Think twice before reaching for that cup of instant noodles…

A study from Baylor University found that eating instant noodles just 2–3 times per week is linked to:

Increased risk of heart disease
Higher chance of stroke & diabetes
Greater likelihood of metabolic syndrome (especially in women)

Why?
Excess sodium = high blood pressure
Preservatives = inflammation & poor gut health
Unhealthy fats = clogged arteries

Women were found to be more affected due to hormonal interactions and metabolism differences.

Instead: Focus on whole foods, lean proteins, healthy fats, and fiber-rich carbs. Your body will thank you in the long run.
