UK has introduced a new policy on dependent visas. If you divorce your dependent, you will have to return back to your home country.

If your husband or Wife brought you to the UK through the dependent visa and you divorce them , you are going back to your home country .

Moral lesson : Many people brought their spouse to the UK and in no time they divorced them . Omo the divorce is likely to reduce now .

Positions are like shadows, they shift with the light. Titles fade, ranks expire, chairs are vacated. But there is one thing that lingers long after we leave the room, how we treated others.

The respect you give. The kindness you show. The help you offer when no one is watching. These are the true marks of greatness. Not the uniform, not the throne, not the microphone.

Let this week be one where we speak gently, act justly, and carry ourselves with the grace our people are known for. If you rise, let your rise lift others. If you lead, let your leadership serve others. Because at the end of it all, people may forget your title, but they will never forget how you made them feel.

Stop chasing this.

There comes a point in life where you need to stop chasing toxic people and start seeking a mentally stable person who reciprocates back your efforts and consistency.

Here are some important things to remember....

Don’t ever assume your partner feels loved.

Date nights are mandatory.

Talking openly about what you want to change in your relationship is important.

Learn each other's love languages.
We all don’t perceive love the same way.

Never go to bed angry.

When you get into a fight, don’t just say “I’m sorry”. Say what you are sorry for, and how you will react differently next time.

It will get boring sometimes.
Every couple goes through the “boring” stage.
It’s normal and it will eventually subside.
This is the time in your relationship you will have to put the most effort in.

Some days you will have to pull more weight than your partner, and vice versa.

It’s important to check in on each other’s mental health.

It’s perfectly okay to go to couples counselling.
Talk about money.
Talk about your financial goals.
Let your partner know what you expect from them, and vice versa.

Turn off the phones an hour before bedtime and have genuine heartfelt conversations with each other.

Ask questions like

“What do you need to see more of from me?”

“How can we understand each other better?”

And most importantly, be kind to each other.

Love each other.

Fight for each other.

Remember, love is never easy, and it’s one hell of a ride.

But at the end of the day when the dust settles...it's definitely worth it.
