  • Dear Men, never underestimate your worth. You are the foundation of strength, the problem-solvers, and the driving force behind progress. Within you lies the power to shape the world, build lasting legacies, and inspire those around you. Your value is not determined by fleeting opinions or societal expectations.

Do not allow the world to diminish your significance or make you question your impact. Carry yourself with pride, for you are leaders, protectors, and visionaries who turn dreams into reality. Honor your role and never compromise your self-respect.

You are the architects of civilizations, the guardians of freedom, and the pioneers of the future. Stand tall, move with purpose, and remember: your worth is not up for debate. The world thrives because of your contributions—own that truth.

Believe in yourself, set high standards, and walk with dignity. The world will respect you as much as you respect yourself. Take control of your destiny, for you are invaluable.

Stay strong. Stay proud. Lead with honor.

  • LEST WE FORGET – WHAT NDIGBO DID FOR AWOLOWO AT HIS DARKEST POLITICAL PERIOD.
THOSE WHO, OUT OF SHEAR HATRED REWRITE HISTORY SHOULD DO WELL TO REMEMBER:

When Chief Samuel Ladoke Akintola and Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto, conspired to politically annihilate Chief Obafemi Awolowo, it was Dr. Michael Iheonukara Okpara, Premier of Eastern Nigeria, who boldly stood on the side of justice and principle.

As Nobel Laureate Prof. Wole Soyinka records in his memoir, “You Must Set Forth at Dawn”, Dr. Okpara did not just sympathize - he acted. He provided financial and political support to Awolowo’s camp, reabsorbed Prof. Sam Aluko and other loyalists dismissed from the University of Ife into the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and sent Mazi Ukonu and the Eastern Nigeria Broadcasting Service to broadcast the authentic results of the Western Region election from Awolowo’s Ibadan residence, directly challenging the state-sponsored electoral fraud.

In an extraordinary gesture of solidarity, Okpara appointed Mrs. Hannah Awolowo, the wife of the imprisoned leader, as Honorary Minister in the Eastern Nigerian Government - equipping her with a Mercedes Benz, chauffeur, and full ministerial privileges. This was not just symbolic - it was an open declaration of interregional support and respect.

Equally important was the role of Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe (Zik), then President of Nigeria. When Northern leaders sought to transfer Awolowo to a remote prison in the North—where his safety would be uncertain - Zik exercised his presidential authority to ensure that Awolowo was instead sent to prison in Eastern Nigeria, where he was treated with dignity and humanity, against the wishes of the Sardauna and Prime Minister Tafawa Balewa.

This interethnic solidarity was not accidental. It formed part of the broader United Progressive Grand Alliance (UPGA) — a coalition of progressive forces led by the NCNC and the Action Group, which resisted Northern domination and championed democratic ideals.

During this alliance, Dr. Okpara courageously entered Ibadan - despite being declared persona non grata by Akintola - to campaign for the Awolowo faction. His reception by the people was so electrifying and defiant of Northern hegemony that he was affectionately nicknamed “M.I. Power” by the Western Press.

These actions by Eastern leaders — Dr. Okpara, Dr. Azikiwe, and others - represent one of the noblest chapters in Nigerian political history: a moment when ethnicity bowed to justice, and regional differences were set aside in pursuit of a united democratic front.

It is essential that these truths be remembered - not distorted or forgotten. Let no one, out of ignorance or bigotry, erase the fact that it was the East - it was the Igbos - who stood with Awolowo when others sought to silence him.

Let us teach correct and verifiable history as it happened, not as some would like it rewritten.

  • Good morning God's beloved. Thank God for another day. Today, My GOD Is Releasing Sudden Change in your direction. In a Moment, Everything Is Turning Around for your Good. That sickness is not unto death. The LORD will Deliver You From Evil. I declare war against every work of darkness that the enemy is trying to use to ravage your family income. I decree an end to the wasters activities in your family. Every spirit monitoring your progress and breakthroughs goes blind now. May God wipe away all tears from your eyes. You have suffered awhile, therefore I declare that you're settled now. Every devil or agent of the devil that wants your issues to continue dies today by fire. Come out of the pit the enemy dug for you. Enter into your glorious era. Today shall be your TESTIMONY-FILLED THURSDAY.

  • GOV AIYEDATIWA HAILS JUDICIARY AS TRIBUNAL AFFIRMS 2024 GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION

    - PDP's petition, others unanimously dismissed for lack of merit

    - Gov invites opposition to join hands with him to move Ondo State forward

The Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has described as a welcome development the judgement of the Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal which affirmed his election as Governor on Wednesday.

The tribunal while dismissing the petitions filed by some parties, upheld the election of Governor Aiyedatiwa of the All Progressives Congress (APC), affirming his victory in the November 16, 2024 governorship poll.

The three-member tribunal, chaired by Justice Benson Ogbu, delivered a unanimous judgment, dismissing the petitions filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Agboola Ajayi, and other political parties. The tribunal held that the allegations of widespread irregularities and non-compliance with the Electoral Act were not substantiated.

Speaking to journalists after the verdict, Governor Aiyedatiwa expressed gratitude to God and the people of Ondo State, adding that the tribunal’s judgment has reaffirmed the will of the people.

“I give thanks to Almighty God who orchestrated this journey from the beginning and used the good people of Ondo State. Over 366,000 residents gave us their mandate on November 16 last year to continue governing this state as the seventh democratically elected governor.

“That mandate has now been validated by the tribunal. While some political parties tried to overturn the people’s decision through the backdoor, the judiciary has fulfilled its role by upholding the choice made by the majority of voters across the 18 local government areas of the state,” he said.

Governor Aiyedatiwa also appreciated his deputy, party members, and the APC leadership for their support.

When asked if he would extend a hand of fellowship to the opposition, the Governor said his doors have always been open.

“From the very day I was declared winner, I called on the opposition to join us in developing Ondo State. If they truly have the interest of the state at heart, they are welcome to bring their ideas forward so we can work together for the progress of our dear state,” he said.

The Governor later led a crowd of supporters on a jubilation rally from the State High Court, venue of the tribunal’s sitting, to his campaign secretariat along Oyemekun road in Akure.

  • “As an African leader, when you lie, it becomes a sign of fear. He who lives in Fear shouldn’t be called to lead, because a society led by fear brings no prosperity.

At first, when I started working for the good of Burkina Faso, they sold a propaganda of lies against me that I am working against my people for my own interests.

They wanted me to reply with a counter-propaganda to refuse or play in their own game of lie.

But no, Burkina Faso is on a recovery from over a lifetime of lacking nutrients and all energy is invested in making it grow.

My only response to the propaganda sold against me is to reply with good works and progress for the people of Burkina Faso and Africa.

“As an African leader, when you lie, it becomes a sign of fear. God bless Africa!” #ibroconect

  • OSTEOPOROSIS: The Silent Thief

Osteoporosis is often called the “Silent thief”- because it steals bone strength without any warning signs until a fracture occurs.

This condition affects over 200 million people globally, but women bear the greatest burden.

    Let’s talk about it👇🏼

3 Things You Should Know About Osteoporosis

    1. It develops silently

Osteoporosis doesn’t cause pain or visible symptoms in the early stages.

Your bones just gradually lose density, becoming weak and porous over time- until a bone breaks.

    2. 80% of the population affected are women

Women are four times more likely than men to develop osteoporosis.

This is mostly due to loss of estrogen after menopause which accelerates bone loss.

    3. It’s the most common cause of bone fractures

Osteoporosis is the leading reason why bones break in older adults, especially at the hip, spine and wrist.

This can happen even from minor falls or sneezing.

    WHAT CAUSES OSTEOPOROSIS?

Bone is constantly being broken down and rebuilt.

It is known as bone resorption and formation, where old bones are broken down, and new ones are formed.

Osteoporosis develops when creation of new bone doesn’t keep up with the loss of old bone.

Factors that contribute to this include:

    - Low estrogen in women, especially after menopause
    - Low testosterone in men
    - Inadequate calcium and Vitamin D intake
    - Smoking and excessive alcohol
    - Physical inactivity and lack of weight bearing exercises
    - Chronic diseases like arthritis
    - Long term use of corticosteroids and anti-seizure medications.

WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT OSTEOPOROSIS?

Loss of bone mass can be prevented, its progression slowed or even halted altogether.

    How do you do this?

    - Build strong bones early

The first 30 years of your life are critical for building peak bone mass.

    - Eat bone friendly foods ( Calcium, Vitamin D, protein and magnesium rich foods)

    - Exercise regularly (Strength training, aerobics and balance exercises)

    - Quit smoking and avoid excessive alcohol.

    - All women above 65 should get screened for a bone density test.

Younger women at higher risk (like family history) should also consider getting screened.

    - Treat the condition when it’s present and accompany it with supplements like Faforon.
