Why Do People Still End Up Dehydrated… After Drinking Water All Day?

— You chug 8 glasses daily.
— You avoid salt.
— You carried a giant water bottle.
— You checked your urine color.


And Still…

Fatigue. Brain fog. Dry skin. Dark urine.
So why aren’t you truly hydrated?

Let’s be sincere:
— Water alone doesn’t hydrate.
— It doesn’t fix electrolyte imbalance.

Here's the brutal truth:
- Chugging water only flushes out electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium).
