All this are necessary to keep the company running as we expand, and to give you maximum profit as you push the business.

*What to do when she starts ignoring you all of a sudden:*
1.) Don’t be in her DM or on call with her asking, “Why are you ignoring me?” Never ask her why she’s doing what she’s doing. Don’t give a damn.
2.) If you see her, act like nothing happened. Show her that you don’t care about her ignoring you. Leave it at “Hellos & HIs.” With or without her, your life goes on.
3.) Go completely no contact. Don’t view her stories or status. Don’t like or comment on her posts. She ceases to exist in your world.
4.) Don’t block her or delete her number. You shouldn’t block her because it’s probably a sh!t test to see what type of man you are. Women ignore men to see if they’ll show weakness or strength.
5.) Develop the mindset that she’s gone. Don’t sit there counting the days and nights for when she’ll come back to you. Your mentality should be: “I don’t care if you come back or not.”
6.) Don’t welcome her with open arms if she comes back. Let her earn her spot all over again. If y’all used to see each other twice a week, now y’all should see each other once a week. Make her understand that she got replaced when she was out and about playing mind games.
