    I got a distress call immediately after making my last post. One of our outsource staff fainted during work yesterday and was rushed to the hospital without my notice, i only got to know this morning.

    On reaching there this afternoon, her test result reads "STRESS". So sad. Placed on drip and injection.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality customer experience.
    - Train, schedule, and manage restaurant or bar staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
    - Address customer concerns, ensure excellent service, and handle complaints effectively.
    - Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste while controlling costs.
    - Ensure all food safety, health regulations, and company policies are followed.
    - Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and management to improve menu offerings and service efficiency.

    Requirements/Skills:

    - OND/HND/B.Sc
    - Proven 2-6 years experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role.
    - Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
    - Strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
