Tems’ manager, Muyiwa Awoniyi, shares how her selflessness and mindset led him to turn down a standard contract—and build a whole company with her instead.

“She was chasing me to sign my own contract. I’ve never seen that before. She would ask me, ‘Have you signed? Please sign it, we need to start moving.’ And I said to her, ‘Wait—you don’t mind signing paperwork?’ That’s when I knew… this girl isn’t the average girl and I could rock with her for life.”

  • Dear LADY...

Are you a BLESSING or a BURDEN?

It still baffles me how some ladies go into a relationship expecting the guy to be their savior. Some ladies have turned our brothers to an automated teller machine. They won't even go into the relationship with their problems alone, they go into it with that of their family members too.

Aunty, it is important for you to go into a Godly relationship as a BLESSING not a BURDEN. Determine to be a blessing to any man that finds you. Let him be forever grateful to God for choosing you! Don't be a burden to the man God has prepared for you. You are more than what you think! Do all you can to make a POSITIVE impact in his life.

Relationship and marriage is all about what you two can bring to the table. It is all about how you can make each other a better person in every aspects of life. It takes SELF-CENTEREDNESS to ruin a relationship. Don't keep working for your personal gains in that relationship, instead, be the impact you want to see. A successful relationship is built on SELFLESSNESS.

What impact have you made in the life of that brother since you gave him a YES? Abi your own is just to receive gifts, money and attention? What contributions have you made to that relationship? How many good virtues have you attracted into his life? Have you been a true friend and partner? Have you been able to strengthen his walk with God? Have you impacted him positively in all areas of life?

Aunty, you are woman of Substance. A woman of Knowledge, a carrier of LIFE and LIGHT. Your impact on your man carries an heavy weight. Your impact in his life goes a long way. Be the best thing that will ever happen to your man. Be a major BLESSING in the course of his destiny not a BURDEN. You are a miracle on two legs, much more than you think. Live in that consciousness!

Say this to yourself, I am a BLESSING and not a BURDEN.

  • ADOKA COMMUNITY BURDEN BEARING: THE ACT OF A GENERATIONAL THINKER LEADER!

As that Adoka concerned, genuine, sincere, selfless and sacrificial burden bearer whose primary and major interest is to see to the community's overcoming the age long endemic water challenge confronting her since the days of our forefathers and till date.

This is one of those my solo/independent, painstaking, sincere, selfless and sacrificial Adoka community burden bearing adventure and journey into searching for a possible solution that will salvage that age long water challenge confronting her. And to eventually bring succour and relief to us all that are inhabitants and indigenes of the community inclusively.

As shown in the pictures below was a one full week geophysical survey searching for sustainable underground water for a possible borehole drilling and installation (being the first batch communities surveyed) carried out for me by JAGMORES SERVICES BOREHOLES in 9 communities of Adoka covering from:

    Opa community 1 spot
    Aiya community 1 spot
    Aune community 1 spot
    Centre community 3 spots
    Okpaflo community 1 spot
    Ogodumu community 1 spot
    Ipepe community 1 spot
    Olakpga community 1 spot
    Umogidi community 1 spot

This is a self sponsored project that cost me a huge sum of Seven Hundred And Fifty Thousand Naria (N750,000) only including a spot survey that cost Fifty Thousand Naria (N50,000) each and all the necessary logistics throughout the one week survey exercise carried out in those 9 Adoka communities with discovery of water at 11 spots two years ago. There is more efforts been put in place and on course to eventually execute the real project of drilling and installing the boreholes to serve and supply these respective Adoka communities portable drinking water. Thereby, putting an end to the age long water challenge confronting the communities by the grace of God

This selflessness and sacrifice was precipitated by my long burning passion, desire, advocacies and pursuit towards bringing a lasting and sustainable intervention to these long existing and neglected menace confronting my beloved homing community Adoka.

As a good, burdened and concerned citizen, I will not fold my hands to watch, wait and look only out for politicians or government to come and help which they may not come. So, I choose to take the bull by the horn and independently make this historic sacrifice by doing this foundational part trusting God to breath on it and see me to its fruition sustainably.

God helping us, this is a generational burden projected been courageously and purposefully taken upon my shoulder independently that will see great success and eventual completion going forward if Christ tarry to come.

Many thanks to the Och'Adoka Alegwu, The Adoka area traditional council,Rev. James Oyi Prof. Bishop, Barr. Sunday Ojama Oche Felix Williams O. Ofoine Frank Olokpo and many others and communities for standing solidly by me and also offering us water to drink throughout the one week field work. Including the woman at Aiya who roasted yam with palm oil for us to each while working in the field at Aiya community.

ADOKA IN NO DISTANT TIME BY THE MERCIES AND GRACE OF GOD MUST BE RELIEVED OF THIS UGLY AND DEADLY WATER CHALLENGE FACING HER OVER THE YEARS.

  • Two days ago we celebrated mother's day, come to think of it who is a mother?

A mother is someone who nurtures, cares for, and provides love and support to a child. This can be biological, adoptive, or even in a chosen family dynamic. A mother isn’t just defined by giving birth but by the role she plays in a child's life—offering guidance, protection, and unconditional love.

    Characteristics of a mother

A mother is often characterized by a mix of emotional, psychological, and practical qualities. While every mother is unique, some common characteristics include:

    1. Unconditional Love – A mother’s love is deep, unwavering, and not based on conditions. She cares for her children regardless of their flaws.

    2. Nurturing Nature – She provides emotional and physical support, ensuring her children feel safe, loved, and cared for.

    3. Patience – Raising children requires immense patience, from teaching life lessons to handling tantrums.

    4. Selflessness – A mother often puts her child’s needs before her own, sacrificing time, sleep, and personal desires for their well-being.

    5. Strength and Resilience – She remains strong through challenges, whether emotional, financial, or personal, to support her family.

    6. Guidance and Wisdom – A mother imparts life lessons, values, and knowledge, helping her children navigate life’s ups and downs.

    7. Protectiveness – She instinctively protects her child from harm, whether emotional or physical.

    8. Compassion and Empathy – Understanding her child’s feelings and struggles, she provides comfort and reassurance.

    9. Dedication and Hard Work – Whether she’s a stay-at-home mom, a working mother, or balancing both, she is committed to providing a better life for her child.

    10. Forgiveness – Even when children make mistakes, a mother forgives and continues to support them.

While these characteristics are common, motherhood looks different for everyone. Some mothers may express love through actions rather than words, while others may be more emotional.

What do you think defines a mother best?

Let's have your opinion on this

  • 4 ejaculation skills that secretly turn her on
Ejaculation is a hot topic when it comes to sex, but the debate is usually about how long you can delay it in order to make sex more intense and more pleasurable for your lady. Nevertheless, new studies have found that the volume and intensity of your ejaculation are also very important to female sexual pleasure.

There are a lot of factors that REALLY turn a woman on when it comes to semen, but the most important of them is, of course, biological. Women are wired to associate sperm with procreation – even if they don’t want a child right now. A powerful boatload of semen indicates a healthy and fertile male who is not only able to get a woman pregnant quickly, but also strong enough to provide for a potential family. And that turns her on like crazy!

So let’s talk about the sexiest ejaculation skills you can develop to make your lady obsessed with getting naked:

    Your semen volume

Adult performers you see in X-rated videos blow impressive loads… and while I always tell you it’s not healthy to compare yourself to other men, I know you will do that anyway – because it’s human nature. And women also consume porn nowadays – which means she might have some… big expectations when it comes to your load. The thing is women associate the volume of your load with the level of attraction and pleasure you experience while having sex with them. They think the more you shoot, the more satisfied and into them you are.

This is the reason why your lady will get more and more into sex with you if your load is consistent.

    Your ability to delay ejaculation

When you’re able to delay your ejaculation even when it’s obvious that you’re totally into what’s happening, you communicate your masculine strength, something that makes women obsessed with getting naked. Nothing is sexier than a man who is strong enough to control his sexual impulses even when it seems like ejaculation is inevitable. Plus, the fact that you’re doing it to prolong her pleasure is even more exciting. A woman will do anything for a man who is capable of so much strength and selflessness.

The ability to ejaculate every time

There is this myth that women find it harder to orgasm while men can do it easily and as many times as they want. But the truth is a lot of men experience the inability to ejaculate, and the causes are the same: stress, lack of proper sleep, powerful emotions or even a poor diet. However, many studies have found that women find it very distressing when their partner is suddenly unable to ejaculate, and that is because they feel they’re not desired or attractive enough. It’s actually a sure way to destroy their night and their self-esteem.

If this happens to you I recommend paying attention to your lifestyle. If you are stressed it might help to get into yoga or meditation. Your diet is also very important, so make sure you eat as many fresh foods as you can. Aim to sleep at least 7 hours every night.

The sounds you make while ejaculating

While women don’t like men who scream as hard as they do during sex play, it’s just as bad to remain completely silent – and that’s because we can’t tell if you’re into it or not or if you even like us. Plus, a powerful scream at that peak moment of release makes you look sexier and more masculine while it makes us proud for sharing that special erotic experience with you. So try to give her subtle but somehow strong clues that you’re completely into it.

4 ejaculation skills that secretly turn her on Ejaculation is a hot topic when it comes to sex, but the debate is usually about how long you can delay it in order to make sex more intense and more pleasurable for your lady. So let’s talk about the sexiest ejaculation skills you can develop to make your lady obsessed with getting naked: Your semen volume Adult performers you see in X-rated videos blow impressive loads… and while I always tell you it’s not healthy to compare yourself to other men, I know you will do that anyway – because it’s human nature. Your ability to delay ejaculation When you’re able to delay your ejaculation even when it’s obvious that you’re totally into what’s happening, you communicate your masculine strength, something that makes women obsessed with getting naked. Nothing is sexier than a man who is strong enough to control his sexual impulses even when it seems like ejaculation is inevitable. Plus, the fact that you’re doing it to prolong her pleasure is even more exciting. A woman will do anything for a man who is capable of so much strength and selflessness. The ability to ejaculate every time There is this myth that women find it harder to orgasm while men can do it easily and as many times as they want.
