Ahmad Manasra, 23, has been released after completing nine-and-a-half-year sentence, lawyer says.

Israel continues to escalate against Hezbollah in Lebanon,
jeopardizing the ceasefire brokered by the United States last November. The ceasefire was supposed to end the confrontation that broke when
Hezbollah began launching attacks against the Israeli Defense Forces
(IDF) in support of Hamas in the Gaza Strip a day after the surprise
attack on Israel on October 7 of 2023. Israel, however, continued to
launch strikes against the group and kept troops in five posts in
southern Lebanon. The IDF escalated its operations against Hezbollah in recent weeks,
launching on March 28 its first strike against the Lebanese capital,
Beirut, since the ceasefire entered into effect. Israel said that the
strike was a response to two rockets that were launched from Lebanon at
the settlement of Kiryat Shmona earlier in the day, although Hezbollah
had denied responsibility. The strike hit a building used by Hezbollah’s drone unit in the southern Beirut suburb of Dahiyeh, according to the IDF.Hezbollah refrained from responding, but this was not apparently enough to avoid further escalation by Israel. The IDF struck the southern suburbs of Beirut again on April 1, this
time killing Hassan Bdair, a senior commander of Hezbollah. Three other
people were killed in the strike.Bdair was allegedly a member of Hezbollah’s Unit 3900 and of the elite Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.Hezbollah again showed restraint, but to no avail. An Israeli strike
hit the coastal Lebanese city of Sidon early on April 4, killing Hassan
Farhat, the commander of Hamas forces in the western sector of Lebanon.
At least two other people were killed. The IDF said at the time that
Farhat advanced “numerous attacks” on Israeli civilians and troops.Israel escalated further on April 7, killing Muhammad Adnan Mansour,
the commander of a local Hezbollah rocket unit in a strike on the
southern Lebanese area of Taybeh. The next day, April 8, the IDF
launched a strike against an alleged air defense depot of Hezbollah
close to the northeastern Lebanese city of Baalbek. As a result of Israeli pressure, a senior Hezbollah official told
Reuters on April 8 that the group was ready to hold talks with the
Lebanese president about its weapons if the IDF withdraws from southern
Lebanon and stops its strikes. This was not, however, good enough for Israel, which on April 9
accused Hezbollah of rebuilding a weapons manufacturing site in Beirut.
The accusation is clearly meant to justify further escalation, including
the renewal of attacks on the Lebanese capital. All in all, the future of Hezbollah appears to be in limbo. With no
way to deter Israel, the group could reorganize its forces on a much
smaller scale, or even move away from the Iran-led Axis of Resistance.DEAR FRIENDS. Some desperate Ukrainian armored forces are moving from Sumy, but they are moving under the radar of Russian intelligence, and it is clear that Kiev’s tactics will soon be humiliated again!
According to the latest news from the front, Kiev suffered heavy losses of personnel and equipment from Demidovka and Popovka. Russian military channels released a video on April 8 showing infographic images captured by Russian intelligence of a failed Ukrainian assault troops on the forest area around Demidovka. More images show bodies of Ukrainian assault troops strewn about after failing to hold out, badly battered by Russian fire in the battle to retake Demidovka. Russian forces countered the advance with innovative tactics, particularly through the deployment of advanced UAV units, capable of carrying heavy weapons such as tank mines, as well as special weapons designed to hit enemy personnel and equipment. One of these successful attacks had a significant impact, with the “explosion” described as devastating. In addition to personnel, one of the few American M1A1 SA Abrams tank, the Ukraine only remaining extra armor, was thrown into the fray. Tank from the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were quickly disabled after penetrates Demidovka, now abandoned in Russian settlement, representing another armor not included in the video frame.
Behind the actions of the combat groups, there is hard work in the rear, in the field laboratories, where technological solutions are born that would be the envy of professional defense specialists. Special Forces "Anvar" showed their field laboratory in a video on April 9, about drone attacks on equipment and artillery strikes on Ukrainian infantry from the Demidovka and Popovka areas, when Ukraine tried to enter the Belgorod region last week. Today, almost every unit that has a UAV group is also a small design bureau. Not without reason, the Russian Defense Minister recently noted that the most effective robotic systems are born in the troops.Mirrored - MILITARY TUBE TODAY

Around 150 officers in the Israeli Navy have signed a letter addressed to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Security Minister Israel Katz, Knesset members, and military leadership, demanding an immediate halt to the war on #Gaza.

Published by Israeli media, the letter criticizes the government's failure to secure the release of 59 captives still held in Gaza, warning of "the dangers faced by soldiers, the harm inflicted on Israelis, and the unequal sharing of burdens." They further emphasized that "security decisions are being made based on illegitimate considerations."

Their message echoed a separate petition signed by 950 active and reserve fighter pilots refusing service, arguing the war on #Gaza "serves nothing but narrow personal and political interests" while draining the military.

FIRST OF ITS KIND BOOK DOCUMENTS THE LIVES OF THE CONVERTS TO ISLAM WHO BECAME MARTYRS, INCLUDING GRANDSON OF MALCOLM X

Several Hezbollah martyrs who came from non-Shi’a Muslim backgrounds also are included in the book with exclusive biographies and narratives.

Basira Press publications released its debut book, The Firmest Handle: Converts to Islam Who Became Martyrs, on 21 October 2024. This is the first book to ever be published on Islamic martyrs who had converted to Islam or went from one school of thought within Islam towards Shi’a Islam.

It is also the first-ever book to write about the life and suspicious murder of Martyr Malcolm Latif Shabazz, the grandson of African American Muslim leader Malcolm X. Featuring exclusive interviews with many of Malcolm Shabazz’s friends and colleagues, including former US congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, it sheds much light and gives strong clues into how he was murdered and that the mainstream media narrative surrounding his death are a bunch of lies meant to defame him and his grandfather.

The martyrs featured in the book include: Tony Abi Ghanem, a Lebanese Christian who converted to Shi’a Islam and joined Hezbollah; Malcolm X and his grandson Malcolm Latif Shabazz; Edoardo Agnelli, sole heir to the Italian multi-billion Agnelli dynasty; Samir Kuntar, the Hezbollah commander who originally was from a Druze background; Ayman al-Fakih, a Lebanese secular Sunni Muslim who converted to Shiism and joined Hezbollah; Jerome “Kamel” Courcelle, a half-French, half-Tunisian who converted to Islam and went to Iran in the 1980s, joining the armed forces to fight against the US/Zionist-backed Baathist regime of Iraq; and more. Basira Press conducted exclusive interviews with friends and family of the martyrs.

The book is available in both hardcover and paperback via the Basira Press store as well as Amazon. Ships worldwide. Plans to translate into multiple world languages is in the works. A portion of the proceeds of the book’s profits will go to support different charities.

“Prior to the reappearance of #ImamMahdi (a.f.), we were not taught to just sit and wait without doing something but waiting; we have to work, to prepare for his reappearance so that we will be among his faithful followers.”

For ages Sheikh Zakzaky has been saying that the current Nigeria's System of governance is not suitable for us as a nation, the system doesn't fit our people's religious and cultural background, we are people with deep adherence to religion much more than most part of the world, we refer to religious rulings on many things in our lives, be it; social, economical and political matters.

But we are being governed by something alien to us, ruled by laws unfavorable to our people's perspectives, the system has provisions which if appropriately utilized people would at least find some solace in it.

Nigeria's constitution(1999 amendment) is a copy and paste of America's, in it; there exists many rights given to citizens, among many is the right to protest, right to publicly express one's opinion support or against the authority.
Right to peacefully demonstrate on the streets and public avenues to express one's opinion as their fundamental right.—In America citizens enjoy such rights as they're vividly provided in their constitution; but unfortunately in Nigeria reverse is the case, there are such provisions same as in America, but exercising those freedom is akin to getting shot, murdered, tortured and imprisoned by Nigerian government, they took oath with whatever they hold sacred that they'll defend and uphold all provisions in the constitution, yet they violently violate those provisions in daylight and get no reprisal from the masses.

Nigerians (especially northerners) can never benefit from this system, they will always be at disadvantage, for their religious perception is the greatest hindrance to that, so why not changing this system with something we recognize, and could benefit from as a nation?

As long as Nigeria is being ruled under this system, with politicians of same mentality, the day of Joy and happiness for Nigerians will forever stay an unachievable dream.

#PhotoNews | JASAZ Commemorates Shaheed Baqir al-Sadr and Shaheeda Bint al-Huda.

Jaishu Shaheed Ahmad Zakzaky (JASAZ), under the leadership of Sayyid Zakzaky (H), has commemorated the martyrdom of Shaheed Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr and his sister, Shaheeda Amina Bint al-Huda.

The event was held on the evening of Wednesday, 9th April, in Abuja. Scores of people participated in the emotional yet impactful gathering.

During the program, Sheikh Yasir delivered a lecture highlighting the biography and legacy of Shaheed Baqir al-Sadr. The second lecture was presented by Brother Baqeer Gashua, who spoke on the topic: “Sadr’s Ideas and Thoughts: The Need to Keep Them Alive.”

Shaheed Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr was a renowned Islamic scholar, philosopher, and revolutionary. He was brutally martyred by the regime of Saddam Hussein, alongside his sister, due to their unwavering stance, thought provoking and intellectual movement that challenged the foundations of tyranny.

The #CollapseOfZionism!

Nearly 1,000 current and former #Zionist Air Force reservists signed a letter demanding the release of the captives held in #Gaza, even if it comes at the cost of ending the war on Gaza entirely!

In response, Zionist Air Force Commander Tomer Bar, with full support from the head of #ZOF (“iDF”) terrorist organization, Eyal Zamir, has decided that any service member who signed the letter released will be immediately and permanently dismissed from the ZOF!

The ZOF emphasized that it cannot tolerate “active-duty servicemembers” signing a letter that expresses a lack of trust in the military!

The ZOF clarified that while it has no issue with reservists engaging in protests on personal matters, they must do so without associating the military or their role with the protest!

The letter, signed by around 1,000 individuals, is supported by “air personnel in reserves and retirement!”

It is worth noting that several reservists removed their names from the letter before its publication after discussions with the Zionist Air Force. However, the other active reservists who signed the letter are set to be dismissed from service by Bar, with the full backing of ZOF head Eyal Zamir!

The ZOF reiterated that it cannot accept reservists “using the ‘israeli’ Air Force brand” to protest political issues!

It is worth noting that #ZionistMedia reported on Tuesday that Bar met with several reservists and veterans, including former #ZAF (“iAF”) commanders, regarding their plans to issue a public letter calling for a halt to service!

In mid-March, the Zionist occupation military resumed its bombing campaign against #Palestinian civilians in Gaza, breaching a two-month #ceasefire agreement that brought relative calm and had ensured a prisoner exchange between Zionist regime and the #PalestinianResistance!

During the Zionist regime’s initial effort to push through the judicial overhaul, which was suspended on October 7, 2023, hundreds of reservists, including dozens of pilots, refused to serve in protest!

They argued that the reforms undermined [so-called] “israel’s” democracy and cast doubt on the legitimacy of military orders!

-ˋˏ✄┈┈┈┈

Zionist Channel 14 correspondent:

🗯 “So far, the Air Force has identified around 90 active-duty soldiers who signed the letter. There will be no collective punishment, but some soldiers will be permanently dismissed from service. Air Force Commander Tomer Bar does not intend to overlook the matter, considering the signing of the letter—despite the discussions held over the past week—as a ‘betrayal of personal trust in him and in the Air Force.’ At this stage, the commander intends to give them a chance to withdraw their signatures and their support for the letter. So far, only five soldiers have removed their signatures.”

-ˋˏ✄┈┈┈┈

The Zionist newspaper “Maariv” (Avi Ashkenazi):

“A year and a half later, #Hamas still controls Gaza, and ‘israel’ has failed to retrieve 59 captives despite massive destruction and territorial control.”

“The ‘israeli’ army admits it has only destroyed 25% of Hamas’ tunnels.”

-ˋˏ✄┈┈┈┈

The Zionist newspaper “israel Hayom” quoting settlers in “Kiryat Shmona” illegal settlement:

“We are in a psychological war with ourselves. Will the situation escalate again? Will we be forced to leave once more?”

“Many returnees discovered that ‘their homes’ are not in good condition, and not everyone has the means or knowledge to claim their rights.”

“It is clear that many shops have not yet reopened. Some families are still afraid and have not returned to their homes, while others are waiting for government support to begin repairs.”

Some 1,000 Israeli aircrew defy threat of sack to urge end to Gaza war

Nearly 1,000 current and former Israeli air force reservists have signed a letter demanding an immediate end to the regime's war on the Gaza Strip, saying it only serves political and personal interests.

They published the letter on Thursday despite a warning by Israeli air force chief Major General Tomer Bar to dismiss the signatories from service.

"Currently, the war serves mainly political and personal interests, not security interests," they wrote, referring to Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu's insistence on on continuing the brutal onslaught against Palestinians in Gaza.

The reserve and retired Israeli aircrew members added that the continuation of the Gaza offensive "does not contribute to any of its declared goal and will lead to the deaths" of captives and the occupation soldiers.

"As has been proven in the past, only a deal can bring back" the captives safely, while military pressure mainly leads to their killing, wrote the signatories to the letter, which was originally slated to be publicized on Tuesday.

They also called on all Israelis to mobilize and demand the end of the genocide in Gaza and the return of all captives. "Every day that passes puts their lives at risk."

On Wednesday, Bar met personally with the reservists, warning that if they signed the letter, they would be dismissed from service. However, only 25 retracted their signatures while eight additional aircrew personnel signed the letter.

In the meeting, the reserve officers strongly criticized Bar’s threat to dismiss all signatories, calling it a legal and ethical overreach that violates reservists’ rights to express political views, according to Haaretz.

On March 19, the Israeli military discharged two reservists, one from intelligence, the other from the air force, after they refused to join the resumption of the Gaza war, the newspaper said, noting that one had labeled ministers and Netanyahu “dirty traitors.”

Israel launched its deadly bombing campaign on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, after the Hamas resistance group carried out a historic operation against the usurping entity in retaliation for its intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people.

In its operation, Hamas took 251 Israelis captive, 58 of whom now remain in Gaza, including the bodies of at least 34 confirmed dead by the occupation's military. Several of the captives have been killed in the regime's strikes on the besieged territory.

Half of the Israeli living captives are reportedly located in areas where the regime demanded be evacuated in recent days.
After one year and a half of war, the Tel Aviv regime has failed to achieve its declared objectives of eliminating Hamas and freeing captives, despite killing at least 50,846 Palestinians, mostly women and children.

Israel accepted longstanding negotiation terms by Hamas under a Gaza ceasefire, which began on January 19.

On March 18, however, Israel unilaterally broke the truce and resumed its relentless bombing of Gaza.

• France could recognise Palestinian state 'in June' — Macron
https://jordantimes.com/news/world/france-could-recognise-palestinian-state-june-%E2%80%94-macron

<!-- google_ad_section_start -->PARIS — France plans to recognise a Palestinian state within months and could make the move at a UN conference in New York in June on settling the Israel-Palestinian conflict, President Emmanuel Macron said in an interview broadcast Wednesday.
"We must move towards recognition, and we will do so in the coming months," Macron, who this week visited Egypt, told France 5 television.
"Our aim is to chair this conference with Saudi Arabia in June, where we could finalise this movement of mutual recognition by several parties," he added.
"I will do it because I believe that at some point it will be right and because I also want to participate in a collective dynamic, which must also allow all those who defend Palestine to recognise Israel in turn, which many of them do not do," he added.
Such recognition would allow France "to be clear in our fight against those who deny Israel's right to exist -- which is the case with Iran -- and to commit ourselves to collective security in the region," he added.
France has long championed a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict, including after the October 7, 2023 attack by Palestinian militants Hamas on Israel.
But formal recognition by Paris of a Palestinian state would mark a major policy switch and risk antagonising Israel which insists such moves by foreign states are premature.
Israel's Foreign Minister Gideon Saar denounced French President Emmanuel Macron's announcement that Paris could recognise a Palestinian state by June, saying it would be a "prize" for terrorism.
"A unilateral recognition of a fictional Palestinian state, by any country, in the reality that we all know, will be a prize for terror and a boost for Hamas," Saar said on X late on Wednesday.
"These kind of actions will not bring peace, security and stability in our region closer -- but the opposite: they only push them further away."
Nearly 150 countries recognise a Palestinian state. In May 2024, Ireland, Norway and Spain announced recognition, followed by Slovenia in June, moves partly fuelled by condemnation of Israel's bombing of Gaza that followed the October 7, 2023 Hamas attacks on Israel.
'No one will invest a cent'
France's recognition of Palestinian statehood "would be a step in the right direction in line with safeguarding the rights of the Palestinian people and the two state solution," Palestinian minister of state for foreign affairs Varsen Aghabekian Shahintold AFP.

But France would be the most significant European power to recognise a Palestinian state, a move the United States has also long resisted.
In Egypt, Macron held summit talks with President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Jordan's King Abdullah II and also made clear he was strongly opposed to any displacement or annexation in Gaza and the Israeli-occupied West Bank.
US President Donald Trump has suggested turning Gaza into the "Riviera of the Middle East" with the Palestinians moving elsewhere -- a suggestion that has sparked bitter condemnation.
Macron responded that the Gaza Strip was "not a real estate project."
"Simplistic thinking sometimes doesn't help," he added, and, in a message to Trump said: "Perhaps it would be wonderful if one day it developed in an extraordinary way, but our responsibility is to save lives, restore peace, and negotiate a political framework."
"If all this doesn't exist, no one will invest. Today, no one will invest a cent in Gaza," he said.

"These kind of actions will not bring peace, security and stability in our region closer -- but the opposite: they only push them further away." Nearly 150 countries recognise a Palestinian state. In May 2024, Ireland, Norway and Spain announced recognition, followed by Slovenia in June, moves partly fuelled by condemnation of Israel's bombing of Gaza that followed the October 7, 2023 Hamas attacks on Israel. 'No one will invest a cent' France's recognition of Palestinian statehood "would be a step in the right direction in line with safeguarding the rights of the Palestinian people and the two state solution," Palestinian minister of state for foreign affairs Varsen Aghabekian Shahintold AFP. Nearly 150 countries recognise a Palestinian state. In May 2024, Ireland, Norway and Spain announced recognition, followed by Slovenia in June, in moves partly fuelled by condemnation of Israel's bombing of Gaza that followed the October 7 attacks. Macron responded that the Gaza Strip was "not a real estate project." "Simplistic thinking sometimes doesn't help," he added, and, in a message to Trump said: "Perhaps it would be wonderful if one day it developed in an extraordinary way, but our responsibility is to save lives, restore peace, and negotiate a political framework." "If all this doesn't exist, no one will invest. Today, no one will invest a cent in Gaza," he said. <!-- google_ad_section_end -->Brief: Image:

Palestinian Islamic Jihad release a video blowing up a Zionist Merkava tank in Shujaiyyah, Northern Gaza

*Al Muqawamah Al Islamiyah *

In the last few days , we have witnessed an increasing trend. Many reports of Yemeni missiles intercepted by the US forces stationed in military bases in Saudi Arabia.

The Islamic world is filled with US military bases. Qatar, Turkey ,Saudi ,Bahrain all host US bases. These are not free countries ,but nations subservient to the US.

In these counties the US are not there as occupiers but are welcomed by the leaders of those nations. Remember that.

*Al Muqawamah Al Islamiyah *

Update from Palestinian Islamic Jihad in Nablus:

"Our fighters struck a Zionist military vehicle with an explosive and are continuing to battle the invading Zionist forces"

*Al Muqawamah Al Islamiyah *

One fact that remains amid the Zionist slaughter , is that the tunnels of Gaza have not been destroyed and the military capability of Al Qassam and Islamic Jihad is still functional.

Zionist media report that 75 percent of the tunnels are still operational. This is their estimate.

In order to destroy the Islamic Resistance in Gaza , they will have to destroy the tunnels.

And in order to do that , they will have to enter on foot.

*Al Muqawamah Al Islamiyah *

Zionist airstrikes in South Lebanon on the village of Yater.

Patience , these Zionists will receive what's due to them.

*Al Muqawamah Al Islamiyah *

Heavy American airstrikes on Yemen.

We will rise from the darkness of the night, when they thought we were crushed, the light of God's men will illuminate the skies!

*Al Muqawamah Al Islamiyah *

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan:

"Normalization with Israel will not happen until there is a ceasefire in Gaza."

He also stated that Turkey and Israel are holding talks on a deconfliction line in Syria. In plain English , to agree on Israeli zones of control in Syria.

I want you to read the first paragraph very carefully. He states that Israeli and Turkish ties will be fully restored once there is calm in Gaza.

This is why Iran and its allies are attacked and Erdogan is praised.

There is no difference between UAE normalisation and Turkish normalisation. If you want to criticise the UAE then be consistent.

*Al Muqawamah Al Islamiyah *

Trump continues to threaten Iran:

Trump: "The military option against Iran will be on the table if it refuses to conclude an agreement with us, and Israel will join us in this military option."

Important points:

- Iran agreed to indirect talks in Oman. [The talks *ONLY* relate to the nuclear program.

* Iran has all the components to manufacture a nuclear bomb but Ayatollah Khamenei has a fatwa against it due to it being a weapon that will impact hundreds of thousands of civilians in one strike.

* Iran will NOT negotiate its Ballistic missile and drone program

* Iran will NOT negotiate its support for Hamas ,Hezbollah, Ansar'Allah and the Iraqi Islamic Resistance.

Trumps ultimate goal is for Iran to disarm. The nuclear file is only an excuse.

May Allah be with Ayatollah Khamenei , the leaders and Mujahideen of Iran.

Israel expands ground offensive in Gaza City
https://jordantimes.com/news/region/israel-expands-ground-offensive-gaza-city

<!-- google_ad_section_start -->Gaza City, Palestinian Territories — Israeli forces have launched a ground offensive in Gaza City, the military said Friday, expanding their operations as rescuers reported at least 30 killed across the Palestinian territory since dawn.

Since renewed military operations last month ended a short-lived truce in its war with Hamas, Israel has pushed to seize territory in the Gaza Strip.

Israel has also escalated attacks on Lebanon, where a US envoy was visiting on Friday, hours after a pre-dawn strike on the port city of Sidon killed a Hamas commander.

In Gaza City, the Israeli army said ground troops were operating in the Shujaiya area "in order to expand the security zone" established by the military inside the Palestinian territory.

"The situation is very dangerous, and there is death coming at us from every direction," Elena Helles told AFP via text message, saying her family were trapped in her sister's house in Shujaiya.

Others fled the area following an Israeli evacuation order on Thursday, AFPTV footage showed.

The civil defence agency said Israeli military operations across Gaza killed at least 30 people on Friday.

A single strike on Khan Yunis killed at least 25 people, a medical source at the southern city's Nasser Hospital told AFP.

Ahmed Al Aqqad, whose family owned the bombarded building, told AFP more bodies may be buried "under the rubble, but we cannot get them out due to the lack of necessary equipment".

"We call on the entire world to stand together to stop the bloodshed," said relative Diaa Al Aqqad.

‘Couldn't find our children'

Defence minister Israel Katz said on Wednesday that the military would bolster its presence inside Gaza to fight militants and "destroy... terrorist infrastructure", with unspecified "large areas" to be "incorporated into Israeli security zones".

Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the army was dividing Gaza and "seizing territory" to force Hamas to free the remaining Israeli hostages taken captive during the October 2023 attack that sparked the war.

Out of 251 people abducted during the Hamas attack on Israel, 58 remain hostage in Gaza including 34 the military says are dead.

Hamas's armed wing, the Ezzedine Al Qassam Brigades, on Friday warned that the offensive was putting hostages' lives at risk.

"Half of the living Israeli (captive) are located in areas that the Israeli occupation army has requested to be evacuated in recent days," spokesman Abu Obeida said.

One Israeli strike on Thursday hit a school used as a shelter for displaced Palestinians in the Gaza City area, the civil defence agency said, reporting at least 31 killed including children.

"They bombed us with missiles and everything went dark... We couldn't find our children," sobbed Raghda Al Sharafa, who was among the displaced civilians sheltering at the Dar al-Arqam School compound in the Al Tuffah neighbourhood of Gaza City.

The Israeli military confirmed it struck the school, telling AFP it targeted "prominent terrorists who were in a Hamas command and control centre".

In Nuseirat in central Gaza, Ziad Abu Rialah said on Friday: "I'm afraid to close my eyes during the night, out of fear that when I get up I will not find my family members, because of the shelling that we witness on a daily basis."

Lebanon strike

Doctors Without Borders said on Friday that its staff member Hussam Al Loulou, 58, was killed along with family members in an air strike earlier this week in central Gaza, one of hundreds of aid workers killed during the war.

"We strongly condemn his killing and call yet again for the immediate restoration of the ceasefire and protection of civilians," the medical charity said.

Commissioner-General of UNRWA, Philippe Lazzarini, described the resumed Israeli war on Gaza in a word, "harrowing," as the occupation forces' airstrikes and massacres take on a new form of savagery and barbarity under the pretext of "pressuring #Hamas".

Lazzarini revealed that "15,000 children were reportedly killed" since the genocidal ethnic cleansing war on #Gaza began on October 7, 2023.

He further noted, "The ceasefire at the beginning of the year gave Gaza’s children a chance to survive & be children." However, "the resumption of the war is again robbing them of their childhood. The war has turned Gaza into a 'no land' for children," #UNRWA's Commissior-General affirmed.

Declaring the heartbreaking reality as "a stain on our common humanity," #Lazzarini stated that "nothing justifies the killing of children wherever they are," urging the resumption of the ceasefire in Gaza.
