You set the scenes, devise your ponzi schemes,
Then sit back and watch and wait to hear the screams,
Of the puppets you control and manipulate, it seems,
Pandering to their egos and meaningless dreams,
That you force feed them from behind your fascist regimes,
To the point where their existence is squalid and dire.
There’s no smoke without fire.
Greedily carving and starving all the resources and land,
Burning your identity into its flesh to brandish your brand,
Leaving carnage in your wake that you will never understand,
Until you’ve contaminated natures DNA down to its last strand,
And overpriced organic food is systematically banned,
Leaving us all to fend for ourselves, knee deep in your mire.
There’s no smoke without fire.
Then you ply us with alcohol, sugar, tobacco and prescription pills,
That you promise will cure us of our misfortunes and ills,
But instead, they rob us blind of our faculties and skills,
So we can no longer think for ourselves, and we march to your drills,
Governed and controlled by the doctrines penned by your quills,
Sealed by your hot wax stamp with you as its master and sire.
There’s no smoke without fire.
Illegally funded by your megalomaniacal donors and bribes,
You spruik your worthless speeches drafted by your marketing scribes,
To round up your sheep and build your comatose tribes,
Anaesthetised by your false promises and egocentric vibes,
Dependent on commissioned drugs the pharmacist prescribes,
Until we can no longer distinguish the truth teller from the liar.
There’s no smoke without fire.
You preach world peace and equality wearing a bullet proof vest,
Then go home and count the weapons you’ve amassed in your war chest,
And expect us to mindlessly march and fight for you at your behest,
With the sole reason to support and sustain your senseless quest,
For artificial power and profit from conflict that only you can invest,
We’re incapacitated and disabled behind your trip wire.

Conceited oligarchs of this world hiding in your country club cult,
Inconsequentially underestimating the masses, causing pain and insult,
The time has come for your reign to expire so we can change the result,
Which has already started with awakened souls, joining hands to revolt,
Who will not be silenced by your propaganda, but our voices are not a tumult,
Armageddon is upon us, will shout your town crier.

No longer can we bear to be overshadowed by your suffocating shade,
And foolishly follow you down a path from which you have strayed,
We need to emancipate that which you have conquered and slayed,
And free our own minds from being subconsciously brainwashed and played,

From the feelings and yearnings of our souls, a new paradigm will transpire.

We will celebrate as we watch your disinformation and misinformation burn,
So we can finally trust our instincts and intuition to feel what we learn,
Never again to be judged or measured by what we own, or what we earn,
You need to join the ride or step aside, for now it is our time, our turn,
