No matter what subject you teach… no matter where you work… if you truly want to survive and grow in this profession, you must upgrade yourself.

If you know deep down that you don’t have full mastery of your subject, don’t just sit there—do something about it. Study. Practice. Learn. Or simply quit.

Yes, quit. Because if you stay without improving, the world of teaching will humiliate you in ways you can’t imagine. You will become a joke to school owners. They’ll delay your salary without apology, treat you like trash, trample on your rights, and still expect you to smile. You won’t be promoted. You won’t be respected. And you definitely won’t be paid well.

But when you know your stuff—when you become a master of your craft—you become a boss. And guess what? No school dares to mess with a boss. If they try to, you walk away and another school—one that values you—will open their doors and offer you more. Because excellence is attractive. Good market sells itself.

In fact, when you’re really good, you won’t need to beg. School owners will chase you—because they know what you bring to the table.

So please, stop complaining and start working on yourself. Learn new skills. Master technology. Develop your communication. Do everything you can to become better than you were last year.

Because here’s the truth: many teachers are stuck in t0xic schools not because there are no better places—but because they simply can’t pass interviews elsewhere. And that’s why they endure $uffering year after year.

So, I say this with all the love in my heart: If you cannot learn, if you cannot grow, if you cannot evolve—please quit teaching.

The city of Enugu buzzed with excitement. Flyers littered the streets, radio jingles echoed through car speakers, and influencers danced in front of billboards that read:

> “OBINNA GRAND SUITES – Luxury Like Never Before. Grand Opening: July 1st!”

The hotel was everything a traveler could dream of — tall, modern, sparkling, and guarded with iron gates and perfect landscaping. It stood at the edge of an abandoned forest where no one ever dared to go, a place the elders once called “Ala Nso” — forbidden land.

But no one cared about old legends anymore. Not when there were marble floors, golden chandeliers, and a rooftop bar with free wine.

Among the invited VIPs was a famous travel influencer, Chioma Adichie, known online as ChiChi Explores. She went live on Instagram as she entered the hotel for the first time.

> “Guys, this is MAD! I’m telling you, this hotel is too beautiful! Who said Enugu doesn’t have 5-star vibes?”

At exactly 11:03 PM, Chioma stood by the full-length mirror in her room, laughing and adjusting her camera. Then she paused. Her eyes widened.

I therefore plead to ministry of humanitarian affairs, state government to take responsibility of this little innocent boy and his siblings to avoid waking up the monster that will torment the government tomorrow having lost his parents in the hand of criminals and careless and irresponsible government.

I equally call ON SENATOR OSITA ISUNAZO, Senator representing Orlu zone and HON IKENGA UGOCHINYERE member representing Ideato North and South under who's zone and constituency the attack was done for quick intervention and upkeep of the boy and his siblings
