White House: Trump Has Common Vein Condition After Bruising Questions
President Trump has been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, the White House said, following online speculation over bruises and swollen legs.
The condition, which affects blood flow in the legs, is considered common and benign in older adults.
The bruises on Trump’s hand were blamed on frequent handshaking while taking aspirin, a blood thinner.

When you lie down, you will have no fear, you will lie down and your sleep will be pleasant. You will not fear any sudden terror, non the storm that is coming on the wicked. For Jehovah will prove to be your source of confidence, He will keep your foot from being caught.- Proverbs 3:23-26.

The Senate has asked Kogi Central Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan to stay away from its proceedings, saying the suspended lawmaker can’t resume yet.
In a statement on Sunday, Senate spokesman Yemi Adaramodu insisted that there was no subsisting court order mandating the Senate to recall the lawmaker before the expiration of her suspension.
Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan was suspended in March 2025 for violating Senate rules after a seat arrangement brawl with Senate President Godswill Akpabio whom she accused of sexual misconduct, an allegation Akpabio denied.

Ukraine's Massive Drone Attacks on Russia Has Forced Closure of All Major Airports in Moscow
According to a report by the BBC News on Sunday 20 July, 2025, a wave of Ukrainian drone assaults prompted temporary shutdowns of all major airports in Moscow over the weekend, grounding over 140 flights and forcing more than 130 diversions, Russian aviation authorities reported.
Russia’s Ministry of Defence confirmed that since Saturday morning, its forces intercepted over 230 drones across various regions, with 27 reportedly neutralized in Moscow's airspace alone. The Kaluga region, southwest of the capital, also experienced significant disruption after 45 drones were intercepted, prompting a temporary closure of Kaluga International Airport.
Tourism officials indicated that Moscow’s airports faced ten closures within 24 hours, underscoring the scale and frequency of the aerial threats. Despite the turmoil, normal operations have since resumed across the affected airports.
Elsewhere, Ukrainian officials reported that Russian air raids killed at least three civilians overnight. In Donetsk, two individuals lost their lives in separate attacks, while a 78-year-old woman died in Sumy after fires consumed residential buildings.
Ukraine’s military stated it successfully downed 18 of 57 drones launched by Russia overnight, with another seven reportedly neutralized by radar interference. The attacks spanned frontline regions, including Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Donetsk.
Amid the rising hostilities, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Russian television, “President Putin has repeatedly spoken of his desire to bring the Ukrainian settlement to a peaceful conclusion as soon as possible.”
In a countergesture, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky proposed restarting negotiations with Russia, expressing willingness to engage directly with President Putin. While previous efforts failed to establish a ceasefire, both sides have exchanged prisoners in the past.
Support for Ukraine surged following an announcement from U.S. President Donald Trump, who pledged advanced weapon deliveries through NATO allies and warned of severe tariffs against Russia unless a peace deal is struck within 50 days.
Responding to Trump’s declaration, Peskov commented on Sunday: “Everyone has grown accustomed to his [Trump’s] rather harsh and straightforward rhetoric.”Ukraine's Massive Drone Attacks on Russia Has Forced Closure of All Major Airports in Moscow According to a report by the BBC News on Sunday 20 July, 2025, a wave of Ukrainian drone assaults prompted temporary shutdowns of all major airports in Moscow over the weekend, grounding over 140 flights and forcing more than 130 diversions, Russian aviation authorities reported. The "Sleeping Prince" Has Peacefully Passed Away After 20 Years. STILL, MONEY COULD NOT SAVE HIM…🙇🏽♂️
He was a prince. At 15, he had everything, status, wealth, a future mapped in gold. But one moment changed everything. A crash. A coma. And for 20 years, just... stillness.
No amount of money could wake him. No power could undo it. I can imagine the picture of his father sitting beside him, hoping. Praying. Refusing to give up, even when the world quietly moved on.
It wasn’t about privilege anymore. It became something every parent, every family could understand: the pain of waiting. The ache of watching someone you love float somewhere unreachable. The helplessness. The hope.
And I can only imagine the state of the father now, after all the investments of time, emotion, and unimaginable wealth, still having to bury his own son.
The one he never gave up on for 20 years, believing that one day, fate would be kind and he’d see his son whole again. That kind of love, that kind of persistence… it's a lesson in itself.
How quickly we give up on ourselves, or even on God, when things don’t shift right away. Yet this father stayed, providing everything his son needed, just in case.
Some may say, “Well, he’s dad is wealthy.”
But remember: God, too, is rich in mercy and resources. And He never allows a burden without the grace to bear it. (1 Corinthians 10:13). So why do we give up so easily, when God hasn’t given up on us yet? (Hebrews 13:5b)
And the “Sleeping Prince” while in coma, He didn’t speak. He didn’t move much. But somehow, he spoke to all of us. He reminded us of how fragile life really is, how it doesn’t matter how rich or powerful you are. Some things, like time, healing, and goodbye… can’t be bought.
He’s gone now. After so many years of being here, yet not. And it hurts in a way that goes deeper than headlines.
Still, money could not save him…
And maybe that’s the lesson we all needed.
May he finally rest – in peace, in light, in freedom.
Rest in peace, Prince Al Waleed
