  • There are 3 important knowledge you must have If you are serious about achieving success in life.

1.. Knowledge of yourself: You must carefully study and observe yourself. KNOWING YOURSELF IS KEY.

2.. You must have the knowledge of people: You must take time to know people. The way people think, act, react and respond to things you must have a sound knowledge of all these. You need this because you are not going to achieve your dreams among angels...

3.. You must have the knowledge of God: This is very important.

When it comes to your dominion, success and greatness you must not be lacking of anyone of these forms of knowledge.

  • This r@t did not want to sign Gyokores but Sesko. Now that Berta got the right choice, his mission is to set Gyokores for mockery.

What was he thinking by giving him late debut when Spur was sitting in the low block? Now rivals are already mocking him

Arteta is just clueless, maybe Auba was right by saying he doesn't know how to handle big players.

    Just f^ck off.

A Coach who don't have plan B. Even fans can identify the problem he can't identify.

There's no progress on the team because Arteta don't have any more ideas

  • BABY MAMA TRAP
    PART 3
Onyinye stared at the DNA results in her hands, her fingers trembling slightly. The words "99.99% Probability of Paternity" glared back at her, the ink seeming to burn through the paper. A slow, bitter smile curved her lips.
"Now we’ll see who’s playing games, Kolawole," she whispered to herself.
She spent the next three days plotting her next move. She couldn’t just show up at his office or home—no, that would be too easy. Kolawole was a powerful man, with security and lawyers who could make her disappear if he wanted to.
    She needed leverage.
And then it hit her—his wife.
If anyone deserved to know the truth, it was the woman Kolawole was betraying every time he stepped out with girls like Onyinye.
She opened her laptop and searched for "Mrs. Adebayo Lagos charity events." Within minutes, she found what she needed—a high-profile fundraiser happening that weekend at the Eko Hotel. The wife, Amina Adebayo*, would definitely be there.
    Perfect.
Onyinye slipped into the event wearing a simple but elegant black dress, her hair styled in soft curls. The ballroom was filled with Lagos' elite—politicians, business moguls, and socialites sipping champagne under crystal chandeliers.
    And there she was—Amina Adebayo.
Kolawole’s wife was even more stunning in person. Tall, graceful, her makeup flawless, dressed in a custom-made lilac gown that probably cost more than Onyinye’s yearly salary.
Onyinye’s stomach twisted with guilt. This woman had no idea.
But then she remembered Kolawole’s cold dismissal, the way he had thrown money at her like she was nothing.
No. She wouldn’t back down now.
She waited until Amina was alone near the dessert table before approaching.
"Good evening, Mrs. Adebayo," Onyinye said, her voice steady despite her racing heart.
Amina turned, her polite smile not quite reaching her eyes. "Hello, have we met?"
Onyinye took a deep breath. "No. But I think you’ll want to hear what I have to say."
She pulled out the DNA test from her clutch and handed it over.
Amina’s perfectly manicured fingers took the paper, her brow furrowing as she scanned it. Then—her face changed.
The color drained from her cheeks. Her lips parted slightly.
    "What… is this?"
Onyinye met her gaze. "I’m pregnant. And your husband is the father."
For a long moment, Amina didn’t move. Didn’t speak.
Then, in a voice so quiet it sent chills down Onyinye’s spine, she said:
    "Follow me."
Amina led her to a private lounge upstairs, away from prying eyes. The moment the door closed, her calm façade shattered.
"How dare you?" she hissed, her eyes blazing. "Do you have any idea who you’re dealing with?"
Onyinye stood her ground. "I didn’t come here to fight. I came because you deserve to know the truth."
Amina laughed—a sharp, bitter sound. "The truth? You think I don’t know what kind of man my husband is?" She stepped closer, her perfume suffocating. "But you—you’re just another cheap slut trying to cash in."
Onyinye flinched but didn’t back down. "I don’t want his money. I just want him to take responsibility for his child."
Amina’s eyes flickered to Onyinye’s still-flat stomach, her expression unreadable. Then, without warning, she grabbed Onyinye’s wrist, her grip like steel.
"Listen carefully," she whispered. "If you ever try to contact my family again, you’ll regret it. That child will never be an Adebayo. Do you understand?"
Onyinye yanked her arm free, her pulse roaring in her ears. "We’ll see about that."
She turned and walked out, her legs shaking but her head held high.
That night, Onyinye lay in bed, staring at the ceiling.
She had thought exposing Kolawole would force him to do the right thing.
But she had underestimated his wife.
Amina wasn’t just hurt—she was dangerous.
And now, Onyinye had made an enemy of one of the most powerful women in Lagos.
Her phone buzzed. An unknown number.
She opened the message—and her blood turned to ice.
It was a photo. Of her. Standing outside her apartment building.
    The caption:
    "You should have stayed away."

  • Benjamin Sesko it's true arsenal came for me but I needed a better offer and a team with vision to win trophies not just playing beautiful football - celebrating nothing at the end of every season.

I'm just 22 years old, players start thinking about their life outside football at 30 and if I should accept arsenal at this age while I'm not sure they gonna win a trophy in the next 10 years of what joy will I get remembering that move, I had no choice but to REJECT them silently.

  • OIL PALM FARMING: ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

Oil palm farming is a profitable investment, but its success depends on several factors. It is not auto financial investment. It requires careful planning, significant capital, and adherence to sustainable practices to mitigate environmental and social risks. Now let us look at advantages of oil palm farming.

Benefits Associated with Oil Palm Farming include:

    1. High Yield and Demand: Oil palm is one of the most efficient oil-producing crops, yielding significantly more oil per hectare compared to other oil crops like soybean or sunflower. Palm oil is widely used in food, cosmetics, and biofuels, ensuring consistent global demand. Its demand is always more than supply from time immemorial.

    2. Profitability (High Revenue Potential): Due to its high yield and demand, oil palm farming can generate substantial revenue, especially in regions with favorable growing conditions (e.g, tropical climates). It has produced millionaires more than any other sector especially in South East Asia.

    3. Long-Term Investment: Oil palm trees start producing fruit after 2.6-3 years under GAP and remain productive for 40 to 50 years. Thereby, providing long-term income to investors.

    Dark sides and Challenges

Despite huge profits accrue to oil palm farming, there are some challenges oil palm investors should take into account before invest in the agro sector.

    1. Initial capital Investment: Establishing an oil palm plantation requires significant upfront costs for land, seedlings, fertilizers, and labor. In other words it is capital intensive.

    2. Maintenance Costs: Regular pruning, pest control, and fertilization are necessary to maintain high yields. Maintenance is very difficult and it costs a lot of money.

    3. Labor-Intensive: Harvesting and processing oil palm fruits require skilled labor, which can be costly in some regions.

    4. Market Risks (Price Volatility): Palm oil prices fluctuate based on global supply and demand, which can impact profitability.

    5. Bush Burning: Fire can destroy your oil palm farm and delay the yield for years.

    6. Climate change: This is a big threat to oil palm farmers and contributes to low yield.

    7. Poor planting material: You may end up planting inferior seedlings thinking that you are doing right investment nothing knowing that you are just wasting you time. Therefore, it is very pertinent to source for quality seeds/seedlings.

Therefore, after weighing the advantages/disadvantages and you want to invest in oil palm farming, CONTACT, Center for Hybrid Economic Trees (CHET)

  • A Muslim guy called me "Arne" in Kaduna and this happened.

This happened in Kaduna two weeks ago when I went for a program, upon arriving Kaduna around refinery junction I was standing by the road side waiting for who will take me to my location then a Keke driver just came and pack, he stopped there and was looking at me thinking if he knows me but he was not sure then he packed and bring out his phone and may be he searched for my page to check if I'm the one, I was looking at him with a side eye and I knew he recognized me then after he checked he shouted " shine mana" with joy and happiness on his face and he rush to me and with joy he gave me a warm hand shake and we greeted me and told me how he love what I do online, he said he is a Muslim but he should much love how I operate on media to preach peace , then when we are still at that another person came and saw us together and the first guy told this new person who I was and we greeted also, when I was about leaving, the new guy now told the first guy that " Amma kaman Arne ne koh?" Lols, I Heard him but I pretend I didn't hear anything and the first guy shouted at him, "wannet irin Arne? Krista NE , with his face fraun at him and he begins to question the other guy but I was already a bit far from them and I can't here them.

In my mouth and I just laugh , and said to myself, these are two people of same religion but different understanding of life and how it operates.

Point of view: understanding life and humanity has nothing to do with how your u serve God or worship him (religion) your u can be an idol worshiper and still live a good peaceful life with different people around you.

Because a Muslim called me with what I don't like did not mean I should categories all Muslims as bad people, because s Christian call or treat a Muslim with a negative energy did not make all Christians bad people, it depends on the volume of sense of reasoning one carries.

Let's love in peace and unity and life will be great for all of us.

  • SEEDS OF DESTINY DAILY DEVOTIONAL GUIDE BY DR. PST PAUL ENENCHE.

    DATE: MONDAY, 4TH. AUGUST, 2025.

    TOPIC: CHANGING LEVELS BY ACTION.

SCRIPTURE: And the sons of the prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us. Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye. 2 KINGS 6:1-2

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The journey of success begins with our dissatisfaction with failure.

I once heard a story of a young man who was looking for a job. He got out of his home one morning and went to an organization in search of a job. When he got there, he told them that he was looking for a job, and they told him that they were looking for people with the requisite job experience. The young man told them something very interesting. He said, “Can I work for your organization free of charge for six months, then I can gain the required experience? After six months, you can interview me again and see if I am employable or not.”
When they saw his passion and tenacity, they employed him. That is, he got so tired of unemployment that he became desperate enough to get what he wanted.

Beloved, the journey of success begins with our dissatisfaction with failure. When you come to a point where you get dissatisfied with failure, then you are set to begin the journey of success. When a person comes to a point where he becomes dissatisfied with affliction, then his deliverance is about to happen. If you are okay with where you are, you don't move from there.

Our anchor scripture tells us a story about the sons of the prophets or prophets in training. They found themselves in a situation of smallness, littleness and confinement, so they decided to get out of that situation. And so, they made a move forward towards enlargement and encountered a challenge. But fortunately for them, the prophet Elisha was with them, so the challenge was overcome.

Beloved, the move you make is what confirms your dissatisfaction with your situation. It is not a matter of what you think, say or feel about the fact that you don't like where you are; the question is, what moves have you made? It is confirmed that you still like where you are until you make desperate moves to leave there. It is the moves you make, the steps you take, that confirm that you don't like where you are. If you are really dissatisfied with failure, you will make aggressive moves and take risky steps until you attain success.

Beloved, the move you make is the confirmation of your dissatisfaction with your situation. It is when you begin to make moves that you create waves that will bring changes.

Remember this: The journey of success begins with our dissatisfaction with failure.

    ASSIGNMENT(S):
    1. If you don’t like where you are, make the required move for a positive change today.

    2. Trust God for direction whenever you want to make critical destiny decisions.

    3. Never take No! for an answer when your destiny is involved.

PRAYER: Lord, I refuse to be comfortable with smallness, littleness and obscurity. I receive the grace to force my way to the top and remain at the top, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: BREAKING THE CYCLE OF FAILURE PART 3 BY DR PAUL ENENCHE

    DAILY BIBLE READING: Isaiah 61-63

QUOTE: To be purposeful is to be thoughtful. To be thoughtful is to be successful. Culled from the book, 30 Secrets to the Top by Dr Paul Enenche.

AMAZING FACT: A lion’s roar serves to warn other animals and lions to stay away from their territory.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: Receive grace and energy for required action now in Jesus Name.
