2. 0 In leadership, humility is more valuable than honour. It is a currency that guarantees acceptance, visibility and relevance.
3.0 If leaders are meant to be servants, then humility should be their default mode of operation. It is inappropriate, disrespectful and limiting for a servant to be proud in the presence of his/her master. As a leader, your followers are your masters and you must humbly serve them.
