IMMACULATE HEART OF THE BVM (MEMORIAL)

    Office: Memorial, Psalter week 4

Mass and preface of the memorial

    Vestment: White

    Today’s Rosary: The Joyful Mystery

Vespers I of the solemnity of Ss Peter & Paul

    -FIRST READING-

“Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, and Sarah shall have a son.”

A reading from the Book of Genesis (Genesis 18:1-15)

In those days: The Lord appeared to Abraham by the Oaks of Mamre, as he sat at the door of his tent in the heat of the day. He lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, three men stood in front of him. When he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them, and bowed himself to the earth, and said, “My lord, if I have found favour in your sight, do not pass by your servant. Let a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree, while I fetch a morsel of bread, that you may refresh yourselves, and after that you may pass on — since you have come to your servant.” So they said, “Do as you have said.” And Abraham hastened into the tent to Sarah, and said, “Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes.” And Abraham ran to the herd, and took a calf, tender and good, and gave it to the servant, who hastened to prepare it. Then he took curds, and milk, and the calf which he had prepared, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree while they ate. They said to him, “Where is Sarah your wife?” And he said, “She is in the tent.” The Lord said, “I will surely return to you in the spring, and Sarah your wife shall have a son.” And Sarah was listening at the tent door behind him. Now Abraham and Sarah were old, advanced in age; it had ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. So Sarah laughed to herself, saying; “After I have grown old, and my husband is old, shall I have pleasure?” The Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, and say, ‘Shall I indeed bear a child, now that I am old?’ Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, in the spring, and Sarah shall have a son.” But Sarah denied, saying, “I did not laugh”; for she was afraid. He said, “No, but you did laugh.”

    The word of the Lord.

    RESPONSORIAL PSALM Luke 1:46-47.48-49.50 and 53.54-55(R. 54b)

R/. The Lord has remembered his mercy.
    My soul magnifies the Lord,
And my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour. R/.

For he has regarded the low estate of his handmaiden.
For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed:
for he who is mighty has done great things for me,
and holy is his name. R/.

R/. The Lord has remembered his mercy.

And his mercy is on those who fear him
    from generation to generation.
He has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich he has sent empty away. R/.

He has helped his servant Israel,
    in remembrance of his mercy,
as he spoke to our fathers,
to Abraham and to his posterity for ever. R/.

    ALLELUIA Matthew 8:17

Alleluia. Christ took our infirmities and bore our diseases. Alleluia.

    -GOSPEL-

“Many will come from east and west and sit at table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”

A reading from the holy Gospel according to Matthew (Matthew 8:5-17)

At that time: As Jesus entered Capernaum, a centurion came forward to him, begging him and saying, “Lord, my servant is lying paralysed at home, in terrible distress.” And he said to him, “I will come and heal him.” But the centurion answered him, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof; but only say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I am a man under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to one, ‘Go,’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes, and to my slave, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.” When Jesus heard him, he marvelled, and said to those who followed him, “Truly, I say to you, not even in Israel have I found such faith. I tell you, many will come from east and west and sit at table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven, while the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness; there men will weep and quash their teeth.” And to the centurion Jesus said, “Go; let it be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was healed at that very moment. And when Jesus entered Peter’s house, he saw his mother-in-law lying sick with a fever; he touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she rose and served him. That evening they brought to him many who were possessed with demons; and he cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick. This was to fulfil what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, “He took our infirmities and bore our diseases.”

    The Gospel of the Lord.

    Today’s Reflection

The humility of the centurion is noteworthy. His expression has been imprinted on our hearts through our Eucharistic worship when we pray: “Lord, I am not worthy to receive you…” Apart from humility, we see in the centurion the extraordinary love of one who goes to Jesus on behalf of a servant. We see his great respect; his awareness that a Jew who entered his home would be considered as defiled. We see a wise person making good use of his own experience in coming to understand others. Finally, we see the quality that amazes Jesus: his faith. We can discern a composite of virtues in the centurion. Let us reflect in gratitude upon our own stores of these qualities of heart, mind, reason and will, and how we might use them more creatively to build God’s Kingdom.

    Personal Devotional

“For by the blood of Christ we are set free, that is, our sins are forgiven. How great is the grace of God” Ephesians 1: 7

    - I loose myself from all heart attacks rooted in fear, and I command all spirits of fear to leave in the name of Jesus.

    - I loose myself from all diabetes rooted in rejection, self-hatred, ancestral inheritance, and guilt in the name of Jesus.

    Let Us Pray

Teach us, good Lord, to serve you as you deserve; to give and not to count the cost; to fight and not to heed the wounds; to toil and not to seek for rest; to labour and not ask for any reward, save that of knowing that we do your will. Amen.

VIGIL OF S. PETER AND S. PAUL, AP.

    At the vigil Mass

This Mass is used on the evening of 28 June, either before or after First Vespers (Evening Prayer 1) of the Solemnity.

    Entrance Antiphon

Peter the Apostle, and Paul the teacher of the Gentiles, these have taught us your law, O Lord.

    Collect

Grant, we pray, O Lord our God, that we may be sustained by the intercession of the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul, that, as through them you gave your Church the foundations of her heavenly office, so through them you may help her to eternal salvation. Through our Lord..

    -FIRST READING-

A reading from the Acts of the Apostles (Acts 3:1 -10)

“I give you what I have, in the name of Jesus, rise and walk.”

In those days: Peter and John were going up to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. And a man lame from birth was being carried, whom they laid daily at that gate of the temple which is called Beautiful to ask alms of those who entered the temple. Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked for alms. And Peter directed his gaze at him, with John, and said, “Look at us.” And he fixed his attention upon them, expecting to receive something from them. But Peter said, “I have no silver and gold, but I give you what I have; in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise and walk.” And he took him by the right hand and raised him up; and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong. And leaping up he stood and walked and entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God, and recognised him as the one who sat for alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

    The word of the Lord.

    RESPONSORIAL PSALM Psalm19:2-3.4-5 (R. 5a)

R/. Their sound goes forth through all the earth.

The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the firmament proclaims the work of his hands.
Day unto day conveys the message
and night unto night imparts the knowledge. R/.

    No speech, no word, whose voice goes unheeded;
their sound goes forth through all the earth,
their message to the utmost bounds of the world. R/.

    -SECOND READING-

A reading from the Letter of Saint Paul to the Galatians (Galatians 1:11-20)

“God set me apart before I was born.”

Brethren: I would have you know that the Gospel which was preached by me is not man’s gospel. For I did not receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through a revelation of Jesus Christ. For you have heard of my former life in Judaism, how I persecuted the Church of God violently and tried to destroy it; and I advanced in Judaism beyond many of my own age among my people, so extremely zealous was I for the traditions of my fathers. But when he who had set me apart before I was born, and had called me through his grace, was pleased to reveal his Son to me, in order that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I did not confer with flesh and blood, nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia; and again I returned to Damascus. Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Cephas, and remained with him fifteen days. But I saw none of the other apostles except James the Lord’s brother. (In what I am writing to you, before God, I do not lie!)

    The word of the Lord.

    ALLELUIA John 21 .17d

Alleluia. Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you. Alleluia.

    -GOSPEL-

A reading from the holy Gospel according to John (John 21:15-19)

“Feed my lambs, feed my sheep.”

When [Jesus had revealed himself to his disciples and] they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” He said to him, “Feed my lambs.” A second time he said to him, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” He said to him, “Tend my sheep.” He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, “Do you love me?” And he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep. Truly, truly, I say to you, when you were young, you fastened your own belt and walked where you would; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will fasten your belt for you and bring you where you do not wish to go.” (This he said to show by what death he was to glorify God.) And after this he said to him, “Follow me.”

    The Gospel of the Lord.

    - Bishop David Oyedepo on UNVEILING THE BREAKTHROUGH POWER OF LOVE (3A) at Covenant Day Of Business And Career Breakthrough Service || 20th July 2025 || Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland|| First Sunday Service || Part E

What Is In The Anointing Oil?

    1. The Spirit of the Lord that triggers supernatural breakthroughs is in the Anointing Oil. 1 Sam 16:13...the Spirit of the Lord came upon him. Church Gist. Oil was poured on his head but the Spirit of the Lord came upon him and the Spirit of the Lord is the Spirit of breakthroughs. Luke 4:14,18. The Spirit of the Lord in the oil is the Spirit of breakthroughs.

    - Therefore, as you are anointed today, welcome to your next level of breakthrough!

And that Spirit came upon David and in (1 Samuel) Chapter 17, he brought down Goliath. (In) Chapter 18, the women began to sing, “Saul has slain his thousand and David his ten thousand”; the battle line was drawn. Church Gist. Isaiah 45:1-3...that is, breakthroughs always follow the anointing (the Spirit of the Lord).

    2. The healing power of God. We just cited that in Mark 6:7,11-12 and James 5:14-15.

    3. The yoke destroying power of God. Isaiah 10:27.

    - Every yoke of the wicked on anyone's life shall be destroyed today!
    - Everyone targeted for death, the ones that target you will go in your place!

Isaiah 59:19. Every battle against your life in the realm of the unseen, your victory is sure!

    4. The restoration power of God. After Saul was anointed, he said, “as you depart from me today, you will be told that the ass you are looking for has been found.” Church Gist. Restoration!

    - Whatever you have lost to the wicked in the course of the battles of life, you are getting it back!

You have seen how somebody's job was restored after 19 years and paid all his dues all in one day. Church Gist. In the name of Jesus, whatever the enemy has stolen from you shall be supernaturally restored! Joel 2:25...only God can restore years.

    - Your lost years shall be restored!
    - Your stolen years shall be restored!
    - In the name of Jesus, God's glory that pertains to us in redemption shall be restored to your life!

    5. The exemption power of God. Psalm 105:13-15. It's done! Church Gist. He sets you and I apart from being assaulted, from being molested by the devil. Thank you Jesus!

What am I saying? The holy anointing oil is not a Church doctrine, it's a mystery of the Kingdom. When the bottle of oil you have brought is blessed, it's turned to a holy anointing oil. Church Gist. If you check in that Exodus 30:25, it was prepared like this one is prepared. But when God's Word is proclaimed on it, it is turned to a holy anointing oil.

    - That shall speak in your life!

As we round up this morning, it's our Business and Career Breakthrough Service and I told you at the beginning that there is nothing magical about breakthroughs. Church Gist. It's our positive response of faith to His commandment as a lifestyle, He keeps opening doors after doors to us.

Remember, every child of God belongs to a breakthrough family in Christ. That's what makes breakthrough our heritage. Matthew 5:13-14. We are redeemed as pacesetters and trailblazers. Church Gist. We are redeemed to show the World the way forward and the way to go. Matthew 11:11...that is, redemption makes us greater than the greatest of names in the Old Testament. We are redeemed as breakthrough entities - understand that please. It's not your ambition, it's your heritage.

Redemption makes us priests and kings to reign on the Earth. But humorously, belonging to the Winners Family, a globally renowned breakthrough family entitles everyone of us to supernatural breakthroughs in our endeavours. You are on board a plane, at whatever altitude the plane is cruising, that's where you are. This is a breakthrough family. Church Gist. The whole World recognises this place as a breakthrough family by virtue of God's presence and God leading the way. So belonging to this family makes you a breakthrough entity if you connect, if you get on board. Please get on board, get on board and get on board.

I came on board Hagin's family by impartation and delivery of the mantle. The same way his books were going round the World in different languages without stress, the same way our books are in several languages without any cost to us. Cruising at the same level. He was a relaxed soul and you all know how relaxed I am. Church Gist. You all should know how relaxed I am. He operated a debt free ministry; you know how we have been debt free all along without any gimmicks. It's one thing to hang around the airport building; it's another thing to get on board. Don't hang around this airport building, get on board. You don't change position by hanging around the airport building, you change altitude by getting on board.

(God) He said to me, “pattern your ministry after this man.” You change altitude by getting on board. Don't hang around the airport building, get on board.

    - In the name of Jesus, every grace upon this Commission, I decree it is released into your life!

The greatest physical project we have ever had in this ministry is The Ark Project and the most relaxed project we have ever had is The Ark. Can you see the paradox? Isn’t God awesome? That everything needed to complete it is on ground. It's not that you are looking for it. Church Gist. We are only looking for time. As I am speaking to you, escalators are being installed. Escalators that will take you up are being installed. You have seen buildings like that before? Because they are itching. They are all on ground. Not all winners sweat to win. Sweating is a curse. Your days of struggles end here today!
THE GREATEST AND MOST RELAXED PHYSICAL PROJECT WE HAVE EVER EMBARKED ON IS THE ARK PROJECT. THE ESCALATORS ARE BEING INSTALLED CURRENTLY. OUR BOOKS ARE IN SEVERAL LANGUAGES THE SAME WAY KENNETH HAGIN'S BOOKS ARE WITHOUT STRESS BECAUSE OF MY CONNECTION TO HIM. NOT ALL WINNERS SWEAT TO WIN; SWEATING IS A CURSE. - Bishop David Oyedepo on UNVEILING THE BREAKTHROUGH POWER OF LOVE (3A) at Covenant Day Of Business And Career Breakthrough Service || 20th July 2025 || Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland|| First Sunday Service || Part E What Is In The Anointing Oil? • In the Jerusalem temple, there were three compartments namely; the outer Court,(Court of the Gentiles), the middle Court(the Holy place), and the inner Court (the Holy of Holies). The outer Court was also referred to as the court of women or court of the Gentiles because, this was an open place that all worshippers could easily step into. The middle Court was where the priest enter to perform their different priestly functions. The Holy of Holies, housing the Ark of the Covenant and the Shekinah glory of the Lord was restricted area, covered with a very thick curtain. Only the day that Jesus was crucified, the moment His blood touched the ground, the Bible recorded that the veil of the temple was torn from top to bottom, showing that the door of access into the presence of God has been opened unto us.

Distractions At Nigeria Women Team At Women Africa Cup in Morocco

Avoid Social Media Distractions... Else Mission X Will Crash - Super Falcons Star Cries

Super Falcons legend Stella Mbachu wants the Naija ladies at the 2024 WAFCON in Morocco to avoid distractions.

According to the former playmaker, distractions can hinder Mission X; adding that the ladies can return to social post WAFCON.

“What they must avoid now is distraction, especially posting on Facebook. They should concentrate and leave all those distractions. With those things, before they know it, they are out,” Mbachu told PUNCH Sports Extra.

“After winning the trophy, they can do all those. They need all the focus now because the games ahead are more difficult. Every African team are doing well, so there should be no room for distractions. The coach should make sure they concentrate and avoid all forms of distraction from all angles.”

***** Types – How to stimulate each right
Her most tempting curves hold more secrets than you think…
Not all ***** are made the same—and if you want to give her a true boobgasm, you’ve got to touch them like a man who knows her body better than she does.

Most men treat all breasts the same. Big, small, pointy, round—it’s all just *****, right?

    Wrong.

Her breast type changes everything when it comes to pleasure. Size, color, nipple shape, whether she’s had implants, and even her cycle—all affect how her breasts respond.

Touch the wrong way, and she’ll shut down. Touch the right way, and she may orgasm without you ever touching her clit.

    Let’s break it down.

Nipple Type: The Gateway to Her Boobgasm
No two nipples are the same—and the way they react to stimulation varies wildly.

    Big Nipples
Can handle more pressure and tugging
Love suction play, warm lube, deep mouth and fingertip combos
    Inverted Nipples
Don’t always protrude, but can be deeply sensitive
Respond to suction (mouth or toy), gentle pulling, warm-to-cool contrasts
Build slowly and watch her reaction—many women have never been properly touched here
    Puffy Nipples
Soft, raised areolas with swollen texture
Very responsive to teasing strokes and changes in temperature
Try licking in slow spirals, then blowing cool air
    Areola: The Overlooked Pleasure Zone
Her areola isn’t just decoration. It’s an extension of her sexual map.

    Large Areolas
Give you more surface to play with
Use full tongue swirls, circular massage with thumbs
Don’t neglect the outer ring—it holds tension and sensation too
    Small Areolas
Mean more focused sensation around the nipple
Benefit from pinching, flicking, gentle biting (with permission, of course)

Size: More Than a Handful of Insight
    Small Breasts
Denser nerve clusters = more sensitivity
Need gentle strokes, warm breath, and less pressure
Teasing is key: brush fingertips, trace your lips, and build tension
    Large Breasts
More fatty tissue means broader touch required
Support with your hand to avoid strain
Use deeper licking, full-hand massaging, and rhythmic squeezes

Breast Shape: The Secret to Pressure and Angles
    Round Breasts
    Balanced sensation across all zones
Perfect for slow spirals, full-hand massage, and circular licking
    Teardrop Breasts
Heavier at the bottom, often more sensitive near the lower curve
Start with cupping from underneath, then trace upward
    Pointy Breasts
    Center-focused sensation
Flick, pulse, and swirl around the nipple, then switch to suction
    Wide-Set Breasts
Distance between ***** makes simultaneous play more effective
Use both hands or a mouth-hand combo to make her feel surrounded
Skin Tone and Texture: Yes, That Changes Everything Too
    Darker Areolas
Often thicker and more robust in sensation
Can handle firmer touch, light biting, and temperature play
    Freckled or Speckled Skin
    Often ultra-sensitive
Use featherlight touch, soft kissing, and avoid sudden pressure changes
    Pale, Translucent Skin
You’ll see the blood flow and arousal
Use your mouth to warm her slowly and build that blush
Breast Implants: The New Pleasure Map
Surgery doesn’t erase sensitivity. It just rewires it.

    Periareolar Incision (through the nipple)
    May reduce nipple sensation
Start stimulation on the outer edge and spiral inward
Focus on texture and temperature before adding pressure
    Inframammary Incision (under the boob)
    Usually preserves sensitivity
Proceed as with natural breasts, but always ask her how it feels

The Most Common Sexy Boob Types (and Where They Appear Most)
Breasts come in many shapes and sizes, but certain types appear more frequently—and knowing what to expect can help you touch her right from the start.

Here are some of the most common sexy breast types globally:

    Round Breasts
Symmetrical, full at the top and bottom
Common in Latin American and North American women
Often surgically enhanced to maintain balance
    Teardrop Breasts
Full at the bottom, gently sloping at the top
Most common natural shape in Europe and Asia
Highly sensitive near the lower curve
    East-West Breasts
Nipples point outward; often wider set
Frequently found among Scandinavian and tall, lean body types
Benefit from two-handed or simultaneous stimulation
    Side-Set Breasts
    Significant space between breasts
Often seen in models with lean frames or after weight loss
Best approached with cupping and squeezing techniques
    Bell-Shaped Breasts
Narrower at the top, heavier at the bottom
Common among busty African and Mediterranean women
Require full-hand support and slow, lifting strokes
    Augmented Breasts (Implants)
Found globally, especially in urban regions
Respond well to deep pressure around, not just on, the nipple

Hormonal Cycle: The Weekly Shifts That Shape Her Response
    Ovulation (Mid-Cycle)
    Breasts swell and sensitivity peaks
Best time for firm touch, licking, sucking
    Pre-Period
    Tender, sore, sometimes painful
Use featherlight caresses, warm hands, and avoid squeezing
Knowing when to touch is just as important as how.

Ready to Read Her Body Like a Map?
Once you learn to decode her breasts—the size, shape, color, texture, sensitivity, and cycle—you’re no longer guessing.

    You’re mastering.

That’s what I teach inside Boobgasms.
