• Seat 11A: The Miracle Seat in Two Plane Crashes

    What are the odds?

In a stunning twist of fate, Vishwash Kumar Ramesh — the sole survivor of the recent Air India crash — was seated in 11A, the exact same seat occupied by Ruangsak Loychusak, a Thai singer and survivor of the 1998 Thai Airways crash.

When Ruangsak heard about the crash and learned the survivor sat in 11A, he was overwhelmed and called it “a miracle beyond explanation.” He offered prayers for Vishwash’s recovery and said it gave him chills to know someone survived in the same seat more than two decades later.

Two different crashes. Same seat. Same miracle.
Life truly works in mysterious ways.

  • ULCER IS NOT A DEMON. IT’S A SYSTEM FAILURE.

I look at people who say they want to heal.
    People who pay for consultation.
People who message me in pain, in tears, desperate for relief…
But still struggle to follow the exact diet advice they paid for.
You want to break free from ulcers,
But you’re still eating like someone who doesn’t value their gut lining.
    You’re still chewing anyhow.
Still waking up to hot tea and bread.
Still eating every 2–3 hours because Instagram said “small portions all day is healthy.”
Still buying antacids like they’re sweets.
    Who are you deceiving?
    Not me.
    Not your nutritionist.
    Not your doctor.
You’re deceiving yourself, and your body is paying the price.
    Let me be clear:
If your nutritionist actually knows what they’re doing, and you’re still struggling to follow the plan…
You’re not just dealing with ulcers.
You’re dealing with a mindset problem.
Because healing ulcers is not just about what to eat.
It’s about what to stop doing.
    Eating too frequently?
    You’re not “boosting metabolism.”
    You’re irritating your gut lining.
    Your digestive system needs breaks.
    Not back-to-back snacks.
Not “light breakfast” at 7am and puff-puff by 10.
Even breakfast—the so-called holy grail of modern eating—might be hurting you.
For ulcer patients, especially those with gastritis or bile reflux, early breakfast can worsen symptoms.
    Skip breakfast if you can.
If you must eat it, let it be at 11am, not 7.
    Relying on antacids every day?
    You’re not solving anything.
You’re just dulling the alarm bell.
Antacids may reduce the pain temporarily…
But they don’t fix the root cause.
In fact, they can disrupt your stomach acid balance, block nutrient absorption, and worsen the long-term picture.
    Here’s the truth:
    Healing from ulcers requires sacrifice.
Not vibes. Not prayers. Not stubbornness.
You have to let go of comfort foods.
You have to embrace boring meals.
You have to rewire your habits.
You have to listen to people who know more than you.
    Stop arguing with your nutritionist.
    Stop negotiating with your gut.
    Stop lying to yourself.
Your body is tired of managing.
    It’s tired of flares.
It’s tired of pretending that you’re okay.
    Listen to your body.
    Listen to the wisdom.
Give your gut what it actually needs.
Because no matter how sweet the food is, it’s not worth the ulcer pain that follows.

  • Skip breakfast and own your day from 11am upward.

Your body thrives when you wait.

    No food.
    No distractions.
    Then see energy sustained.

Whether going to the office or job site—it doesn’t matter.

    Morning meals are a myth.

    Eat later. Perform better.

  • Achalugo:
Obiageli, I don’t understand. I just woke up and I’m already tired. My body is heavy.
    Obiageli:
    What did you eat?
    Achalugo:
Just two slices of bread and sweet tea. Nothing heavy.
    Obiageli:
Exactly. You didn’t eat. You submitted your body to blood sugar terrorism.
    Achalugo:
    Ah ahn! It’s breakfast na.
    Obiageli:
    That’s not breakfast. That’s sabotage.
Flour and sugar in the morning is how people walk straight into fatigue, cravings, and hormonal chaos by 11AM.
    Achalugo:
    But it’s just bread…
    Obiageli:
Bread is not “just bread.” It’s ultra-processed glucose disguised as food.
Pair it with sugar tea and you’ve just signed up for bloating, brain fog, and an afternoon mood swing.
    Achalugo:
So what should I eat then?
    Obiageli:
    Protein. Fat. Real food.
Boiled eggs. Sardine. Ugu and beef. Soup. Even leftover stew is better than that nonsense you’re calling breakfast.
    Achalugo:
    Ehn ehn?
    Obiageli:
Stop calling hunger “life is hard.”
You’re not tired because of work. You’re tired because your cells are starving.
Stop starting your day with bread and vibes.
Eat like someone who loves their brain.
