  • U.S Congress Receives Bill To Ban Male €j∆culation Without Intent To Impr€gnate | #IgbereTV

    An American state senator, Bradford Blackmon, has proposed a bill titled the “Contraception Begins at €rection Act” before the Mississippi senate that will ban men from €jaculating without the intention of impr€gnating a woman.

    According to WLBT News, the bill put forward by the Democrat lawmaker, if passed into law, seeks to make it “unlawful for a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilise an embryo.”

    If the bill is passed into law, anybody convicted of violating the section would be fined $1,000 for the first offence, $5,000 in fine for the second instance and $10,000 for a third conviction.

    Mr Blackmon argued that all contraception bills that are being passed in the United States, especially Mississippi, are focused on women’s roles, and he hopes to bring men’s roles into conversation with the bill.

    “All across the country, especially here in Mississippi, the vast majority of bills relating to contraception and/or ∆bortion focus on the woman’s role when men are fifty per cent of the equation,” he told WLBT News.

    “This bill highlights that fact and brings the man’s role into the conversation. People can get up in arms and call it absurd, but I can’t say that bothers me.”

    Something remarkable happened in a Court in America

    A Judge temporarily blocked President Trump's Executive order which tends to prohibit birthright citizenship for non-Americans.

    To be clear,

    Section 1 of the 14th Amendment of American Constitution which says;
    "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

    Only the Congress with the highest support of lawmakers in majority of the States in America can possibly abolish this Constitutional provision

    But the all knowing lord Trump says No! He wants to do it

    I know that several Judges of lower courts will certainly stampede Trump based that Constitutional provisions

    They won't give him breathing space to flex most of his draconian Orders

    So, what’s giving Trump this kind of lawless courage?

    Well let me hazard a guess here;

    I fear for the highly lousy and compromised Supreme of America that’s populated with several Trump apologists

    They’re the only ones that Trump is obviously relying on to behave like a bull in a china shop without restraints

    Normally, that very constitutional provision should ordinarily be their albatross and greatest undoing in this case

    But,

    the Supreme Court's judges in America has done worst recently just to please Trump

    Last year, they invariably ruled that Trump can blow down the country, killl everybody in broad daylight, and get away with it

    Provided he did it while in office.

    That even after he leaves Office, nothing will happen, he can't be prosecuted based on some nonsense immunity.

    Thats the kind of Supreme Court justices in America today
