AN 18-YEAR-OLD BOY WHO WAS UNDERGOING AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME IN ANAMBRA STATE HAS IMPREGNATED NO FEWER THAN 10 GIRLS


An 18-years-old randy boy, has impregnated no fewer than 10 girls in Anambra state


The Anambra State commissioner for Women’s Affairs and Social Welfare, Ify Obinabo disclosed this in a social media video, saying that the matter was brought before him on Tuesday.

Two of the pregnant girls are his master’s daughter and sales girl, while the 8 others were impregnated just two months after staying in the village, after his boss sent him packing.


According to Obinabo in a live video she shared on social media seeking advice, she said, “I want advice from the public because this one is beyond my capacity.

“This boy was sent to learn trade at the age of 18 and three months of apprenticeship, he impregnated his oga’s daughter and his sales girl. He was sent packing. Two months after that, he impregnated 8 others in the village.

The mother reported the matter to my office, saying, anytime she sees a girl coming towards her house nowadays, her heart would jump, and that she needs help.

“This matter is beyond me, the reason, I want the public to help me come up with solution. Is it spiritual?

“I asked the boy the magic he uses in luring the girls to bed, but he told me he always tell them that he loves them and will like to marry them any time he acquires wealth.”


However, the commissioner did not disclose the community where the boy hails from, nor the name of the mother while narrating the issue.

She said: “This problem is beyond me because of the boy’s age and the number of pregnant girls involved, that’s why I need help to solve it,” Obinabo laments.

ANGRY MOB KILLS FOOTBALL REFEREE, BODY SET ABLAZE


Bukavu, a city already scarred by years of instability, was rocked this week by the horrific lynching of respected football referee Patrick Ngalamulume, who was beaten and set ablaze by a mob following an unproven accusation of theft.

The 36-year-old official, affectionately known as “Ngalas,” was killed in the early hours of May 6 in Bukavu’s Irambo neighborhood. Eyewitnesses say a false rumor triggered a deadly chain of events, as enraged residents took the law into their own hands and carried out a gruesome public execution.

Ngalamulume was widely known in Bukavu’s football community for his fairness, integrity, and calm approach on the pitch. He officiated under the Bukavu Urban Football Association (EUFBUK) and was a familiar face across local tournaments. Friends and colleagues described him as “a man of discipline and peace.”

The attack unfolded overnight, as a baseless accusation rapidly turned into mob violence. “There was no investigation, no police involvement. Just rage,” said a local resident who witnessed the violence but asked not to be named. “They beat him like he was nothing—and then set him on fire.”

Emergency services failed to intervene in time. The slow response has sparked outrage among civil society groups and sports officials who blame weak state institutions for enabling lawlessness. “This is what happens when the justice system fails completely,” said a spokesperson for a local human rights coalition.

The killing has drawn condemnation nationwide. In a statement, EUFBUK called for an urgent and impartial investigation, describing the attack as “a barbaric act that must not go unpunished.” They urged authorities to arrest all those involved and restore order in Bukavu and its surroundings.

Eastern Congo has long been plagued by insecurity, exacerbated by the presence of armed groups and a faltering state presence. In the vacuum of authority, extrajudicial killings and mob justice have become tragically common. Activists say Ngalamulume’s death is a chilling reminder of how low public trust has sunk.

“This isn’t just about one man,” said civil society leader Mireille Baguma. “It’s about a country where people no longer believe the police will protect them or that courts will deliver justice.”

Local officials have promised a crackdown and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice. But skepticism remains high among residents who have heard similar promises in the past. “We want action, not speeches,” said a youth football coach in Bukavu.

As the city mourns the brutal loss of one of its own, Patrick Ngalamulume’s death has become more than a personal tragedy—it is a national wake-up call. His memory now stands as a symbol of both the beauty of the game he served and the urgent need for justice in a broken system.

The Silent Tears

Amaka and Jide were the kind of couple that radiated love and laughter. From the outside, everything looked perfect. But behind the closed doors of their home, silence often screamed louder than words.

Seven years into their marriage and no child. The first two years, they smiled through it. By the third year, the comments started. “When are we hearing good news?” “You know, it’s good to act fast before it’s too late.” The words stung, but they smiled anyway. Inside, the emptiness grew.

Doctors said there was no issue. But every month brought hope, and every month ended in pain. Amaka cried herself to sleep many nights. Jide remained her strength, but even he started breaking inside. Family pressures mounted, unsolicited advice poured in—from traditional cleanses to prayer camps. They tried everything. Nothing changed.

There was a moment, one rainy night, when Amaka packed a bag. “Maybe I’m the problem. Maybe you deserve a chance to be a father,” she whispered through tears. Jide held her tightly and said, “You are my miracle, with or without children. But our story isn’t over yet.”

They decided to stop trying and started living again—supporting others, building their faith, and embracing each day. The wait didn’t get easier, but they found peace in their togetherness.

And then, in the 9th year, a miracle happened.

POLICE RAID ALLEGED GAY SAFEHOUSE IN LEKKI, LEADERS ON THE RUN

On Friday, 2 May 2025, security operatives stormed an apartment in the Lekki area of Lagos State, reportedly occupied by men suspected of engaging in same-sex relationships. The building, which community members had reportedly flagged for suspicious activity, was described as a base for a group allegedly involved in promoting homosexual activity under the guise of a non-governmental organisation.

The occupants of the apartment, identified as Asare George and Attah Dominc, who are said to be the founders of a so-called Peace Coalition Group, remain at large following the raid that led to multiple arrests.

According to local reports, residents raised concerns over what they described as illegal activities taking place within the premises. These suspicions were reportedly tied to the group’s perceived contravention of the Same Sex Marriage Prohibition Act (SSMPA), signed into law in 2014.

The SSMPA prescribes a prison term of up to 10 years for individuals who directly or indirectly engage in or support same-sex relationships or organisations promoting such relationships in Nigeria.

Mr James Olaiya, Chief Security Officer of the local neighbourhood, stated that suspicions had been growing for months following intelligence received from Ondo State. He explained that one of the group’s alleged leaders, Attah Dominic, based in Ondo state, had been the subject of previous reports accusing him of harbouring homosexual men while fronting as a peace and development advocate.

“Attah Dominic, who operates out of Ondo State, had been reported to us for engaging in same-sex activities and running a group that masked itself as a peace forum,” Olaiya said. “We began monitoring them closely and eventually caught them in the act.”

The raid, carried out jointly by local vigilante forces and the police, led to the arrest of several members believed to be part of the organisation. Authorities confirmed that those detained are currently in custody and assisting with ongoing investigations.

However, the group’s alleged leaders, Attah and Asare, escaped during the operation and remain on the run. Police have launched a manhunt to locate and apprehend the duo. A reward has also been announced for anyone who can provide credible information that leads to their arrest.

Security officials reiterated their commitment to enforcing the law and tracking down individuals who, in their view, operate in violation of national legislation.

Dating a single mother sometimes may be risk.

When I met her, I didn’t let the fact that she was a single mother affect how I saw her. I treated her with so much love and respect.
She told me the man responsible for her child abandoned her when she was pregnant so I took responsibility of the child. I changed his name to mine after I married the mother.
I’ve done nothing but love this woman with everything in me. I put her kid in a good school and established a good business for her to operate. I never took a penny from her business, I only put in more money for her to expand and be a boss of her own. She bought her own car aside what I gave her in 2021 and started building a house she claimed she wanted her mother to occupy.
We have two kids together, making three in total. I’ve only been a good father and husband to my family. I don’t interfere in my wife’s business, I respect her ideas so I only encourage her to grow.
I work full time, I’m my own boss but I still make sure I go to work everyday and spend the normal hours I’ve to at work. My wife does same but sometimes I try to visit her at work and on several occasions, I met her absence. Her excuse was always, she went to check on some materials. I have always believed her.
Three months ago an issue of DNA came up at work. One of my employees said he went to do it after he discovered his wife was still in contact with one of her ex lovers but the result was positive, he was the father of his children.
That drove me to conduct a DNA on my own kids. I thought it was a waste of money at first, but after careful consideration, I decided it was necessary, since my wife was once with someone before me.
I never saw or heard her talk of this baby daddy since we met. I doubted the results would be anything else than what will say the kids are mine. After all, I even changed her child’s name to mine.
So the results came out two weeks ago. I went for it and when I checked, neither of the kids are mine. I was so shocked! I said nothing, I only stayed away from the house for three days so I could calm down. After that, I invited her parents and mine over and made her read the results of the test to them herself. She didn’t know why I called the meeting, I shocked her and everyone else.
She confessed at the meeting that the kids were all for Owura, her baby daddy. The man she claimed abandoned her. She was using my money to feed Owura. Owura was occupying the house she claimed to be building for her mother. Owura knew me all along. My wife would go and stay at his place for hours and then return to the house, saying she’s from work.
, I took everything from her. Every single penny. Even the house and car she bought for herself, I took it. I told her to take me to court if she wanted. I sent her away with the kids to go and stay with their father. Only thing I didn’t touch was her bank balance, if she had any.
Over 14 years that I was with her, she did nothing but deceive me. Make a fool out of me. I regret ever meeting her. I live in pain and regret every day sir.
