• Drank 3 cups of coffee
• Replied one email
• Stared into space for 45 minutes thinking about jollof rice

By 4:55pm, I’m suddenly typing like a hacker in a Nollywood movie.

Dear boss, it’s not laziness… it’s “creative processing time.”

Next thing, small hunger touch me like this — I don chop 2 wraps of fufu, 1 bottle of malt, plus suya join.

Abeg, which kind stubborn spirit dey inside rice and swallow?
Even the salad I buy dey look me like, “na me you go chop last last?”

I don give up. Make I just dey do portion control…
Portion for morning, portion for afternoon, portion for night.
