What is grace? It is the free and unmerited favor of God, his gifts to us. One such example was the salvation brought to us by Christ. It is state of being favored and of being the chosen people. One such further example would be the Israelites, who God led to their promised land. We today, have inherited this grace. We today, are simultaneously unworthy of him, yet we are his chosen. Rejoice, rejoice in his grace.

Psalm 27:1-3
His presence makes you stronger.

“The LORD is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the strength of my life;
Of whom shall I be afraid?
When the wicked came against me
To eat up my flesh,
My enemies and foes,
They stumbled and fell.
Though an army may encamp against me,
My heart shall not fear;
Though war may rise against me,
In this I will be confident.” (Verses 1-3)

Every second of every minute of every hour of every day is time that we can spend in the presence of the Lord – if we desire to go there.

THAT MOUTH ODOR IS NOT JUST YOUR MOUTH.
It’s your metabolism dragging you by the gum.
Let me explain before you spray mint all over this post.
Some of you think your toothbrush is your salvation…
But you’re brushing a mouth that’s leaking inflammation, insulin resistance, and undigested trauma.
You don’t just have bad breath.
You have bad metabolic signals.
And your mouth — that same mouth you use to eat bread and lie — is snitching.
Bleeding gums
Constant mouth odor
Gum pain or swelling
You “brush daily” but still can’t kiss with confidence?
That’s not just dental wahala.
That’s a full-body health alert.
You’re not just fighting mouth bacteria.
You’re feeding them.
With your sugar.
With your processed junk.
With the constant eating.
With the stress you refuse to rest from.
With the bread you swear by, even though your gums are dying.
Gum disease is linked to:
– Type 2 diabetes
– High blood pressure
– Belly fat
– Alzheimer’s
– PCOS
– Chronic fatigue
– Fertility problems
Yes. You’re brushing your way to infertility.
Because those bacteria in your mouth don’t stay in your mouth.
They enter your blood.
They enter your brain.
They enter your gut.
They enter your destiny.
This is why DOF screams:
– Water floss.
– Eat better.
– Kill sugar.
– Check your gums.
– Don’t kiss with insulin resistance.
Because you can’t unfat yourself if your mouth is still leaking chaos into your bloodstream.
Your breath is data.

Eat protein and vegetables
Use a water flosser (life changer!)
Stop eating nonsense before bed
Hydrate, don’t soda-ate
Heal your gut = Heal your mouth
Take mouth hygiene serious like you take skincare
Get a diet plan that works WITH your healing, not against it

MESSAGE
Why does God allow suffering before every breakthrough?

There is something very powerful that suffering does in us more than anything else.

Before every breakthrough, there will be suffering, not maybe or possibly, but certainly. This is not because God is cruel, but He is preparing you for something greater than you could ever imagine.

Suffering is not His absence. It is His presence.

It is in the fire where your character is forged, where your faith is stretched, where pride dies, where humility is born.

So many run away from the pain crying, God, where are you in all of these troubles. Guess what, He is right there with you in the tears, in the agony, in the silence, He is closer in your suffering than in your comfort.

When nothing seems to make sense to you, that is when its making the most sense to God.

The enemy trembles when a child of God walks through the fire and holds on to their praises unto God.

God does not allow suffering to destroy you but to strip you of everything that cannot stand in His presence.

Every idol, every illusion, every false hope, every arrogance must be removed.

The storm comes not to drown you but to expose and to remove everything that was never meant to stay.

When it's past, what remains will be unshakeable; that is breakthrough.

Look through the scriptures, Joseph was thrown into a pit, sold into slavery and forgotten, before he ever wore the robe of royalty.

Moses wandered in the desert for forty years before he parted the red sea. David was hunted and hidden in caves before he wore the crown.

And Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour endured the cross, despised the shame before wearing the crown of glory. He endured a horrible death before His glorious resurrection.

You cannot have a resurrection without the crucifixion.

*You cannot have the crown without the cross.*

We live in a world where everyone wants instant blessings, but God is not in a hurry; He is raising soldiers, not entertainers. Soldiers are trained in battlefields, not banquet halls.

God is not absent in your suffering, He is present but silent because the teacher is usually silent during the exams...

No matter what you may be going through today, hold on. It will soon be over, and you will step into your own breakthroughs in Jesus' name. Amen.

1. Thank God for everything that God has allowed you to pass through in your life.
2. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you the lessons you have missed that you still need to move forward.
3. Pray for the wisdom of relevant applications of truth for your transformation.

MESSAGE
Anyone who has ever been betrayed before knows the value of loyalty and confidentiality. It is at such times that we desire to have people we can trust with the secret issues of our lives. And none is as trustworthy and reliable as the Lord our God.
Who loves and protects us despite all He knows about us.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a direct access to God all by yourself?

Some people desire to have a personal access to God without any interference. They want to be able to tell God their secret issues without anyone getting to know about it. They want to get personal with God. Well, that is one of the privileges of using the prayer language.

In today's text, we are told that you are actually on a direct access to God when you use the prayer language.

*It simply says; he that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks not to men but unto God because no man understands him.*

The prayer language is meant to help us communicate on a personal level with God directly without anyone knowing what we are telling him. It is one of the ways God gets personal with all His children on a private level.

The benefits of praying in an unknown tongue is enormous and numerous beyond words. Praying in an unknown tongue is not just engaging the Holy Spirit through the prayer language alone, it is amongst other things; edifying yourself, sort of like charging a battery.

You are charging up your inner man when you pray in tongues.

Life can be so hard and unbearable sometimes. And many times, we are bombarded with issues that weigh us down. The scriptures say we are hard pressed on every sides...

We need to be fully charged up with divine strength to withstand the pressures of life. And using the prayer language is one of the ways we stay spiritually charged up.

The apostle Paul went on to say that your spirit is actually praying directly when you are using the prayer language.

God is a spirit and we can only reach Him through a spiritual medium. Hence the need to engage the Holy Spirit through your spirit.

There is no need to carry your burdens all by yourself any more. You can tell it to Jesus in a coded language.

ACTION STEPS
1. Be assured of your salvation with the Lord today.
2. Pray for the baptism of the Holy Spirit if you are yet to received it. To receive the prayer language.

3. Maintain a tight fellowship with the Lord through the Holy Spirit daily.
