Today, I want to share a powerful decision that has transformed my life: choosing discipline over procrastination.

Procrastination is like a comfortable trap, always tempting us with short-term escapes from our responsibilities. But I've learned that yielding to it only delays our dreams and aspirations.

On the other hand, discipline is our steadfast ally. It empowers us to take consistent action, even when motivation is low. It's the key to unlocking our full potential and achieving the life we envision.

Imagine starting each day with purpose, knowing that every step you take is another building block toward your dreams. It’s not always easy, but it's worth it!

Here’s what I've discovered:
Small Wins Matter: Every small task completed builds momentum. Celebrate those victories!

Consistent Action: Progress is about showing up every day, even when it's tough.
Clarity & Focus: Discipline helps prioritize what truly matters, allowing us to focus on our goals.

Long-term Success: Procrastination may offer a quick fix, but discipline builds lasting achievements.

Happy New Month to you and your family beloved, welcome to the sixth month of the year.

According to our text today, gratitude is a good thing that begets good things as a reward in our lives.

When you are genuinely grateful for God's faithfulness in your life, He enlists you for greater glory ahead.

It is an established fact that only a handful of people are thankful because you have to be thoughtful to be thankful.

Only a handful of people are thoughtful enough to be thankful for all of God's faithfulness.

The story of the ten lepers in Luke 17 readily comes to mind, Jesus cleansed ten undeserving lepers who were ostracized and excommunicated from their families and friends because of their highly contagious disease.

Only one was thoughtful enough to return with gratitude. And the remaining nine of them went away like that. They probably thought it was a coincidence. This is the irony of life.

A wise man once said: only great fools are ungrateful.
Today is the first day of the sixth month of the year. Be thoughtful enough to be grateful today because God has been faithful in keeping you alive in spite of your inadequacies and weaknesses.

It is a good thing to give thanks always.

ACTION STEPS
1. Ensure that you are in church today to praise and worship God for His mercies and goodness.
2. Remain thankful always to appreciate God for the gift of life.

PRAYERS
Dear heavenly Father, Thank you for today's devotional guide. Thank you for the privilege of being alive. Forgive me for every sin of ingratitude. And help me to stay thoughtful enough to be grateful always in Jesus' name. Amen.

MEN, Listen Carefully

1. Respect yourself first. The moment you lose self-respect, you become a pawn in someone else's game.

2. Your appearance is your first impression. Invest in yourself, hit the gym, dress well—not for them, but for you. Confidence follows discipline.

3. Master self-control. A man who can control his cravings for sex and food has already conquered most of his weaknesses. Discipline is the key to power.

4. Your friends have battles too. Stop expecting them to always come through. Everyone is fighting a war you don’t see.

5. If you put her on a pedestal, she will look down on you. A king doesn’t beg for loyalty; he earns it through strength and purpose.

6. Betrayal always comes from those closest to you. Be wise with trust. Your worst scars won’t come from strangers.

7. They will mock you, doubt you, and dismiss you—until you succeed. Keep building. Let success be your response.

8. Temporary sacrifices lead to permanent stability. Missing out on fun today is not a loss if it guarantees a better future.
