Making yourself ready for opportunities helps you to take advantage of them. The world is filled with many opportunities because God creates them according to His timing for those who have prepared themselves to use them to enhance themselves and the lives of others (Ecclesiastes 9:11).
Dear beloved, don't waste your life by wasting time and neglecting the opportunities God brings your way. God gave you life and time to prepare yourself adequately for the opportunities of life.
God gives you your youth, use it to the glory of God to better your life and the lives of others. A time of darkness will come when you are old and cannot do anything.
We are here on Earth to fulfil God's agenda, so be alert, God will always give us grace to succeed when He knows that we are living a purposeful life. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!

Let’s be honest.
You wake up tired.
You’re dragging yourself through the day.
You can’t think straight.
You crave sugar every hour.
Then you feel guilty…
Like you’re weak.
Like you don’t have willpower.
But what if I told you, it’s not you?

Yes, your body’s power plants.
They’re supposed to generate ATP—your body’s real energy.
No ATP = No energy.
No ATP = No fat loss.
No ATP = No hormones.
Let me say it in plain talk:
You eat “healthy” things, abi?
Granola. Oats. Low-fat milk. Vegetable oil. Fruit juice. Salad cream.
But your energy is still in the gutter.
Because you’ve been lied to.
Calories are not the point. ATP is.
And your body can’t make ATP from trash.
Let’s expose the real enemies:
Vegetable oils (your so-called “heart-friendly” killer)
Too much fructose (sweet fruits and soft drinks)
Processed foods, fake seasoning, long-life snacks
Antibiotics and binge-eating during stress
No sun. No sleep. No movement.
That’s how your mitochondria get weak.
And when they’re weak? Forget it.
No energy.
No sx drive.
No fat burn.
No brain power.
Just tired, bloated, anxious, and addicted to sugar like it’s crack.
You can fix it — but not with cereal and vibes.
You fix it by feeding your body what it actually needs.![]()

*PRAYER GUIDE FOR THURSDAY 17TH JULY 2025*
Intercession 1
Father, thank You for the multitudes gathered, the word sent and divine encounters granted everyone in our Mid Week Communion Service yesterday-
Psalms 115:1 Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us,
but unto thy name give glory,
for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.
Intercession 2
Father, let every resistance of hell against the ongoing revival be visited with divine vengeance, resulting in the record-breaking influx of multitudes throughout Operation-By-All-Means and beyond –
Isa 54:15 Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.
Intercession 3
Father, let the revival fire burn hotter than ever in all our churches, resulting in the record-breaking invasion of multitudes into our services all through this month and beyond –
Lev 6:12-13 And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning,… 13 The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out.
Intercession 4
Father, by the Holy Ghost, let almost the whole city be gathered at LFC Durumi to worship as You turn it to be minimum double its current attendance before this Midst of the year concludes –
Acts 13:44 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.
Intercession 5
Father, open the heart of our new converts and new members to actively participate in Cell meetings, thereby enjoying the blessings of fellowship –
Heb 10:24-25 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Father, fire up the passion for soul-winning in every member of LFC Durumi towards the realization of our minimum 4abiding souls before this Midst of the Year Season of Glory concludes –
1 Cor 3:8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.
Intercession 7
Father, turn all our fliers and tracts into spiritual magnets, thereby drafting unprecedented multitudes into LFC Durumi this coming Sunday –
Joel 3:13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
Intercession 8
Father, in the name of Jesus & by Your Mercy, we shut the door of untimely death against every Member of LFC Durumi and their loved ones, all through this Year and beyond :
Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Father, in Jesus name, turn all financial pressure to financial pleasure by unveiling divine secrets to the advancement of my business and career this season and beyond. – Ps.16:11 Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy….

Father, let the wind of Your Spirit blow across our harvest field, drafting great multitudes into LFC Durumi this coming Sunday –

“Aunty Bose Said Only Poor People Do POS Business Now She’s Selling Recharge Card at the Gate”
Aunty Bose was the queen of loudmouth in her compound.
Anytime she passed by the POS lady, she’d hiss and say,
"Tufiakwa! This life no balance. Only poor people dey do POS business. God forbid I hustle like that!"
Well…......
Two months later, her husband’s shop got locked, and her own “big madam business” collapsed. Guess what she does now?
She sits in front of her gate, under one big umbrella, shouting:
"Airtime! Recharge card! Transfer dey! POS dey work ooo!"
The same POS girl she mocked now walks past her every morning smiling like:
"Good morning, colleague!"
Moral of the story?
