from being sabotaged by people who envy you. You should never announce your dreams until they are close to completion. Many people will do everything in their power to send a dagger through your chest just to ensure you don't succeed. A closed mouth never gets into trouble.
Keep your big move a secret. Move in silence. Take action, and shock people with your results. ❤A young lad asked his fisherman father, "Papa, is it okay to tell people about my goals and dreams in life?" *JUST IN: NECO plans to conduct CBT-based exam for Nov-Dec SSCE*
The Registrar and Chief Executive, National Examination Council (NECO), Prof. Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, has said that the body is ready to conduct a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the November/December Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) for private students.
Wushishi, who stressed the need for an awareness campaign to get stakeholders on board the new approach to SSCE examinations, added that NECO had been carrying out the campaign in town hall meetings with stakeholders across the states on the need for CBT.
The Registrar, while speaking during the Education Writers’ Association of Nigeria (EWAN) dialogue series with the theme: “CBT for SSCE: Is Nigeria Ready?” held virtually, disclosed that there were more than 2,000 CBT centres across the country, aside from National Open University CBT centres in all the states and some local councils.
He added that NECO is also mapping out schools to match with available CBT centres so that they could determine the nearest distance to CBT centres or vice versa.
Director of Senior Secondary Education, Hajia Binta Abdulkadir, in her remark, said the examination bodies, which include the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), have all it takes to conduct CBT exams
She disclosed that a committee called Improvement of Public Examinations in Nigeria, headed by Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Prof. Is-haq Oloyede is working on such issues and will deliver the report soon.
Abdulkadir, who gave the assurance that examination bodies and the ministry would look inward to commence the new approach, however, stressed the need to punish the culprits sabotaging examinations in the country, noting that the government should resuscitate punitive laws on exam malpractices if they are dead.
However, participants at the meeting shared varying views.
A participant, Dr Adunola Osoba, suggested that CBT centres should be done in phases, saying: “It is achievable. Massive sensitisation should be done for stakeholders, especially the candidates.”
Another participant, AbdulRasheed Rabana, said Nigeria could not go CBT without her mode of examination conduct, saying: “Imagine if we conduct practical, oral examination, and essay examination? The only examination that is adaptable to CBT is our multiple-choice examination.”

18 Assassination Attempts on the life of Captain Ibrahim Traore, the President of Burkina Faso
The question is WHY DO THEY WANT HIM DEAD SO BADLY?
The colonial masters calculated very well by ensuring that Africans in their support, who were weak in heart and can be easily manipulated, were brought to power by all possible means.
Those African leaders lead their countries to the detriment of the interests of their people but always to the advantage of their former colonial masters.
Leaders that have the effrontery to confront the colonial powers were generally killed by their own people, but with the logistic support of foreign countries
Africans Must use every platform to protest against this narrative, lend your voice, lend your strength and say no to neo-colonialism and imperialism in Africa18 Assassination Attempts on the life of Captain Ibrahim Traore, the President of Burkina Faso The question is WHY DO THEY WANT HIM DEAD SO BADLY?
