I couldn’t hold back the tears especially after stepping into the female hostel, now overcrowded*. *Every single girl under our care this session is under 25 years old. Some are just 12. And here’s what breaks my heart even more-none of these girls were rescued from the streets*. *Every one of them was brought in by their own parents. While checking in bags at both the girls’ and boys’ hostels, we found paraphernalia-evidence of addiction, rebellion, deep-rooted pain…* *This is not just a problem. This is a pandemic*. *Let’s stop pretending. Let’s stop covering our eyes*. *Things are NOT right with our Youths*. *Today, i read about a young man expelled from Babcock University-a teenager with a ₦100,000 ritual soap from a herbalist.* *He borrowed ₦500,000. He became a drug peddler.* *Not from a poor home. Not a street child. But a well-groomed boy from a comfortable background. Wetin him dey find? KILO NWA KIRI !!!* *What is going on with our YOUTHS? Why this desperation for quick wealth*? *What has happened to HARD WORK, INTEGRITY, and DIGNITY*? *Last week, we struggled to find a tiler for one of our projects. We had to bring in one from Togo. Why*? *Because our own YOUTH do not want to learn any skill*. *They don’t want SCHOOL.* *They want “HOOKUP*” *They want “YAHOO*.” *They want to do nothing but SCROLL, LIE, PARTY and they want MONEY FAST*. *And let’s be real. You cannot do Yahoo or Hookup without drugs or Alcohol. They go hand in hand*. *My heart is heavy. Are we just going to fold our hands and watch this generation waste away*? *PARENTS! Wake up*! *Where are you*? *Why the silence*? *Why the complacency*? *Why are some of us condoning and funding this destructive lifestyle*? *Your child doesn’t need a new PHONE-they need PURPOSE*. *They don’t need more DATA-they need DISCIPLINE*. *They don’t need “FREEDOM”-they need BOUNDARIES*. *We cannot keep blaming SOCIETIES, FRIENDS, INFLUENCERS. It starts from the HOME*. *Please, let’s start talking again*. *Let’s check their bags*. *Let’s check their hearts*. *Let’s check ourselves*. *To every Parent reading this please be present*. *Your child doesn’t just need your MONEY; they need your TIME and VOICE*. *Ask questions. Don’t be afraid to dig deeper, even if it’s uncomfortable*. *Teach values. Wealth is GOOD, but WISDOM, CHARACTER, and CONTENTMENT are better*. *Be their safe space. If you don’t listen, the world will and it will feed them lies*. *Let’s rise up and fight for the souls of our children. We may not be able to save all, but we must not give up on the ones we can reach* *They are not just the future-they are our now*. _*Let’s not lose them...*_ *WHEN PARENTS FAIL – HOW LACK OF DISCIPLINE IS CREATING A GENERATION OF LOST SOULS* There was a time when parents raised warriors. Now, they raise weaklings. A time when children feared their fathers’ discipline. Now, children insult their fathers online. A time when a slap from your mother could reset your entire future. Now, mothers watch their children twerk for clout. The world changed—not because evil became more powerful, but because parents became weaker. Children no longer have boundaries. No fear. No respect. No discipline. And the result? A generation that mocks God, worships vanity, and embraces sin with pride. *BRUTAL THREAD:* 1. *CHILDREN WITHOUT DISCIPLINE BECOME ADULTS WITHOUT SELF-CONTROL* A child who never hears “NO” at home will hear “NO” from life when it’s too late. The boy who was never told to control his desires will become a man addicted to sex, gambling, and laziness. The girl who was never told to respect herself would become a woman who exposes her body for money and attention. The child who was never corrected for lying will become an adult who deceives, manipulates, and steals. If parents don’t discipline their children, the world will punish them later. 2. *THE FALL OF FAMILY VALUES IS THE RISE OF MORAL DECAY* What happened to parenting? Mothers used to teach daughters how to be women of dignity. Now, they encourage them to “secure the bag” by any means. Fathers used to teach sons how to be responsible men. Now, they are absent—either too weak, too distracted, or too scared to lead. So children are now learning from TikTok instead of home, and the internet is raising a generation with no fear of God and no sense of direction. 3. *PARENTS WHO SPOIL THEIR CHILDREN ARE DESTROYING THEM* Giving your child everything they want is the fastest way to ruin them. A child who never worked for anything will grow up lazy and entitled. A child who was never disciplined will grow up thinking life has no consequences. A child who was never corrected will grow up believing they can do anything and get away with it. Now, we have a world full of adults who can’t handle rejection, can’t handle failure, and can’t handle life. 4. *WHEN PARENTS CHOOSE FRIENDSHIP OVER LEADERSHIP, CHAOS FOLLOWS* Many parents today want to be their child’s friend instead of their leader. So instead of saying: ❌ "This behaviour is wrong!" They say, "She’s just expressing herself." ❌ "You must work for what you want!" They say, "Let me buy it for you." ❌ "This is not acceptable!" They say, "I don't want to hurt their feelings." And just like that, we have a generation of weak people who cry over small problems and break down when life gets tough. 5. *THE NEW GENERATION LOVES PLEASURE BUT HATES RESPONSIBILITY* Discipline used to be normal. Now, a child calls it "abuse" when a parent corrects them. Now, teachers can’t discipline students because "it’s too harsh." Now, young people demand freedom but reject accountability. Everyone wants to enjoy, but no one wants to work. And this is why: The streets are full of lazy men chasing quick money. Social media is full of young girls selling their bodies for attention. Homes are full of broken families because nobody was raised to be a good partner or parent. 6. *WHEN CHILDREN LOSE DISCIPLINE, THEY LOSE THEIR FUTURE.* Many young men today are addicted to masturbation, pornography, and cheap pleasure—because nobody taught them self-control. Many young women today expose their bodies for social media likes—because nobody taught them self-respect. Many young people today are broke, weak, and mentally unstable—because nobody taught them how to survive hardship. The devil is not the problem. The parents failed. 7. *IF WE DON’T FIX PARENTING, THE WORLD WILL GET WORSE.* If we continue like this, the next generation will: ⚠️ Have no morals. ⚠️ Have no work ethic. ⚠️ Have no fear of God. Society will collapse—not because of demons, but because of poor parenting. *BOTTOM LINE:* If you are a parent, discipline your children. If you are young, discipline yourself. Because the world will not be kind to those who were raised without discipline. *Let’s raise warriors, not weaklings.* *Pls forward this to family and friends, especially to those with young and teenage children* *May GOD help us all.*

Good   day,  brethren.   Today's   verse,  to refresh     our     spirit     &     self- examine ourselves,     from.    James.    4:17      says,  "Therefore,  to  him  that  knoweth  to  do  good & doeth it not, to him it is sin". Wow, what  a  precarious   situation!  Sitting   on the on the fence is not allowed.  Not  even ignorance, which though is no excuse, but may reduce guilt.  But   yet,  God is saying  that,  even  though  one   may   not   have  committed  any  sin   by  our  actions,  or inactions, by  knowing  &  not  doing  what is  right  &  proper,  is  equally  a  sin!  This verse  speaks  to  the  sin   of  omission  of doing what is right,  even  when we know  better.    So,    from     God's    perspective, knowledge is not only power,  but   comes with.  responsibility  &  accountability!  For instance,  if   you   know   you   should   be grateful,  humble,  helpful  when you can,  forgive  others, &  choose  to  ignore them & many more,   James    4:17,    calls   such inactions, sin!  Our  inaction  derives  from our    disobedience,   self-centeredness  & pride, against  the will, plan &  purpose of God.    Brethren,  let   us    run    with    this revelation & ask for grace to serve God on His terms & not ours. This is what pleases Him.  Accordingly, let us sensitise others,   to submit to serving God His way, not theirs, through Christ, pls!

DAY34 NIG2USA ON BICYCLE 🇳🇬🚴🇺🇲 STILL HEADING TOWARDS ABIDJAN 🇨🇮 Today, like yesterday, I passed another vast stretch of land, this time covered with palm trees, planted, growing, thriving. I haven’t even reached the major cities yet, but these rural areas already say so much about this country. They’re not abandoned, they’re not wasted, they’re working. Growing. Producing. Since I began this journey, I’ve ridden through Hundreds of kilometers, but I’ve never seen so much unused land put to good use like I’m seeing here in Côte d’Ivoire. And I can’t lie, I’m loving it. Charle, I'm super inspired 😁 And I’m also a bit heavy hearted, because I’m Nigerian, and where I come from, agriculture is our major source of livelihood too, but we have so much land wasting. So much potential left untouched. So many dreams buried in dry, empty fields. If only my people back home could see this If only we could borrow this mindset, to plant, to grow, to protect the land, and to believe again in what we already have. Africa is so beautiful. Not just in nature, but in possibility. This ride is showing me a side of our continent many don’t get to see, and I want the world to witness it with me. Another iconic figure, John F. Kennedy, did not even complete a full term, yet his vision and ideals continue to inspire generations. In Africa, Nelson Mandela, revered globally as a symbol of justice and reconciliation, chose to serve only one term as President of South Africa, despite immense public pressure to stay longer. His decision was a deliberate act of leadership, a statement that power must serve the people, not the self. Indeed, history shows that the longer many African leaders remain in power, the more likely they are to be corrupted by it. Longevity in office is not a mark of success; rather, it is purposeful, accountable service - however brief - that defines true statesmanship. It is within this context that I reiterate my vow: I will serve only one term of four years if elected President. And that vow is sacrosanct. I am fully aware that the decay in our society has made trust one of the scarcest and most sceptically viewed commodities. Many Nigerians, understandably, no longer take politicians at their word. But even in this climate of cynicism, there are still a few whose actions have matched their words - whose integrity is built on verifiable precedent. Recently, I became aware of two statements aimed, albeit indirectly, at my vow to serve only a single four-year term. One person remarked that even if I swore by a shrine, I still wouldn’t be believed. Another suggested that anyone talking about doing only one term should undergo psychiatric evaluation. I understand the basis of their scepticism. They are judging me by their own standards - where political promises are made to be broken. But they forget, or perhaps choose to ignore, that Peter Obi is not cut from that cloth. I have a verifiable track record that speaks louder than speculation. In my political life, my word is my bond. When I entered politics in Anambra State, I made clear and measurable promises to the people: to improve education and healthcare, to open up rural areas through road construction, and to manage public funds with prudence. I fulfilled each of those promises without deviation. I did not swear by a shrine, nor have I been certified mentally unstable as a result of honouring my word. My vow to serve only one term of four years is a solemn commitment, rooted in my conviction that purposeful, transparent leadership does not require an eternity. If making such a promise qualifies me for psychiatric evaluation, then we may as well question the mental fitness of those who framed our Constitution, which clearly stipulates a four-year renewable tenure. I maintain without equivocation: if elected, I will not spend a day longer than four years in office. In fact, I believe that service should be impactful, not eternal. We must rebuild trust in our country. I have dedicated my public life to demonstrating that leadership with integrity is not a myth. I have done it before, and I do not intend to betray that trust under any circumstances. Forty-eight months is enough for any leader who is focused and prepared to make a meaningful difference. In that time, I intend not merely to make an impression, but to deliver on concrete promises to: sanitise our governance system; tackle insecurity through effective and accountable use of national resources; prioritise education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation; catalyse small businesses as engines of growth ; and combat corruption with unflinching resolve. Above all, I will dedicate myself to transforming Nigeria from a consuming nation into a productive one, where agriculture, technology, and manufacturing replace rent-seeking and waste as our national anchors. These are not utopian dreams. They are realistic, actionable goals that are achievable within four years. A new Nigeria is POssible.

The young man told them something very interesting. He said, “Can I work for your organization free of charge for six months, then I can gain the required experience? After six months, you can interview me again and see if I am employable or not.” When they saw his passion and tenacity, they employed him. That is, he got so tired of unemployment that he became desperate enough to get what he wanted. Beloved, the journey of success begins with our dissatisfaction with failure. When you come to a point where you get dissatisfied with failure, then you are set to begin the journey of success. When a person comes to a point where he becomes dissatisfied with affliction, then his deliverance is about to happen. If you are okay with where you are, you don't move from there. Our anchor scripture tells us a story about the sons of the prophets or prophets in training. They found themselves in a situation of smallness, littleness and confinement, so they decided to get out of that situation. And so, they made a move forward towards enlargement and encountered a challenge. But fortunately for them, the prophet Elisha was with them, so the challenge was overcome. Beloved, the move you make is what confirms your dissatisfaction with your situation. It is not a matter of what you think, say or feel about the fact that you don't like where you are; the question is, what moves have you made? It is confirmed that you still like where you are until you make desperate moves to leave there. It is the moves you make, the steps you take, that confirm that you don't like where you are. If you are really dissatisfied with failure, you will make aggressive moves and take risky steps until you attain success. Beloved, the move you make is the confirmation of your dissatisfaction with your situation. It is when you begin to make moves that you create waves that will bring changes.
