Her Daughter Was Always Sick — Until She Stopped Feeding Her ‘Healthy’ Food
Every week they were at the hospital.
Cold. Cough. Fever. Stomach pain. Worms. Tiredness.
She said, “But I feed her well oh. Golden morn. Juice. Cereal. Milk. Tea. Bread with peanut butter.”
I told her the truth:
You’re feeding her like a cartoon character, not like a Nigerian child.
She looked at me like I slapped her.
But she listened.
We swapped it for okra soup, eggs, yam and palm oil, meat stock, sour pap, fermented locust bean, real fish.
That was 5 months ago.
No hospital.
No malaria.
No worms.
Just a strong child with glowing skin and full cheeks.
You’re not spoiling your kids by giving them sweet food.
