I know and understand that no matter how careful you are,
you will still eat rubbish at some point —
intentionally or not.

This is why I’ve always told you:
Allow your body a chance to fight for you.

By:

—Avoiding sugar, wheat, and their entire horrible family.
—Not being fat.
—Practicing intermittent fasting.
—Eating a high-protein diet.
—Staying properly hydrated.
—Doing autophagy marathons.
—Taking targeted supplements.
—Grounding and getting sunlight regularly.

Your body is not as fragile as you think.

Take care of it — and it will take care of you.
Simple.

Not you thinking I enjoy always telling you what to eat and what not to eat.
I’m just looking out for you.
