  • The Pi Core Team has issued a safety reminder, summarized as follows:

    - Never share your wallet passphrase, it is private.

    - The Pi Core Team will NEVER ask for your passphrase, password, or verification code.

    - Avoid unofficial platforms, only use apps listed in the official Pi Safety Center.

    My advice to fellow Pioneers:

If you share your passphrase, password, or verification code with any so-called "genius" who demands 50% of your Pi, that same person will likely steal the remaining 50% a few days later.

If your wallet is ever compromised, seek help only from the Pi Core Team — not from anyone else claiming to help in exchange for a fee. @PiCoreTeam

  • I have ulcer, but I still eat beans.”
Okay. You want to be healed and harassed?
Beans are not your friend right now.
That anti-nutrient profile? Phytates, lectins, oligosaccharides?
It can irritate a healthy gut—so imagine what it does to a wounded one.
Bloating, inflammation, more acid reflux, delayed healing.
Even after your ulcer is gone, your gut is still in rehab. Don’t go back to war because the wound closed. The scar is still fresh.
And oh—if you’re fasting to heal, don’t play superhero.
Infuse your water with cucumber and raw carrot slices.
That’s your shield. That’s your calm. That’s your ulcer-friendly companion.
No beans. No pepper. No stubbornness.
    Heal first. Argue later.

    YOUR BODY IS BLESSED!

    - Bishop David Abioye

At the All Round Fruitfulness Service, Bishop David Abioye while ministering stated how he believes God's Word which says that none shall be barren in our midst. He also encouraged those expecting the fruit of the womb to refuse being called barren.

He said, "Please, hear me. Those of us who are expecting the fruit of the womb, don't let anybody tag you as barren, refuse it. Church Gist. God didn't say so. I've said this over and over again over the years, I'm not a Pastor of anyone barren. Why? The Scripture tells me, 'None shall be barren among you.' I believe! Thank you, Jesus. • Let’s be honest.
    You wake up tired.
You’re dragging yourself through the day.
    You can’t think straight.
    You crave sugar every hour.
    Then you feel guilty…
    Like you’re weak.
    Like you don’t have willpower.
But what if I told you, it’s not you?
    It’s your mitochondria.
    Yes, your body’s power plants.
They’re supposed to generate ATP—your body’s real energy.
    No ATP = No energy.
No ATP = No fat loss.
    No ATP = No hormones.
Let me say it in plain talk:
    You eat “healthy” things, abi?
Granola. Oats. Low-fat milk. Vegetable oil. Fruit juice. Salad cream.
But your energy is still in the gutter.
    Because you’ve been lied to.
Calories are not the point. ATP is.
And your body can’t make ATP from trash.
    Let’s expose the real enemies:
Vegetable oils (your so-called “heart-friendly” killer)
Too much fructose (sweet fruits and soft drinks)
Processed foods, fake seasoning, long-life snacks
    Antibiotics and binge-eating during stress
No sun. No sleep. No movement.
That’s how your mitochondria get weak.
And when they’re weak? Forget it.
    No energy.
    No sx drive.
    No fat burn.
    No brain power.
Just tired, bloated, anxious, and addicted to sugar like it’s crack.
You can fix it — but not with cereal and vibes.
You fix it by feeding your body what it actually needs.

The applause from the graduation speech still echoed as Zara took her mother’s hand and led her gently toward the center of the stage. The audience watched, captivated. It was no longer just a graduation ceremony. It was a moment the world needed to witness.

Zara turned to her mother and said softly, "Stand tall, Mom. Today, the world will see what I’ve always known."

She removed her graduation toga and placed it on Tasha’s shoulders with care and honor. Then she dropped to her knees, her voice trembling with emotion as she spoke into the mic:

    > "Thank you, Mom. For every sacrifice. For every sleepless night. For every scar you hid behind a smile."

The hall fell silent again. People were holding their breath.

    > "Some of you think she's just a beggar. Some think she's mad. Dirty. Smelling. Just another forgotten woman on the street. But that woman... that woman is my mother.

My hero. My strength. My role model. My everything.

She is the toughest woman I have ever known."

Tasha stood frozen, her eyes wide, her lips trembling. She couldn't believe what was happening. Never in her life did she imagine she’d stand on a stage like this, honored by her daughter before the very people who once mocked her.

    Zara continued:

    > "You see, this woman didn’t just raise me. She raised hope. She raised faith. She raised resilience.

She didn’t have money. She didn’t have a roof over her head. But she had love. And she gave it to me freely.

There were days she didn’t eat, just to make sure I had a little something in my lunchbox. Nights we slept under the stars, and she’d tell me stories instead of complaining.

Even when her mind was drowning in stress, she held my hand and never let go."

Tears were now flowing openly in the crowd. Professors, parents, students—they all watched in awe.

    > "People judged her by her clothes. By her silence. By her pain. But I knew better.

I saw the woman behind the whispers. The one who wiped my tears when no one else noticed I was crying.

I saw the fighter who rose every morning to dig through trash just to feed me. Who protected me from harm. Who told me I could be anything, even when she had nothing."

Zara turned to face her mother directly. She reached out and took both her hands.

    > "Mom... today, I give you this degree. Because it belongs to you more than it does to me.

Every letter in my name carries your sweat. Every grade I earned was built on your pain.

You taught me the meaning of true dignity. Not the kind you wear, but the kind you live.

I love you. And I am proud of you."

She turned back to the microphone:

    > "And to everyone listening... I hope this moment reminds you that greatness can rise from anywhere. From gutters. From uncompleted buildings. From broken families.

Don’t ever judge someone by how they look today. You don’t know the battle they’re fighting.

And to every child here: honor your parents. Especially the ones who gave up everything to see you smile."

The hall exploded with applause. Not the polite kind—the roaring, soul-stirring kind. Some people rose to their feet. Others hugged their children tightly.

Tasha cried openly now, no longer ashamed. She stood on that stage not as a victim, but as a victor.

And as Zara hugged her mother again, someone from the crowd shouted, "You raised a queen, Mama!"

Another added, "You’re a queen too!"

In that moment, the world saw her. Not as a mad woman.

But as the mother of a warrior.

  • A righteous heart listens more than it speaks, Waiting for wisdom to shape its reply. But a foolish mouth runs wild and loud, quick to offend, too proud to try.
    LISTEN MORE AND TALK LESS.

  • Then Job answered the Lord, and said,
Behold, I am vile; what shall I answer thee? I will lay mine hand upon my mouth.

@PiCoreTeam
