JOB PROFILE – CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are hiring!
Position: Customer Support Specialist Company: Teleperformance Nigeria Location: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria Work Schedule:
* Workdays: 24/7 operation - Weekends and Public Holidays Inclusive.
* You are entitled to 2 days off every week, although days off may not always fall on Saturdays and
Sundays.
* Work Hours: 8 hours per day
* Shift Work: Morning, Afternoon, or Night Shift
Leave Days:
* 20 Days of Annual Leave
* 12 Days of Sick Leave yearly
As a Customer Support Specialist your duties include:
* Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound tickets in a timely manner.
* Following contact center “scripts” when handling different topics.
* Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.
* Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/or social media to resolve their
questions or concerns.
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* Tracking all tickets related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* Providing feedback on ticket issues
* Upselling if required.
* Performing other duties that may be assigned.
Job Specification
* Fluent level of English (minimum C1)
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise, and a spark.
* Must have completed NYSC.
