First of all I am not a medical personnel, I just want to share what I learnt so you too can benefit from it.

Water many people don't like drinking water and it's very good for the body.

If at all you do not eat for days it will not affect you the way water will do when you don't take it for days.

Even people fasting which is spiritual you also need water while during that that does not mean you will thank water when you are fasting.

Your kidneys needs a lot of water so drink water please do that.

Again for those people that think alcohol is not bad thing that even the Bible did not say they should not drink that the Bible said they should not be drunk.

Well-done continue deceiving yourself Alcohol damage the liver.

You think you are forgetting your sorrows when drinking not knowing you are damaging your liver.

And the last one of today is smoking.
Ahh this one even small boys and girls take anything smoke..

Even you know is not good but you ignore it please stop all this things because it damage the lungs gradually and when it happens you will be bearing the pain alone and some even die.

What will you say kill you?

Try to eat fruits it build and nourish the body.

Buy the ones you can afford.

    Take good care of yourself.

  • I refuse to let them have sèx with me that's why they decided to stop giving me a role
Veteran Nollywood actress Moji Afolayan, who is also the wife of popular actor Ojopagogo, has revealed why she has not been featured in movies in recent times, while also stating how some marketers held a meeting to deny her movie roles.

According to Moji Afolayan, she said, "I have only produced one movie since I joined the movie industry in 1985. There was a time when marketers gave money to actress to produce movies for them, but because I can't offer my body for movie roles, they decided not to give me money to work for them. Despite the fact that they know that my husband is also an actor, they will even say that my husband is overprotecting me. I'm happy that I was able to reject their advances towards me because that's what makes me stand out right now.

Some actresses that agreed to be in a relationship with the marketers succeeded in getting famous, but they became en£mies when they wanted to stand on their own. I didn't tell my husband about the marketers behavior towards me, but he's not the one that stopped me from film making as people are insinuating. I didn't allow them to have s£x with me, so they stopped giving me roles."

  • #c12• I was in class that fateful Friday afternoon teaching my students when she raised her hand to ask a question.

I permitted her and she asked a rather too simple question that I supposed she should know the answer.

I had already covered that topic the previous week. "Will you sit down there! With your Ugly face! Olodo!" was the only answer I gave her.

The whole class bursted into laughter and she looked embarrassed.

I went on with my lesson but felt somewhat guilty over what I had said. I finished my class and left. On Sunday, I went to Church. The preacher was talking about the tongue and its power.
He spoke about how you could bring others down by what you say.

I remembered what happened on Friday and became guilty. I swore I was going to apologize to her on Monday when I got to the class.

On Monday afternoon, I went to the class but I didn't see her. I asked after her from her coursemates but they didn't seem to know who I was talking about.

I then said I was looking for the person I insulted on Friday. "Oh, that's Joy Sir! She is not in class today" they answered.
Who is her friend? I asked. "Aisha" they chorused. But Aisha was not in the class either.

Suddenly, a girl with Hijab walked in. "That's Aisha Sir" my students informed me.
Where is your friend? I asked her. "Which one?" She replied without looking at my face. Joy! I said.

The reply shocked me! She is in the mortuary Sir. Mortuary????? Doing what there?? I asked "She died on Friday Sir" Aisha replied.

How come?????? I later found out that after my class on Friday, Joy was hit by a fast moving vehicle.
She was crossing the road absentmindedly probably because of what I said.
"Her burial is on Saturday and you are invited Sir" Aisha continued.

As I stood trying to overcome the shock, Aisha said within tears, "you killed my friend Sir".
She was right! I should be the murderer!
Some girls in the class were already crying! I didn't know what to say, whether to apologize to Joy's friend or Joy's ghost.
I submitted my resignation letter the next day.
Dear Lecturers and Teachers, please stop insulting your student.

They are in school to learn from you. If they already know, they won't be in school!
Please mind what you say to other people. Are your words bringing life or death to the hearers?

  • How I Slept on a Cybercafé Floor to Finish School

"I used to sleep on a cybercafé floor just to finish school, no mattress, no money, just stubborn hope & faith."

Let me give some context for Gen Zs. There used to be this booming business in the early 2000s until about maybe 2016, especially in Cameroon, before mobile phone penetration scaled. That business was the cybercafé.

Around 2011, I used to work in a cybercafé in Bamenda, and I mostly took the night shifts. I was not on any salary. The guy who owned the cybercafé did not need any extra worker, so I negotiated my way through. I told him I would work for free so I could have access to the internet because I was doing my undergraduate program through a distance learning program.

On top of that, I had computer repair skills. So, I struck a deal, I’d promote my services to customers with home computers, and they could call me for repairs. That’s how I planned to earn some money.

So, some nights, I would sleep on the floor of that cybercafé. At the time, internet speed was higher at night, so we had clients who would buy internet time from 10 p.m. till 5 a.m. That is why I had to sleep on the floor sometimes.

At that age of 21, I was broke, half starved and sleeping on the floor of cybercafe most nights just to finish my undergraduate. No mattress, no steady income, just stubborn faith and hopes that after my undergraduate life will be better.

Now? I advise executives across nations, I design curriculums for institutions, I help leaders build institutions that can compete across nations, I have travelled 20+ nations across 4 continents to speak, train and consult and more.

But back then, I was just a hungry boy living most at times on borrowed money.

That particular season of my life always play so fresh in my memories.

Seasons like that will reveal a lot to you and me.

    a) Comfort is not a requirement for calling and destiny
Many wait for ideal conditions before building their lives and destinies. Destiny blueprints and capacity are often handed and developed in wilderness seasons. Ask Jesus Christ, ask Joseph, ask David etc.

    b) Honor your obscurity
While others chased applause and reasons to impress others, build discipline in that season that will sustain you for life. That hidden season shaped my capacity and more. What I am saying is, do not resent your silence or your season of obscurity, use it to your advantage.

    c) Education isn't just academic
The cybercafe floor taught me resourcefulness, resilience, negotiation, survival, relationships and more. Lessons no university can match.

    d) Experiences are your real destiny CV (resume)
Years later, I still reference that floor, that cybercafe experience, I still remember the fights etc. Not as trauma, but as my training ground. I learned a lot from the streets during that season. Put me anywhere, I will build.

That floor became part of my foundation.

  • You know that thinking that always keeps you wondering when will it be my turn?

When will it be my time?

You are trying your best and working hard but it just seems you are not growing, it's as if you are struggling.

Let me tell you something, I am in that stage but one things that keeps me going is FAITH believing that one day your work will pay off.

Standing is not easy even for those that are up ahead growing is not also easy for them but you just have to keep going.

    Keep the work on
Giving up is a road to failure and backwardness
No matter the situation or circumstances hidden your own growth and breakthrough keep trying your best and leave the rest for God.

You will be seen one day

    Just remember this

There is time and season for everyone and when it is time, it will pay.

In all this don't stop learning, coming up and doing what you are doing.

    You will be SEEN.
