• NORMALIZE MAKING MONEY EVERYDAY

No matter how rich you are
    Everyday money dey sweet

It seems I slowed down on pushing my message of Daily Bank Alerts which means making money everyday.

Living a life where you get credit alerts everyday is a sweet financially stable life.

And I honestly wish that kind of life for everyone that I know.

Today, I thought to share some fundamentals that drive "The Everyday Money" life.

    1. Have a product that is capable of selling everyday (Wedding gown doesn't sell everyday)

    2. Learn some marketing skills. You must push traffic everyday in order to sell everyday. Even if it is updating your WhatsApp status, posting on social media, running ads and learning to be visible online.

    3. If you sell expensive items, consider allowing installment payments. Keep the item until fully paid. But just ensure to keep getting daily alerts.

    4. Dont spend all your life doing operations activities. Spend more time doing marketing activities.
Dear Tailor, stand up from that machine and take pictures and post on social media. The longer you sit on that machine without marketing, the broker you become.

    5. Create a good personal brand that sells your person and your product

    6. Love yourself deeply. Making money starts from self love. When you love yourself, you desire good for yourself and you go out and get the good.

    Let me stop here.

  • 7 THINGS KILLING YOUR PRAYER LIFE.

    1. Excessive eating: Eating more than necessary at night will only weaken your body.

    2. Sleep: You must train body to sleep less and stay awake. Sleep drain your strength to pray. The truth is, some sleep is an attack.

    3. Filthiness of the spirit and soul: Pornography, sex chat and impure thoughts are killers of prayer stamina. Your inner man would always be defeated by feeding your spirit man with filthy and erotic content.

    4. Bad atmosphere: Atmosphere you create and find yourself matter alot. If you're among prayer weaklings, gossip and carnal believers your prayer fire will die. Gossip and backbite would frustrate you.

    5. Poor feeding of your inner man. If your spirit man isn't well fed you can't be a prayer champion. You don't listen to sermons, you hardly study the word or Christian articles then your prayer life will be starved to death.

    6. Worry: No worrier becomes a prayer warrior. Kill your worry to give life to you prayer stamina.

    7. Distraction through watching TV, addiction to social media and boyfriend or girlfriend syndrome. Work on your prayer life.

  • IPOB Slams Sultan of Sokoto: You Ignore Killer Herdsmen but Fear Social Media for Exposing Them

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has strongly condemned the recent statement by the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, in which he described social media in Nigeria as a "terrorist organisation" and called for its criminalisation.

In a statement released by IPOB's Media and Publicity Secretary, Comrade Emma Powerful, the group labelled the Sultan’s remarks as absurd and a clear sign of fear among the northern elite, who are allegedly panicking over the continued exposure of atrocities committed by killer herdsmen.

Referencing proverbs like “a clear conscience fears no accusation” and “the wicked flee when no one pursues,” IPOB accused the Sultan — a key Fulani leader and Islamic spiritual figure — of trying to silence victims and whistleblowers who rely on social media to expose acts of terror, kidnappings, and land grabs allegedly carried out by Fulani militants.

“Instead of condemning the widespread violence and displacement caused by Fulani terrorists, the Sultan is more concerned with silencing the platforms revealing these crimes,” the statement said.

IPOB also criticised both the Sultan and the Nigerian government for consistently failing to acknowledge the true scale of Fulani-linked violence, accusing them of using mainstream media to distort the facts, labeling these attacks as mere “banditry” or “farmer-herder clashes.”

The group praised social media as a powerful tool for Nigerian youth, a source of economic empowerment, and a platform for the oppressed. They believe any attempt to silence social media is a move to suppress the truth and restrict freedom of speech.

“The Sultan can ignore the truth all he wants, but Nigerians and the international community are becoming increasingly aware of the threats posed by Fulani terrorist groups. Social media is helping to unmask these dangers,” Powerful said.

IPOB concluded by warning that any attempt to shut down social media would ultimately fail.

“If the Sultan is afraid of exposure, then he should tell the terrorists to drop their weapons. IPOB and other indigenous groups will continue to use every legal means — including social media — to resist oppression and shine light on the real causes of insecurity in Nigeria.”

The backlash comes after the Sultan made the controversial remarks during a meeting of Northern Traditional Rulers in Maiduguri, Borno State, where he described social media as a “terrorist organisation” used to spread falsehood and unrest.

His comments have since sparked outrage among Nigerians.

  • FISCAL DISCIPLINE, REVENUE DIVERSIFICATION CRITICAL FOR SUSTAINABLE DEV.- GOV UMO ENO

... as Senate President applauds his leadership style

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has emphasized on the need for states and local governments to embrace fiscal discipline and revenue diversification to achieve sustainable development.

The Governor stated this while delivering a public lecture on the theme: "Leading Economic Development in Sub-Nationals of the Nigerian Federation: The ARISE Agenda," at the University of Uyo.

He noted that the ARISE Agenda was borne out of the desire to grow the economy while developing abundant human resources in the State, focuses on eight lofty goals including; Poverty reduction, Job creation, Price stability, sustainable economic growth, improved standard of living, environmental sustainability, highly educated, healthy and skilled people, and the Security of lives and property

He further explained that the ARISE Agenda, a flagship economic blueprint that guides his administration's development efforts, is an acronym for ‘five-group aspirations’: Agricultural Revolution, Tourism Development and Environmental Management; Rural Development, Women & Youth Empowerment; Infrastructural Maintenance and Advancement; Security Management, Sound Educational and Health Sector Management; and Economic, Industrial and Social Advancement

The Governor who holds a Doctorate degree in Public Administration from the University, said that since the inception of his administration, wastages in government have been minimized, and the government is determined to expand its revenue base by digitalization of government operations.

"Soon, we will launch AKWAGIS, a digital platform where we will be collecting ground rent, which as we speak is in the region of N16 billion. Through this platform, we will be able to seamlessly offer Certificates of Occupancy, which would help attract businesses to our State.

"We are also investing heavily in the tourism sector that has been variously described as the “New Black Gold.” From agricultural tourism, through our Ibom Model Farm, to medical tourism, with our planned Ibom International Medical Centre - a 200-bed hospital that will come with 24 different departments under one roof. This hospital, once completed, will compare to any such facility anywhere in the world.

"The ARISE Resort, which we hope to commission in the first half of this year, the International Conference Centre, the Ibom Tropicana Hotel, which we are poised to complete will signpost our ascendancy as the tourism hub of our nation and bring in billions of Naira in revenue.

" We remain committed to the growth and expansion of Ibom Air and work is ongoing in the Aviation Village, as part of our investments in the aviation eco- system.

"We are committed to the human capital development of our people and this has been acknowledged by the Federal Government and the World Bank, leading to the launch two days ago, of the Human Capital Development Strategic Plan by the Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima, GCON.

"We have achieved a success rate of 3.5% out of school children, against the national average of 25.6% - a truly remarkable feat.

"We are positioning our State for growth beyond oil by these strategic investments in tourism and human capital development," he said.

The Governor said to ensure the success of economic development in sub-nationals, policymakers must develop action plans before implementation, strengthen governance and institutional capacity, enhance internally generated revenue (IGR) to reduce reliance on federal allocations, promote regional economic cooperation and trade among states, encourage private sector-led development through investment incentives, and focus on collaboration rather than conflicts.

He appreciated the crafters of the ARISE Agenda, and expressed his determination to go the extra mile to further development in the State, while urging policymakers, corporate bodies, the academia, and citizens to join hands with him in the journey towards a prosperous, self-reliant, and globally competitive sub-national economy.

In his remarks, the President of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio applauded the Governor for his inclusive leadership disposition which according to him has engendered unprecedented peace and security in the State.

Senator Akpabio who was represented by Dr. Saviour Enyiekere, Chairman of the National Assembly Service Commission (NASC), also commended the Governor for his collaboration with the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led Federal Government, and assured of the support of the All Progressives Congress in the State to ensure the Governor's second term victory in 2027.

Chairman of the Occasion, Emeritus Prof. Akpan Ekpo, the University Vice Chancellor, Prof. Nyaudoh Ndaeyo and the Dean of the Host Faculty, Faculty of Social Sciences, Prof. Christopher Ekong as well as Dean of the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, Prof. Peter Esuh appreciated the Governor for accepting to share his thoughts through the public lecture, stressing that the ARISE Agenda is a comprehensive document that can drive development in the State and other sub-nationals.

The event which attracted eminent personalities within and outside the State, had as discussants, Prof. Okechukwu Onuchukwu, Vice - Chancellor, Ignatius Aguru University of Education, Rivers State, and Prof. Ebebe Ukpong, a development expert and former Commissioner in the State.

  • Let me tell you a secret.

The early stages of your growth are usually the hardest.

Let me use social media as an example.

It’s harder to get your first 10k followers.

I struggled with hitting 10k followers for many many years. I was just stuck.

I opened this account in 2017. That’s about 7 years ago. For the first five to six years, growth was so difficult. I was stuck at less than 10k followers.

I think things started changing last year. As soon as I passed the 10k mark, it became way easier from there. The same 10k followers I struggled to get in years, I could now hit within a few weeks.

It’s the same thing with money. The first million will likely be one of the hardest to make. But once you make it, things begin to flow more easily.

It's the same with building anything worthwhile.

Why is the beginning always tough?

Because in that phase, you’re still trying to figure things out. You’re experimenting, doing trial and error. But there comes a time when you finally find your winning formula. At that point, you stop guessing. You simply apply what works, and the results keep coming in.

Now, here's why I’m sharing this.

At that point where you’re trying to break through, there’s always the temptation to cut corners and look for an easy way out.

    Please, resist it.

The process, the lessons, the mistakes, and everything you encounter in that difficult season are what make your future success easier.

If you follow shortcuts, you’ll never build anything substantial.

Let me not talk too much.

Bottom line is this. If you’re going through a tough phase right now, no matter what you’re building, it’s totally normal.

    Just keep going.

You’re gaining experiences that will make your growth tomorrow look like magic.

People will see you and say, “Is it not this girl? How did she grow so fast?”

But when you were struggling with 1k followers and 5k in your account, they didn’t know o.

We all have our breakthrough moments.

    Patiently wait for yours.

    Let's keep doing wonders together.

  • How to Make Millions From Your Knowledge or Skills This Year

I started making money from my skill as far back as 2019, during my NYSC.

You’ve probably come across my story, how I hired someone to design my blog, but what he delivered wasn’t quite what I had in mind.

I remember staring at that site like, “Precious, this is not it.”

So, I said to myself, “Since you’ll be blogging for a while, why not learn how to design your own website? At least you won’t have to chase someone to update your own work.”

That one decision born out of frustration—set me up for life.

In less than 2 months, I had learned website design. I’m a fast learner, so I picked it up quickly.

One day, a friend in the family house saw what I’d done and asked me to design for him. I think I charged him around 30,000 then. Another person came, then another. The money kept rolling in from that one skill.

Even just days to my wedding in 2022, I charged 500,000 for a website project. I still design sales pages for clients to this day.

All because I decided to take ownership of a skill that solved a personal problem.

    Now it’s your turn.

    Maybe you’re wondering:
“What do I even know that someone will pay for?”
Or maybe you’ve said before, “I don’t have any skill, Precious.”

Let me tell you the truth: That’s not true.

You already know or enjoy something that can make you money, if only you’ll package and position it right.

Let me show you 3 simple ways to turn what you already know, love, or enjoy into money (and potentially millions) this year:

    1. Monetise What You Know or Do

This is the most direct route. What do you already know how to do? What have you learned from school, work experience, volunteering, or even survival?

    Examples:

You’ve worked at a bank for years, maybe even in investment or savings advisory.

You can become a personal finance coach, teaching working-class people how to save, invest, and manage money better.

You studied Law and know how to draft agreements and read documents.

You can teach real estate investors or business owners how to avoid getting scammed by helping them understand what to check in contracts.

You know how to bake cakes or make shawarma? You can teach beginners through online classes or create a weekend bootcamp for kids and teens.

ACTION: Make a list of 5 things you know how to do well. These can be professional, domestic, or even “random” things.

Then ask yourself: Who needs this knowledge?
How can I turn this into a service, product, or training?

    2. Monetise What You Love

Some of us have hobbies or interests that we absolutely enjoy. You may not even realize people would pay you for them.

But with the right offer and structure, your passion can pay you.

    Examples:

You love DIY crafts and décor? Start a YouTube channel or even start here on Facebook showing tutorials, then sell craft kits or host paid virtual workshops.

You love makeup? Start a series teaching beginner-friendly tutorials and offer makeup classes or personal shopping services.

You love organizing and planning? Offer virtual assistance services, help people declutter their homes or plan their events.

ACTION: Identify 1 thing you love doing, even if you’d do it for free.

Then research 3 people online who are already making money from that thing. Study how they offer their service or package their knowledge. Model it.

    3. Monetise What You Enjoy Talking or Writing About

If you’re that person who always finds themselves educating others about a certain topic, or you love to write long threads, posts, or voice notes about a subject, you’ve got something valuable.

    Examples:

You’re always advising people about their careers? Package that into a career clarity program or resume writing service.

You love talking about relationships and emotional intelligence? You can start a teach these tooics here on Facebook, then monetize through coaching, courses, or sponsorship.

Build an audience, then sell your insight through ebooks, strategy calls, or memberships.

ACTION: Pick your favourite topic of conversation. What do people come to you for advice on?

Create a simple 3-post content series about that topic this week on your social media. Watch who engages–those are your potential buyers.

You don’t need to have 5 different skills or 10 digital products.

You just need to identify one thing, position yourself well, and start talking about it confidently.

Start with what you know. Build with what you love. And show up with what you enjoy.

If I could go from 30k websites to six-figure projects just by starting with frustration.

Imagine what you can do by starting with intention.

    You feel me?

    I’m rooting for you.

  • Police Declare ABC Transport Founder’s Daughter Wanted for Cybercrime Offenses

The Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCCC) has declared Ihuoma Julia Nneji, daughter of ABC Transport founder Frank Nneji, wanted for alleged offences including criminal defamation, injurious falsehood, and cyberstalking.

In a bulletin issued by the Office of the Inspector-General of Police, Nneji is accused of involvement in cybercrime-related activities. Authorities directed her immediate arrest and urged anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or the NPF-NCCC headquarters in Abuja. According to police, her last known address was in Victoria Garden City, Lagos.

This development comes just months after Nneji initiated a defamation lawsuit at the Federal High Court in Abuja against prominent social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, influencer Kemi Olunloyo, and lawyer Henry Ikenna Uzochukwu.

VeryDarkMan had previously accused Nneji of making inappropriate allegations against her ex-husband, misrepresenting herself as an American travel nurse, and undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift.

The controversy, initially an online exchange, has now intensified into a serious criminal investigation by Nigerian authorities.

The police appeal to members of the public to assist by providing useful information leading to Nneji’s arrest.

  • One of the things creatives/freelancers battle with, including me, is time management.

I won’t lie, I’ve not found a perfect formula that works yet. But every day, I’m doing my best to find something that helps me manage my time better.

    The struggle is real.

Struggling to post consistently to keep your brand moving.

Struggling to attend to clients excellently.

Struggling to handle other pressing matters offline.

    Struggling to just breathe sometimes.

I see people who seem to be doing it well, and honestly, I envy them. Still, I’m doing my best to find what works for me.

Let me be sincere. There’s a lot of work to be done online. But the real work is offline, I must tell you.

I’ve started implementing a few time management steps lately, and for now, they’re working. I won’t share them yet, not until I’ve learned them well. I’m still in my trial-and-error phase.

Truth is, what works for me may not work for you. So try to find your own formula.

But just so you know, the struggle with effective time management is real. And it’s one battle you must win.

If not, your consistent showing up online will be counterproductive.

So as you post, also remember to pause. Go offline.

Attend to the things that truly matter: your health, your family, your peace of mind.

Social media is tempting, yes, but don’t spend your entire 24 hours here daily, no matter how passionate you are about your work.

You need a break, even if it’s just for a few hours.

Well, I just thought to drop this here.

These days, I’m becoming more vulnerable. I’m not sure I like it, but I’m flowing with the move of my spirit.

    Much love.

    Have a productive day ahead.

    Let's keep doing wonders together.

  • LESSONS FROM LIFE...

    1. Not everyone will clap for you when you succeed. Do it for yourself, not for validation.

    2. Holding grudges is like carrying extra weight on a long journey. Let it go and move lighter.

    3. A partner who genuinely supports you is a blessing—don't take them for granted.

    4. The biggest mistake you can make is lying to yourself. Be honest, even when it's uncomfortable.

    5. If you're the one people rely on, don't expect the same from those who depend on others.

    6. Focus on your dreams, not on impressing people.

    7. Your 20s are for building, your 30s for enjoying the foundation you laid. Make the right investments.

    8. Peace is priceless. Let go of anything that steals it.

    9. Silence is a weapon. Use it wisely.

    10. Take care of yourself. Looking good isn’t about showing off, it’s about self-respect.

    11. Some people will root for your failure because they feel stuck in their own lives. Ignore them.

    12. Being kind is great, but don’t let people take advantage of you.

    13. Losing people isn’t always a loss. Losing yourself while trying to please them is.

    14. Keep your moves quiet until they’re finalized. Premature announcements invite unnecessary energy.

    15. Love wisely. Heartbreak is expensive—therapy isn't cheap.

    16. Your mindset shapes your reality. Keep it positive.

    17. Social media is full of illusions. Don’t let it make you envy a life that isn’t real.

    18. Treat yourself on your birthday. No one owes you a celebration.

    19. Fear is the biggest barrier between you and success. Take the risk.

    20. Rushing the process will only ruin your progress. Trust the timing of your life.

    21. Some people aren’t worth reaching out to, even in desperation. Choose your sources wisely.

    22. Skills and knowledge are investments that will never fail you. Keep learning.

    23. Love with wisdom, not blindness. Protect your heart.

    24. Be your own biggest supporter. You’ll always have yourself.

    25. Some people return just to see if you’re still naive.
